All staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is incredible: so much choice from sweet to savory. Location could not be more central. We used the pool and sauna, all very clean

My partner and me stayed at this hotel for a late anniversary celebration in March 2015, and since the beginning we were amazed by the polite, friendly and helpful staff

Friendly and helpful staffs, breakfast was nice. Good location which is near to Tram station and to powder tower

The room was comfortable, the location excellent, and the hotel service great, with the lounge staff being particularly exceptional. It's within walking distance to attractions and very convenient for shopping.

In the room, the bathroom was really nice, clean and had a nice bathtub (that I used our last night, amazing!)

Would recommend to friends and family, will visit again

All good - location - staff - room - will stay here again if back in Prague.

Good Value Hotel in Prague Located in the "Lesser Town" of Prague, the hotel is not "close" to many typical attractions, but is well located to be equidistant from them all, and easily accessible by foot or tram

I picked this hotel because I was arriving into town on a late flight and needed a hotel on the route of the night bus from the airport. The bus dropped me off about two blocks away, which was very convenient

Pretty much all tourist attractions I visited were within 30 minutes walk, or about a 5-10 minute tram ride. The hotel itself was a bit old, but had all the amenities I needed

It was close to the station so it was easy to get around.

The room was reasonably large and although it did not have air conditioning, there was a fan provided that did the job for me

The atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I truly felt welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay

Hotel Mucha is amazing, the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and the rooms are recently renovated, so safe to say they are gorgeous! They have given us a massive room also, one of the best hotels I have stayed at

The only thing that was a bit meh was the breakfast, it was small and the girls were working hard to refill it all, but the stuff was disappearing quicker

I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is right across from a metro station, making it convenient to get to attractions. On the last day, an Uber to the airport cost just over 300 Czech Koruna

It was wonderful to get into our room early and rest! Facilities: Excellent, everything you need! The log cabin style is very cozy and comfortable. Environment: Normal space, not small at all

There's also a Chinese restaurant nearby, and you can see the hotel right from the subway station, making it super convenient to get around. Plus, the front desk allowed us to check in early

The room was great, the location was convenient, and breakfast was plentiful. There are supermarkets, a metro station, and a bus stop right across from the hotel and nearby

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just 50 meters in a straight line from the bus station, and within walking distance of Prague Square and Charles Bridge

The hotel was great! Our flight arrived early, and the front desk staff, Natalie, immediately checked us in since there was an available room

Around 7-10 minutes walking from central station. However, the road was made with stones and very hard to walk with luggages. Even 7 minutes walking was very hard and tiring. The hotel service is nice, and room is clean

It's clean and ok. The breakfast is good. The room is large. Considering the convenient transportation to work, I chose E. It's a very good hotel. I suggest you stay here next time.

The atmosphere was stunning. There were stunning amenities like shampoo, treatment, and handwashing. High quality but the room doesn’t have a wine opener.

We had to get maintenance up on the first evening as the thermostat was very high and would not go downs he couldn’t fix it so we slept with the windows open but it was okay as the area was quite quiet

Great location and facility, spacious room and bathroom with bathtub, clean, overall good value for money for Europe. Just the mattress could be a little more comfortable.

The bed was super comfy, amenities were good although the coffee and tea didn’t get topped up

Only one point just the bathtub, normally won't be a problem, but not safe for old people if they need climb over the tub , would be very dangerous. But staff helped us changed the room just with shower facility

I stayed at Hotel Brixen for 3 nights. Amazing staff who are really helpful and kind. Clean rooms and a clean hotel. They made our visit to Prague enjoyable

Reasonable accommodation close to Prague city centre. Breakfast quite acceptable, beds comfortable. Rooms on the street suffer from traffic noise, rooms at the back are quiet.

For the price, everything was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, offered us free later check-out and a free luggage storage after it

The only slight issue we faced was that the thermostat in the room faces the bed and features a quite bright touchscreen panel: the panel does not appear to be dimmable, meaning you will face an annoying bright light in the otherwise completely dark and relaxing room, emanating from the wall

The room came equipped with a kettle and a set of teas and coffees (instant). Bed was comfortable and the blinds kept out the very bright mornings in Prague until ready to awake

Convenient location, two minutes walk from the metro red line and a five minute walk from Wenceslas square. There is a fitness room, pool, sauna. Free Wi-Fi in room and throughout the hotel

Ibis Praha Wenceslas Square is ideally located very close to the I. Pavlova tram and metro stations and literally neighbours the Novotel Wenceslas square

Check-in process was straightforward, with city tax paid upon check-out. The room was very comfortable and there was 0 sound leakage between the corridor and the rooms or between the rooms whilst we were staying there

The hotel's location is excellent, really close to both the subway and tram stations. It's quite new and the facilities are decent, offering great value for money.

The rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are polite and answer all questions. It was a lovely stay for the whole family, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit

Our only minor issue, which isn't really a flaw, was not bringing slippers as the hotel didn't provide them, but otherwise, we had no problems. Thank you to the Belvedere hotel and its staff

Best part is the breakfast they really have good food and a variety of things. It also stays in a good place close to everything so yes it was good!

The Belvedere hotel is in a fantastic location, with the tram passing right in front and the stop just a minute's walk away

Everything was perfect at the hotel. When I come to Prague again, I will stay at the same hotel.

The atmosphere is very warm, upon arrival the reception staff are very accommodating. However, some of the restaurant staff doesn’t know how to speak English

Very quiet for sleeping apart from the rumble of trams. Hotel was elegantly decorated. Breakfast buffet items appeared dried out and unappetising. Coffee from the carafe was old and bitter

Decent hotel, good value for money, warm service, great location, and a lovely environment.

However, there were a few things that really soured my experience: 1. There was a strong, unpleasant smell of urine in the toilet and bathroom that spread throughout the entire room

Waking up to drilling was quite unpleasant, and there was no warning or compensation offered for the inconvenience. The bed linen, especially the sheets, was very worn out

It's quite close to the train station, so transportation is fairly convenient. Most attractions are within walking distance.

😋 Transportation is convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Prague Square, and there are many public transportation options nearby! ! There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy a variety of Asian food 😆

The breakfast has a wide variety of options and is delicious, especially for those who like Western breakfast

The breakfast was good, and the hotel also provided a kettle, which was really important! It's also a short walk to Primark for shopping. I'd definitely recommend it, though breakfast starting at 7 AM was a bit too late

Very good location (really near the old town), the staff helped me with early check in as well, and also offered me a luggage storage on my last day before i go home. Very recommended.

We really enjoy our stay at The Gold Bank. Breakfast has variety of choices and it’s delicious. The room is nice and tidy. Definitely will stay here if visit to Prague again

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. It's a bit far from the center, but it's really pleasant to stroll through Prague's beautiful streets

The only problem was that my room didn't have bedside tables, but I can live without them. Close to the main train station and bus station. Shops and public transportation are also very close

We had a fantastic three days here, they even placed a bottle of fix and some chocolates for my birthday in my room for when we returned after a long day discovering Prague. I would highly recommend this hotel

I've included some pictures without my family in, but most of these places were extremely easy to reach from the hotel, and the included breakfast was perfect to fill up on before journeying out

Loved this hotel. Walking distance to Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square as well as lots of public transport options. Loved the Art Nouveau decorations and the breakfasts were amazing. Rooms can be small though.

We were delighted with our room and special sweet welcome snack. Be aware some rooms are overlooking the trolley lines which run all night long. Throughout the hotel all the staff were kind and gracious

As the property was originally a monastery the concierge gave us an amazing tour of the original, still functioning church and shared the marvelous history of the buildings and the order

Although the stay was booked by Viking, we emailed the hotel to advise our Marriott status and request a quiet room and they immediately and graciously replied

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had a challenge with the heat as the room was kept particularly warm, and the remote seemed to have little to no impact

Wish they had a front counter with a human behind it so I could have maybe checked in early or left my bag here early. Just the machine that prints your card and tells you nothing about where your room actually is

Location is perfect, walking distance to old town or Vinohrady without being crushed by tourists. Shower had nice pressure but took about 15 minutes to drain, so you spend any shower standing in an inch of water

Residence Jecna in Prague exceeded all my expectations, making my trip truly memorable. Host Eugenia's graciousness and helpfulness were the perfect introduction to this gem of a hotel

Located in the center of Prague, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room size is very satisfactory. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The service staff is very kind and the breakfast is rich~

It's within walking distance of Prague Main Station, with tram stops, metro stations, and department stores right nearby. Getting to the airport via Bolt took less than 30 minutes

While the building is old, leading to some minor inconveniences like inefficient heating and limited power outlets, the overall pleasant experience more than makes up for it
