The receptionist was kind and helpful, but there was a terrible water leak in the bathroom.

It was partly my oversight, but there was no elevator, and the spiral staircase was very difficult to climb.

The location and the friendly reception staff make this a perfect hotel! The breakfast was delicious and served in a Japanese-style setting, which was great! It was my fault for carrying heavy luggage, but there is no elevator in the building, so I had to use the stairs every time.

Great location, delicious breakfast, daily cleaning, TV, kettle, and fridge in the room! The tram stop is right across the street! The friendly staff, especially Anton, explained and showed us everything! The U Fleku beer restaurant is just around the corner! All the sights are nearby! I highly recommend it!

Fairly good for the price + slightly better.
Staff were very friendly.
Good location for sightseeing.
The restaurant has an entirely Japanese layout, perhaps due to the owner's love of Japanese culture, anime, music, etc. Personally, it was a pleasant breakfast. The food was also far better than the slightly more expensive hotels in Milan.
