A fairly nice and well-kept hotel. In a relatively central location in the Mala Strana neighborhood, close to trams and the metro. Breakfast is good, though not extraordinary, but it has everything you need

The location is excellent, just yards from the nearest tram stop, and 1 stop/ 10 minutes walk to Andel, shopping centre, interchange, bars, fast food etc

Very good stay, quiet and very close to public transport which makes it a great location for visiting! Very good breakfast and top cleanliness

As well as a good choice of cereals and yogurts, there was a large buffet of breads, cheeses, cold meats, salads etc. There was also a large selection of cakes (can’t vouch for those as I wasn’t tempted)

We really enjoyed our three-night stay at The Arbes. It’s fair to say that the décor is traditional and slightly dated but don’t let that detract from what is a well run and friendly hotel

We had a large room with everything we needed, including a fridge, tea and coffee facilities and, in the bathroom, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast was really very good

Nice and economically convenient hotel, at 5-minute walk to Husinecká tram station which connects you by 9 line to Vaclav Havel Airport. It has comfortable beds, good restroom, and safety box.

I appreciate their services, it made my trip so complete and fulfilled.

No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags. Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature

Good access from the old town. In addition, the staff were friendly and the facilities were well maintained. Good value for money.

This hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on. The weakest point of this hotel is the staff

So so, clean room but on the second day our room smelt awful, like sewage. We asked for sugar and milk in our room as kettles, tea and coffee are provided but they told us they don't provide the extras.

The area where the hotel is located is not too crowded and yet close to the city center (walking distance and 5 min walk to the station)

Great location, comfortable sleep and staff are excellent and helpful. We had a late flight and wanted to explore the city for the day. Our bags were able to be stored in the luggage storage for the whole day

We stayed here for two nights to explore Prague and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We absolutely loved the breakfast

The hotel was renovated in 2016, so it is nicely made. Good value for money and location. Breakfast is nothing much to look forward to, but their service is otherwise nice.

We enjoyed coming back to the tranquility of the hotel after a busy day of exploring the crowded parts of the city. Will definitely come back here!

The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night

During our last morning, we had a minor issue and sent a note to the hotel after our departure and Martina manager immediately replied and resolved the issue above and beyond expectations

The hotel's location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. The hotel's restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant! We are very satisfied!

The location is very good and convenient to go everywhere. But the circular design does not provide good lighting.

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Mark in late September for our 31st anniversary and had an amazing time. From the moment we were greeted by Nicky the Concierge, to Julia at check in, we felt like they really cared

We enjoyed our 3 days there so much. They let us do late check out at 4 pm with no extra cost The valet guy BILAL was super cool and friendly with us also the girl at the reception OLGA were super kind and helpful

The hotel is extremely well located in the center of the old town. As a consequence, several major tourist sides are within close walking distance. The building of the hotel itself is worth to be mentioned

(1) Consistent, the breakfast room carries the atmosphere of the last century but the food served fits with the variation and trends expected from high standard hotels in Central Europe

It fits extremely well into the landscape of the old town because it really belongs to it. The rooms and other facilities fit well to the historic environment but provide the convince and comfort of modern hotels

Many attractions within walking distance! Pleasantly surprised with the breakfast spread. Tasty food with buffet spread and menu (additional order). Reception can speak English and check-in and out was a breeze

The room is clean. The bed so soft and i love it. They even give us choc when checkin and checkout. Breakfast was good. Close to everything. U can just walk around to the town.

In summary, I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel for visitors aiming to explore the old town of Prague and enjoy the uniqueness of this beautiful city

Very good hotel located in the centre of Prague within walking distance of a lot of places. Very courteous and attentive staff. If I was to pass through town again, I would definitely stay here again

A great hotel in a perfect location to explore the wonderful city of Prague

On top of this they made some cake for her and gave a bottle of wine. Which we came back to Sunday evening which after being out all day was a lovely surprise. It was worth every penny and couldnt recommend it more

The hotel was centrally location which was great to walk everywhere, the rooms where quite small, the housekeeping one day came in and refilled our refrigerator, but didn’t make the bed or clean the bathrooms so we had to go up and ask for housekeeping - it was little strange, no conditioner in the shower only soap and shampoo, the AC works, but not the best! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful...

