Everything was brilliant, location perfect, very quiet considering it's locating in the centre.

Location is near the center Service is good The only thing was bad there were some stains on the bed sheets and pillows, no change in 4 nights I stayed

I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants great experience staying in. If only I could give it more than 5 stars

Perfect hotel in city center, walking distance for all tourists attraction , Charles Bridge approximately 20 minutes walking, breakfast was good , they have water kettle and small fridge, theres construction work in street but you not hear any thing in hotel is very quiet

Perfectly located near the square, easy access to major attractions in the town by foot. Hotel is Close to the station by using tram too. Staffs are helpful and attentive too

There was ham, cheese, bread, scrambled eggs, yogurt, and fruit. It gets incredibly crowded right after opening, and there aren't any staff to guide you to seats, so finding a table can be a bit challenging

The hotel is located in the city center, so we were able to walk everywhere. There's even a beautiful Christmas market right in front of the hotel

However, the air conditioning seemed old, and the heating wasn't very effective. I stayed in mid-March, and it was a bit chilly. [Breakfast] It's complimentary, I believe? And it was good

Although the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, it was plentiful and delicious, leaving us very satisfied. My only minor disappointment was the lack of a kettle in the room

First they weren’t that easy trying to solve the problem but right person (Clara?) in the right position made our stay unforgettable

We got double booked so needed to change room during our stay. Not the most comfortable thing during a short stay

The Golden Well Hotel is perfect except for its slightly inconvenient location. There is a welcome drink as soon as you enter the door. There are special staff to take the luggage to the room for guests

Spectacular, Romantic Boutique Hotel! My wife and I were in Prague for four nights celebrating our wedding anniversary. We are SO happy that we chose to stay at the Golden Well Hotel

Also, we should mention that if you are over 65 (perhaps over 60?) all of the public transportation in Prague, such as trains and the metro are free! So you don’t have to deal with the added confusion of purchasing tickets, etc

Every day from about 4 PM to 6 PM they set out a selection of treats, including cookies, nuts, cake; as well as mulled, wine, coffee, and tea. This is all served in a charming little side room that is very inviting

It is about a 15 minute walk to the head of the Charles bridge where there are many shops, cafés, etc. The Lennon wall is also down near the head of the Charles Bridge, about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the hotel

We were delighted by the turn-down service in which a delicious small dessert was left for us each evening! The breakfast was delicious and was served on the top floor terrace which also has a spectacular view

We recently stayed at Hotel Roma Prague and we had an excellent experience. The hotel offers spacious rooms for family of four. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Generous suplies of toiletries too

Around 10 minutes walk to Charles Bridge and 15-20 walk to Prague castle and Old town. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s a great spot for anyone wanting to explore the city while enjoying a comfortable stay

Its location is very ideal, as it’s within walking distance of many of Prague’s most iconic historic sites, making sightseeing very convenient

Gorgeous room and so close to some beautiful landmarks! Will definitely be back on my next trip to Prague

We had to turn all the heating to the lowest but it was still too hot sometimes

It is very excellent hotel, great location, very reasonable price with good breakfast. Good for family, but just 1 negative comment, which is when night time walk back from garden , it is quite dark and very quiet.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Castle and Charles Bridge! The corner is the best place to take photos of the Little Red Tram! Especially the private garden of the hotel is super photogenic! The hotel breakfast is also good!

But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice

An exceptional stay with impeccable service and elegant comfort.

When I was leaving, I booked an airport shuttle, but it was stuck in traffic. They called and arranged a taxi for me. It was a great value, and I would definitely choose this hotel again

I checked in at 12 o'clock and was assigned a room with a terrace. I don't know why, but I stayed for 120,000 won, which was 50,000 won cheaper than other days.

It was such a kind gesture and a beautiful way to start our stay. The hotel itself is extremely well located - about a five-minute walk from Prague Castle and five minutes in the other direction to Charles Bridge

We had a great time at the hotel, lovely room, the location was perfect, staff very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was so good, lots of vegan options including oat/soy milk & Prosecco, the castle is a 5 minute walk and the Charles bridge about 10 minutes, we can’t wait to come here again

There is also a tram stop just a couple of minutes away, and public transport in Prague is very easy to navigate. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are amazing - very professional, warm, and welcoming

The breakfast each morning was delicious and there were many different options to cater for all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague

That said, this certainly wouldn’t be a deal-breaker for us. Overall, we had a lovely stay. I would happily return to this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family

The juice didn’t appear to be freshly squeezed, and the cheeses were processed slices. Personally, I feel that offering fewer items but of a higher quality might be something worth considering

The breakfast was decent, and there was a complimentary welcome drink. The bar also offered a 20% discount card. Overall, it's an average hotel with nothing special

We need to go to the reception to ask for a new one. Also, there was no hot water for the last day we stayed there. We had to have a shower in cold weather. The reception is trying their best to solve the problem

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel during our trip in Prague. It’s a really good location for travellers in Prague. Good location, good room, and good staff. However, we didn’t get new shower gel/ shampoo

But, no one came to check at the end.  Nevertheless, we still recommend this hotel due to its location

Was a good stay and sleep over most of the time we re out.

