The room was beautiful and comfortable. My room included a seating area, dining table with chairs, and bar area (sink, refrigerator, stove). Bed was large and comfortable. Very quiet, and almost no street noise can be heard. Staff were helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English. Located minutes from Prague Castle and a ten minute walk from the tram station. There was no walk-in shower. There was a rather narrow, high sided tub with a hand held sprayer. This could be a problem for older travelers or those with mobility issues.

Our friend group wanted to spend a fun weekend in Prague and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The suite was beautiful with enough space and beautiful furniture. We slept well and had a delicious breakfast - pancakes included.

Super location near to the castle, super charismatic room(Arcimboldo), clean bathroom and bed sheets, the bed is comfortable. I would come back any time again.

Close to cool sites within walking distance. The castle is just up the hill and worth a visit, so too the Strahov monastery. Friendly people. Good eateries everywhere. Transport options also good. Tap on selected option on tram with cc. The bathroom in the Albrecht suite was hazardous. No shower screen therefore very slippery floor when wet. Good breakfast and lovely kitchen ladies. Very helpful reception staff, especially the young man on our last day who booked our taxi.We stayed for a week and loved Prague. Do the Bastei Bridge tour to Bohemia/Saxony it’s excellent. The hotel is old fashioned in style but fun for something different. Clean too.

It was so wonderful staying here. Like being in a historical drama! Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Only two things I could fault - you have to check in at the Green Lobster Hotel across street, and when I arrived hot and bothered, I didn't feel like lugging my heavy bag across the cobblestone street to another hotel and back. There are also no elevators in the hotel, so may not be ideal for elderly people. Also, I would have preferred hand sanitiser in the breakfast room, with people touching the same implements. Apart from those minor things, I can't rate tis place highly enough!

Location is very good and staff is nice. Rooms are very unique and atmosphere is cool. The building is old and no AC, the one that in the room is noisy and doesn’t provide enough cold air. Change AC or open the windows at least, no fresh air at all and humidity is high. More amenities is needed for the bathroom.
