Reviews
It is the best as a photographer.
1/ The hotel was advertised as having private parking, which required reservations. Therefore, I requested SUV parking when booking, but received no response. Upon arrival, I discovered the hotel didn't actually have any parking spaces; parking was only available in public areas marked with blue lines on the street. The hotel staff were indifferent and offered no service. Fortunately, I found a space in a nearby blue area, but I had to register the street name and license plate number on the parking website and pay. If you pay for a day's parking, you have to leave midway unless you can find another space on the same street; otherwise, the fee will start again.
2/ We booked a hotel room, a one-bedroom room. However, the room we were given was in a residential building at least a 5-minute walk from the hotel, across the Charles Bridge archway.
3/ There were steps higher than normal between the living room and the room, and between the room floor and the living room floor. At night, an elderly person had to go down a step to get out of bed, which was extremely dangerous and almost caused an accident.
4/ The bathroom. The shower was in a bathtub with no curtain to prevent water from entering, and the bathtub was very small. No matter how careful you were, the bathroom floor would still be flooded. The most frightening thing was that the provided slippers were extremely slippery on the wet floor... so dangerous! We had to cover the entire floor with towels. The elderly person didn't dare take a bath during their stay.
5/ The bathtub was very slippery and small, making it very difficult to turn around while trying to avoid spilling water. Because of this, my family member slipped and fell in the bathtub. Luckily, they didn't hit their head, but they injured their foot and hip joints, affecting their mobility.
Completely negative review; this involves false advertising. We demand compensation and an apology.
Tourist attractions were okay, but people were friendly. There were no pickpockets or security issues on the street~
I called an Uber to go to the airport but they asked for more money because there might not be any customers on the way back, so I bargained for about 10,000 won and it was my first time experiencing a tourist rip-off. Very Russian!!!!
