Great location, clean, gallery ceiling is a bit lower but the bed is comfortable. Manager was friendly, gave us some recommendations. It was one night stay. Hope to check other apartment on our next visit.

The apartments are smaller than advertise and they leave much to be desired. Stayed for 4 days. Overall it is a decent value, great location, but wouldn't stay again. Lack of parking was a big negative for us, we had to pay 150 euros at a local parking garage for the duration of our stay. .

Great appartment in the middle of the city. We had the diamond flat. Perfect for 3 people. The top floor is bit hot when temperature reaches above 18'c. Be careful with your head as the ceiling is a bit low. Clean bathroom, towels included. Kitchen with all necessary appliances like kettle, microwave and cooking plate. Parking is a bit difficult to find as the parking spots on the street are only for people living there.

The location of the apartment is awesome cause it’s so close to the center, they’re just 10minutes maximum walking. And near it there is a big shopping center, you can find everything there: shops, restaurants etc.. and there is also a big supermarket where you can buy foods. The beds are so comfortable and the atmosphere is great. I fully recommend you to stay here :)

Over charged when we returned. Looks like this has been an issue before looking at past reviews. He was extremely rude, arrogant and aggressive with me. They also broke rules in the small print.

I have to say that when i read the reviews for Apartment House The Modern Flat it had really good reviews. And we were not disappointed. The accomodation had everything you needed for a stay in Prague. We had the duplex which slept 6 although there was only two of us but we had a large double bed and a bedroom each. Riad, the owner, was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed and even arranged our taxi to the Radisson Blu Hotel. We have no complaints at all about the service or facilities. It is located in an excellent location for all the main sight seeing places and there are a number of really good restaurants on the doorstep if you didn't want to venture too far. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody wanting quality, value and within the main sightseeing areas.

Recommendable for tourists. Close to city center. Reception is very kind and helpful. Room is clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. They even have a gym downstairs. Satisfying experience in general.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was elegant, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The location is excellent, with many of Prague's main attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed.

I also had dinner at Next Door by Imperial, and it was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Positive experience over all. Amazing location in a walking distance from downtown and the central train station. Many online reviews praise the breakfast, which we found to be just okay. Perhaps, not worth the price we paid for it.

My girlfriend and I traveled through Prague and stayed for 4 days. I originally tried booking at the Art Deco Hotel but it was unavailable for one day of our planned stay. I called them to see just in case they could help me. The person told me it was full but they had room at their sister hotel across the street at The Cosmopolitan Hotel. It is an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel and we were thrilled with it! The room had everything we needed and everything was so absolutely clean!The staff is professional and accommodating. When checking out, we asked if it was possible to split the charges with the 2 of us and the clerk didn’t bat an eye! Took care of a confusing bill and it was done with a smile! The restaurant, The Next Door Cafe is amazing! The kitchen is absolutely spotless! I ordered a fruit plate for breakfast and although it took time, they cut the fruit right then and it was heaven along with their gigantic croissants! Can’t begin to describe the scrumptious desserts! Loved it!

Awesome hotel!
Great service people, extremely clean and organized.
The breakfast doesn't have much variety but the other parameters overcome it. Great location right by the Palladium mall and other interest. We had a great time!
