The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pillow wasn’t the most comfortable, and it was a bit noisy during the night, but overall the stay was pleasant.
It’s outside of the city (but we had a car) parking was free.

The staff is very rude. Whoever hired these staff needs to get fired because genuinely they don’t fit in the hotel branche. And the WiFi is so bad I was the furthest from the stair lobby and I didn’t even get to connect to the WiFi, free WiFi they said.

The vegetarian restaurant does not exist! We went today for lunch because we saw the vegetarian restaurant advertised on your website. We were offered chicken soup and meat soup and that was all they had. So actually NOT vegetarian at all! Could not order a glass of wine or a cocktail as advertised on the website. This is false advertising and very misleading! This website needs to be updated or taken down. Unacceptable! God only knows what the rooms are like!

The rooms, en-suites are clean and very good for the price.

Regarding to the location it is perfect for our occasion as we were attending a wedding couple minutes walk away.

Lots of car parking spaces and sometimes karaoke can be heard at night (stops before 11pm)

First of all, very far from the city centre, like a good 15 minute drive or 30 minutes with public transport. Staff was okay, not rude but seemed very uninterested. Room had a lot of space, room layout could be better though. When entered there were no welcome signs, evacuation manuals or even a bottle of water. The furniture were dusty and poorly cleaned. There were questionable stains all over the carpet floor and the shower. It seems like the carpet is to dismiss the fact that it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Also on the second day there was no warm water. When you go and take a shower it's lukewarm for the first few seconds but then goes to cold, when asked the staff said they couldn't fix it. Overall not a good experience, do not recommend. Doesn't deserve the 4* title.

Everything in the hotel is perfect, only the attitude of the woman at the front desk give me attitude，Rude service，I have been here several times, The other two male waiters are very good and polite，Only this woman got the most negative reviews for the entire hotel

Please avoid this hotel. The staff’s attitude toward guest is unacceptable. If something goes wrong they do not take responsibility and on top of that they will shout at you.

Personal are not polite. The breakfast was not good. Most of the personal could not speak English. The hotel was not clean enough.