We had a superior room and it was lovely the room all the amenities and, the room clean was spotless. We had breakfast in bed for my girlfriends birthday and it was lovely

Rooms are nice but mine is little bit too cold for me, at least for December winter time. Service is good they made my room ready even before the check in time because I arrived really early

Stayed at The Maximilian for 4 days wife my wife. We arrived at the hotel and received a very warm welcome. We were told immediately that the lift was temporarily out of order

A major benefit is the on-site secured parking lot (reserve in advance, since spots are limited). For any future trips to Prague, I will always stay at Hotel Maximilian

The location and the friendly reception staff make this a perfect hotel! The breakfast was delicious and served in a Japanese-style setting, which was great! It was my fault for carrying heavy luggage, but there is no elevator in the building, so I had to use the stairs every time

Great location, delicious breakfast, daily cleaning, TV, kettle, and fridge in the room! The tram stop is right across the street! The friendly staff, especially Anton, explained and showed us everything! The U Fleku beer restaurant is just around the corner! All the sights are nearby! I highly recommend it!

Because I missed my train, I had to stay in a hotel near Shenzhen North Railway Station for one night. I searched for Yihao Hotel on Ctrip. It was a good accommodation experience

The receptionist was kind and helpful, but there was a terrible water leak in the bathroom. It was partly my oversight, but there was no elevator, and the spiral staircase was very difficult to climb.

Very friendly staff and an extra surprise on New Years Eve. Well located. Definitely would book again

It was located right next to the tram, so it was easily accessible, and the receptionist was friendly, so it was a comfortable stay.

I hesitated for a while about this hotel, mainly because I was worried that the renovations were old and the facilities might be outdated. However, after reading many reviews, I decided to book it anyway

The service in Art Deco Imperial is awesome from the day checked in till this mornjng. We stayed 8days and will highly recommend this place for your stay in Prague

We booked an executive double and were delighted with the complementary bottle of sparing wine that greeted us with a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary - such a lovely gesture! The decor was really beautiful and there was an incredibly high standard of cleanliness in the room and throughout the hotel

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. There are all sorts of shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making dining very convenient

Nice hotel, good breakfast, great location very central. Only small issue is the shower. It's a great shower but it was leaking below the door, watering everything... Beside that it's a great hotel.

Great hotel for family of 4! Rooms were spacious and renovated. Bathroom was spacious pretty good for a European hotel room and a great price too!

Location wise - not exactly at a popular and dense place like the Wenceslas Square but Prague’s public transport is so well connected. You can stay anywhere in the city and find it convenient

The location is excellent, close to the Powder Tower and Old Town Square, and Havel's Market is also very nearby. The room key isn't a card key, but it gave a classic feel, which wasn't a problem

Huge room... well suite really! Bed lovely. Breakfast excellent. Only downside was both female receptionists were soooooo miserable. Could not manage a smile. Such a shame as they are the 1st impression

The room was very spacious and great. The heating was a bit strong, making it slightly warm, but the air conditioning made it comfortable. It was also nice that the breakfast menu changed over the two days.

The food was decent, though the selection was a bit limited! They even gave my husband a bottle of red wine and a birthday card on his birthday, which was very thoughtful! 30 afternoon was told our room wasnt ready, ( check in time at 2. 00 ) so we went for a quick lunch around the corner of the hotel

Came back the hotel checked in and got room# 306 with 2 single beds, i dont understand that why i cldnt book a double bed instead ! Anyways room was alright and we got some local wine and some snacks “very thoughtful as first time guest here” so thank you for that

Away enough from the crowd noise but close enough that you won’t walk more than five minutes to get there. Every room comes with breakfast whether you booked it or not. Rooms are well heated and clean

Complimentary coffee after closing hours, and some cakes was really nice after a long day walk, its nice to see that Clarion offers this complimentary coffee, tea and cakes

I loved how cozy the atmosphere is in this hotel. Didn’t hear any noise while I was staying. Pro tip: there is a Thai spa in the ground floor I recommend trying

Although the hotel is old but with lots of history and you can read all the history on every floor near the lift lobby. I’m so glad I booked this hotel as it is literally beside the Old town and Prague Astronomical Clock
