The most important part is no elevator

When we arrive the hotel around 3:05 PM the front deck is still not there. We were standing outside the hotel for more than 10 minutes. Don’t worry.
We don’t know what’s going on
Before arrive, I request to sit in an easy floor my mom 80 some years ago and I have a heart surgery
There’s no response
When we arrived, they moved us to the third floor (as a European as second floor) check in the room there’s no towels toilet paper anything the gentleman Dennis window the towels for us but there’s towels a hole😝
Then there is a two lights is not on in the bathroom, one including the mirror so every day we front the mirror was dark face😅 M the one light in the shower was not on 👎
I know Dennis not need to fix it, but just the Hotel need to be updated👎
Because I cannot move the luggage from the upstairs when we check the first second I asked for please find someone to help us move luggage when we check out on Monday 6 AM
(which The car to take us to Airport will be arrived )
I double confirm the day before no one shows up just no one shows up
That is the maximum disappointing and inconvenience
They didn’t take this business seriously
And will be the worst experience in Prague

Spoke perfect English and was very helpful.
The room was large and had a lovely view and the air conditioning was amazing as we were there when it was hot.
There was a little bit of noise from the bars outside on the first night but then we didn't hear anything!
We were given a voucher for breakfast at a cafe (Bond cafe) and it was okay not traditional enough for us so we organised our own breakfast after that!

He was Very informative and advised us regarding eateries.
Breakfast was included at a Cafe around the corner.Air cond worked very well as it was 33 c when we stayed.
Room was very large, and it also blocked any noise from the courtyard below.
Bathroom was fantastic and shower amazing.
It was very close to everything and our host was very helpful and spoke English very well.

Upon arrival you may have to wait over an hour for someone to arrive. This happened to me in March 2022.
The hotel claims to have a cooperation with a the reception of a neighboring hotel but this arrangement no longer exists.
We booked via booking.com to whom the hotel managers lied by claiming they have a 24/7 reception. Instead you have to make an appointment for Checkin.
The (helpful) young man who finally let us in the hotel after 1:20 hours of waiting claimed that "these things don't change over night".
I claim a hotel without a reception or staff doesn't deserve the name. Very poor service!
However, the rooms in this historic building were surprisingly spacious. The amenities were in overall good condition. Also the location of the hotel is recommendable. A metro station is within 5 minutes walking distance.
The pictures show the entrance. No door bell. The booth is were check in handled.
I would not recommend booking here without having multiple confirmations in hand. Preferably through a booking agency.
