The room interior is cute, but there is a sewage smell in the bathroom.
The friendliness of the reception staff depends on the person. In particular, a middle-aged man was unprofessional and unfriendly.
Breakfast is the same every day.
We chose a double room based on availability.
Cleaning was done daily, there were plenty of power outlets, and the room was spacious.
There was no problem finding somewhere to hang clothes. There was no refrigerator, so I couldn't keep things cold.
The staff were very helpful and spoke both English and Russian.
It's conveniently located just a short tram ride from the city center, and it's also convenient for heading to the airport, with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk away.
You have to climb some stairs from the tram station, but other than that, the location is good. The view is also beautiful, depending on the room, as it's on a hill. (My room didn't have a very good view due to trees.)
Heating in the room was too high.
Lovely place, good value for money and close to the city centre but far out enough the take aways/restaurants are cheap. Staff are lovely breakfast was filling and diverse, and suna was cheap and easy to book, and rooms where very comfy. Only slight issue is it could do with a bit of a maintenance run as there where a few little issues emg crack on shower mount that feels like they should be caught.
