Excellent location, close to high way and airport, 5-7min walk from subway station Luka (shopping and supermarkets available), t.i. 30 min from city centre, free parking nearby, place not guaranteed, but, we always got one,even on Christmas days, helpful and polite personnel,nice breakfast to start a day. Perfect if you come by car but wish to spend time in Prague without it.

Cozy to the highest levels.
The mattress felt better than sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast reached all my expectations. I want to live there, great work!

Very nice small hotel, close to the metro line - around 10 min walking. So you can be wherever you want in Prague within 25 mins.
It’s just near the park so there is so quiet, you can relax and listen to the birds in the mornings.
The breakfast is reasonable, the same every morning but you can find something to eat. We are not exigent when comes to breakfast so for us it was ok.
There are free parking in front of the hotel, but this depends when you get there. But if you can’t find it there, the street is quite large and definitely you’ll find a free space - you don’t have to worry about this aspect.

I would like to leave a review for this hotel. The rooms are wonderful, very clean and spacious. The reception staff were very friendly and helped us figure out local transport. Breakfast had a lot of choice and everything was quite tasty. We were very pleased!

We stayed in the hotel with my wife and little daughter for a week. The hotel exceeded my expectations from Three stars and the price paid.
A very stylish interior with beautiful paintings in the room and the lobby, a lot of nice cozy details, during our stay at the reception an amazing map and decor appeared. Absolute cleanness! Very comfortable mattresses and pillows, this is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in hotels. Since the hotel is located in a quiet green area (at the same time 5 minutes to the metro and 15 to the center) - in the morning we woke up to the singing of birds, I already forgot how nice it is! It was important to us that we could use the washing machine with drying. Our daughter was absolutely happy in the children's corner, and we could enjoy breakfast in peace - with hot dishes, delicious muesli, many types of sausages and cheeses, fruits, cool juice, lots of pastries, nice music and lots of flowers. In the evenings we spent time in the courtyard of the hotel, where there is a cozy gazebo with chairs and a table. It was also possible to arrange a grill party, but we did not know about it in advance. The girls at the reception are very attentive, advised and helped in everything.We read in the reviews that the breakfast was not sufficient -but we think that these guests are overly demanding. We travel a lot around the world and we have a lot to compare.
In general, we had such a comfortable feeling that we will definitely return again! This is no ordinary hotel, definitely recommend to visit!

So gooood! Very wonderful staff, empathetic attitude, you feel yourself like at home! the location is very pleasant - next to a large park and a lake - just two minutes walk, perfect!
