EA Hotel Crystal Palace in Prague

The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the city center.
The room has everything you need, except the refrigerator didn't work, but that was the case in all rooms. This is a common technical issue that I hope will be resolved soon, as this is a 4-star hotel.
The rooms and the hotel itself are a bit tired, and we could use an update, but this doesn't spoil the overall impression. The breakfasts are good and varied, and the waitresses are very polite and helpful, as are the maids.
I'd like to commend the staff, especially Savva at the reception – he's attentive, customer-focused, helpful, and always offers helpful tips. Great job!
Another plus: 24-hour tea and coffee service in the lobby.

I was happy with my trip. It was a good breakfast, clean room, good soundproofing. The location of the hotel is Prague 2. It is a reasonable distance to walk to the center. In my room, the window is in the ceiling so you can see only a small part of the sky. But there was AC and I could open the window to air out. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. There was a tram stop within walking distance so I could go to different parts of Prague.

I had an excellent stay at EA Crystal Palace Hotel in Prague. The location is fantastic—just a walk away from Old Town Square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony, which made mornings truly enjoyable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, but I have to give a special mention to Adel, who was by far the most helpful hotel staff member I’ve ever encountered during my travels across Europe. He went above and beyond to assist me, making my stay even better.

A great perk of this hotel is the room with a coffee machine, available to all residents 24/7, offering free coffee and tea whenever you need a break—something I really appreciated.

A moment that truly stood out was after I had checked out. About 12 hours later, I realized I had forgotten my charger plug in the room. I decided to go back and check if they had found it. A different staff member was on duty at that time, and after explaining the situation, he kindly went to check the room, which was still unoccupied. To my surprise and delight, he returned with my charger! This level of honesty and service was truly commendable.

Overall, my experience at EA Crystal Palace Hotel was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. The combination of great location, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities makes it a top choice!

Good location for one day trip

Good location, close to the tram station, a view of trams going to different tourist attractions.
The room was big and clean. Small bed, not comfortable bed to sit and read, because the mattress was moving forward:(
I didn't ordered the breakfast, and after checking the buffet decided to have it somewhere else in the city, I didn't like the selection, for the cost of 15€.