Breakfast has everything you need. Yes, it's generally monotonous, but it's hard to imagine anything better. Great location, close to the center. There's a large shopping center nearby with all the shops

I would add hair conditioner to the bathroom, and the body lotion in the dispensers needs to be replaced; it's rancid, apparently few people use it. Also, there wasn't enough water in the room or coolers on the floors

The hotel itself deserves a 5 star. the street right out front is a little unkempt but that's not their fault. Staff is very kind and helpful. There is a laptop and printer so you can print out your boarding passes

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel within three days. The floor was higher and the noise was reduced. The room was still comfortable and I felt good

The hotel was very well located, everything was within walking distance in the center. The service was very good.

Had an accessible room on ground floor. Had heated flooring in the bathroom and was huge. Very comfortable and quiet with neighbourhood car park outside. Staff and cleanliness was spot on

Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Good location not far from the jewish quarter. A couple of bars and a small supermarket in the near vicinity

There are some lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, and I would particularly recommend Kuchyň just up the road for a scenic lunch or dinner. A truly memorable stay and one we would happily recommend

Really enjoyed my stay in the Alchymist Grand hotel. The room was breathtakingly perfect. The bed and pillows are super lux and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with great Czech amenities

The public areas are also worth exploring for their history and beauty. Breakfast, whilst in a beautiful setting and has great service, food quality could be an area of improvement

The location is also ideal: quiet and peaceful compared to the busy Old Town, yet still very convenient to get around either on foot or by Uber

We stayed in the Terrace Suite at the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa and had an exceptional experience from start to finish

That’s my POV! The hotel has been renovated, and for the price, it’s totally worth it. I actually like it old but gold! It’s not loud like some other reviews say, except if your neighbors make a lot of noise

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Peter. He’s really friendly, and it’s always nice to see him working, his smile and warm greetings every time we pass by truly make a difference

But for me, I prefer walking more than using public transportation! The breakfast is amazing, just as they claim served very early in the morning and really tasty

The hotel is located in an amazing area you can walk everywhere, and the metro is just a few steps away

The showers' water temperature was changing so much during the shower that we had to stop it. The room was very small and there was little table surface

One way to mitigate it is to install wall mounted racks, shelves, and hooks. I hope the management is reading this and taking action

In the courtyard there is a beautiful garden and a Playground. So if you're travelling with kids, the most it! The staff is responsive. Cleaning every day! In the rooms everything is working!

I booked a standard room with balcony here including a mini kitchenette, Room was good facilities good but no condiments. Room service not very good not all bins emptied mini kitchen not cleaned floor not cleaned.

On Wenceslas Square, so central for many activities. Had room at rear which was quiet. Room and furniture did not quite match what Ali expected from the photos, but was fine for 2 nights

Communication with the hotel has been impressive and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you would want in a lovely environment. Tables were cleared straight away

The room When we arrived we were shocked to see just how spacious the room actually was! The bed was comfy and clean and they provide you with show gel, shampoo and soap (all from rituals!) towels, tissues and a hairdryer is also provided in the room

There are two lifts to the rooms which is great as helps with traffic, although they were a bit slow! Also stairs if you prefer a walk which weren’t too steep but we’re a spiral staircase so could be narrow in some places

I will say that because you are so close to a tram you can hear slight vibrations when you’re in the room but it’s not a problem. All in all it was a good hotel with friendly staff and I would 100% stay again

Very convenient for centre & metro 5 minutes walk to "Muzeum station" access line A & C. 20 to 30 mins walk to station, suggest use metro. Hlavni nadrazi is metro station for central station Prague

The balcony was the best part of the stay. Watched the sunset and enjoyed a glass of wine on our balcony before going out to the Christmas markets. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient, and the staff were helpful.

Good staff that helped us find a taxi to the train station, good restaurants nearby, and general tourist advice. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and a great way to start the day.

Also seniors (over 65yrs) can travel free if they have their passports

When sitting on the balcony, be careful of the people smoking on the top floor who are leaning on the railings and blowing off their cigarettes. Judging from the price, this is a hotel with a high CP value

Spacious rooms and ideal location. Easy walks to the theater districts and to the Castle. The included breakfasts were quite wonderful - tasty, filling and very European.

I found the restaurant to be extremely convenient for when I was tired and didn't fancy heading out in search of food. The menu options, portion size, staff and taste were all first rate

I couldn't be happier with the service and room! Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us warmly and they gave us all the info we needed during our time in Prague

They had freshly squeezed orange juice which was amazing. The staff were perfect! Annoyingly the restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday’s & Monday’s. We arrived on Sunday & left on Tuesday

The hotel is in a really good spot, easily walking distance to most places & if you want to go to the Castle it’s just a short walk to the tram stop and pence to catch the tram

The bedroom had an excellent large comfortable bed but unfortunately the room was hot and couldn’t cool it down without opening a window which was then noisy, the maintenance guy had a look straight away but turned the room stat up? The reception guy turned it half way but it didn’t make a difference

My room had a really nice vibe with the big Buddha statue in the corner & the bed was massive & really comfortable. The breakfast was definitely overall the best in terms of quality of ingredients being used

We did this and walked down to Charles Bridge and back. The hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent and so much to choose from, I had omelette with fresh smoked Salmon on the side
