Hotel Bella in Prague

I had an absolutely unbearable experience of staying at this hotel, and I can't stress enough how terrible it was. The state of cleanliness in the hotel was completely unacceptable and the room we were given was a complete disaster compared to our booking. Photos on the website Booking they were nothing but a deceptive fake – as if the rooms we had booked simply existed in a parallel universe.

We have specially booked a spacious family room with an area of 22 square meters with a double bed and a baby bed. But, lo and behold, we were allocated a tiny 8-square-meter cubicle with three crammed beds, as if they were trying to squeeze as many people as possible into this tiny space.

The hotel room wasn't just unattractive; it was downright repulsive, everything was covered in layers of dust, and the furniture was straight out of a horror movie. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed and furious I was when I realized that these people were scammers. It was as if they were actively trying to make our stay as unbearable as humanly possible. Reviews about this place are screwed up, apparently it's the relatives of the receptionist who leave them, because there are a lot of positive reviews. The hotel is located in the farthest part of the city, the price is too high. I can only thank Mrs. Cook, her food is delicious.

I urge anyone who is going to stay in this terrible place to run as far as possible. This hotel is nothing but a disgrace, and it infuriates me that they get away with such a deception

Booked room for 2 at 09 30 in the morning . Received confirmation
by Email . Arrived at hotel at 14 30
and was informed by rude receptionist,
that my booking was cancelled, as
I did not answer my phone .
Nonsense, as there was not missed call
on my mobile . I would be very disappointed , if booking agencies
continue promoting this horrible establishment!
I can't answer any of the questions
below. I'm certain , after my comunication with rude receptionist,
that nothing positive could be said about
that joint.

The treatment is very bad with guests, especially with children, so it is recommended not to bring children to this hotel. In addition, they asked for an additional amount to clean the room and threatened to call the police because it was dirty. We paid 1000 koruna even though room cleaning is mostly free please note We did not break any of the furniture just for cleaning . Please take my comments seriously.” If you have children do not go to this hotel.” also there is only one chair for kids in restaurant

please note that the entrance of the hotel is always closed and you need to press the door bell to let you in , and the employees are getting upset when you came in and out , i am surprised why they make it like this if they are upsets

Dirty room, broken bathroom, uncomfortable bed and no internet in our room at all (room 16).
Only thing good about this place is friendly and welcoming staff.

Old dirty, holes in the floor under the dirty old carpet, beds basically a joke, smelly room. Poor customer service. Possibly the worst hotel we've ever stayed in and I normally never write a poor review about anything!!!!
