The location is excellent — public transport is right nearby (bus station, metro, tram). That said, you can easily walk to the main sightseeing areas: most of Prague’s iconic spots are about 10–15 minutes away on foot

The property isn’t brand-new, but it’s well looked after: everything felt clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered a nice variety. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful

We really appreciated being allowed to leave our heavy suitcase after checkout until later in the day — it made our last hours in Prague much more enjoyable

Service: The service is very good. I booked other days on other platforms, and the staff will take the initiative to arrange the same room without having to check in again. In addition, I set off from Budapest to Prague

There were no mats in front of our rooms on rainy days, so you bring all the dirt inside with limited self-cleaning options (TP). Funny was a Security staff member asking me for cigarettes

The hotel was excellent overall. Breakfast was great, room was clean and felt fresh and modern and the location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and welcoming

The room was okay. We found hair and hair ties belonging to someone else in the bathroom, and the shower had no water pressure and did not drain. Otherwise, it was pretty comfortable and spacious.

The location and the view from the room are the best. 10 minutes walks from where we wanted to be, central. There is a garage near the hotel. Warm wine in the lobby and breakfast was a variety

Lo and behold, I think I’ve discovered one of the finest hotels in Prague! The staff members at reception and the breakfast are exceptionally attentive and kind, which made the atmosphere anything but stuffy

And each room (I stayed in three at different points of my trip!) was extremely distinct. From the delicious, very large breakfast to the free pastries, this hotel takes good care to sate your appetite

Coffee and espresso machine were complimentary with breakfast. Staff was friendly and super helpful. All staff members spoke several languages including English. Highly recommend Vintage Hotel Sax

The room was very clean every day, the air conditioning was exellent, the breakfast is the best than I can had. Delicious, and variety of fruits, breads, coffee, juice, everything was perfect.

Staff were polite and informative throughout our stay, in all the reception, breakfast room and restaurant! The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh every morning, constantly being topped up by staff

Only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is quiet a hike up the hill from the tram stop. You can grab a cab if necessary, otherwise be prepared to climb quite a bit here and around other parts of the city

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were warm and friendly and the bedroom was lovely.Breakfasts were excellent. Although we ate out I had one meal at lunch and the food was very good.

The staff in general are a credit to this hotel. Overall a fantastic stay in a great location, a bit of a steep walk from Charles Bridge however this didn’t bother us!

The room was perfect, very clean, comfy beds and pillows and accessorized bathroom. The breakfast was included in our stay and was amazing, with so many options and all of them were good

Our room was on the lower ground floor which had access to a private garden area. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The location near the castle was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel right next to the bus station, and it's a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the city center. They also offer currency exchange services right at the hotel.

After my experience with the hotel in Germany, I came to truly appreciate how good this hotel was. The owner, who was holding a Collie, was very kind, and I really enjoyed the breakfast

It was good to stay there. All was good. Quiet, clean and large space. Even toilet and shower room was also clean and large.

I traveled with my parents and children. The accommodations were spacious. The shower was a bit cramped. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Three girls stayed here. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, so we were very satisfied. We didn't eat the food, so we don't know about it.

Located few steps from Old Town Square, though it’s in pedestrian zone so not every taxi can get directly to the hotel’s entrance. Rooms are spacious, furniture is classic and a bit old

I stayed here on Business for several days. Rooms were clean and spacious. The area was quiet but with lots of restaurants and shopping with in a few minutes walking distance. Over all I highly recommend this hotel

Being able to schedule it on-site was incredibly convenient, especially since you come out a bit wet. We simply wrapped ourselves in towels, dried off a little, put our shoes back on, and walked straight to our room

Very nice Personal, the rooms are clean and very big. The Location of the Hotel is ideal for Trips to the city center, but at night ut can be noisy from the streets.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Before arriving, we messaged the hotel to arrange an airport shuttle, which brought us directly from the airport to the hotel’s front door—very convenient

Only problem was dragging a heavy suitcase up (and down) long flights of stairs to and from the fourth floor. Had we known, we each would have brought a small suitcase instead of combining our belongings into one

Even arriving late at night, we were able to walk just around the building and find a traditional Prague restaurant where we enjoyed warm goulash served in a bread bowl—absolutely delicious

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a two-minute walk from the clock tower in the old town. The reception staff were helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. Our room was small but functional

This is a lovely quiet hotel which was only a 30 minute walk through the park to the old town. The trams are only a 3minute walk from the hotel. The staff were always helpful and extremely friendly

On our last day we were leaving really early and they made us a breakfast to take with us. Honestly we absolutely loved our stay here and when back in beautiful Prague again we will stay here

The rooms are spacious and the beds extra comfortable. We travelled with our 18 month year old and they made our stay stress free. The breakfast is good and all what you would need

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and quiet in the bustle. However, the elevator is too small and can barely accommodate four people. The bathroom in the room is a bit too small

It doesnt get more central in Prague. All of the sights in Prague within walking distance

400 year old building! Old Town sq. Some notes: lift is bijou! Stairs 20 treads. Pedestrian area but easy taxi access. For its location and quality of staff and rooms a well deserved 5*

It is nice and small and quite old hotel in the very center of Prague. You won’t get a lot of crowds of the central square but I’d grab a pair of noice cancelling earplugs

The staff then lazily photocopied the passports using a few seconds and returned our passports when we said we would need the passports back. Beautiful city with not so beautiful people

I highly recommend it! One thing to note is that, due to the architecture and the hotel's age, it doesn't have an elevator. For us, it wasn't a problem, but it's something to consider if you have mobility limitations

Charles Bridge was nearby, so it was nice to see, but there was no elevator, so it was difficult to move our luggage

The attentive, thoughtful, and warm service makes you feel right at home! Upon arrival, the thank-you note and chocolates left in the room instantly made my travel fatigue disappear! When I returned the next day, there was a heart-shaped dessert in the room, which was heartwarming! The breakfast was also unforgettable; it was incredible! A variety of homemade cakes and pies, and they were delicious

Has a Lego shop next door and multiple convenience stores and a Starbucks close by if you want your morning coffee - just one caution it is near the main drag so you get a lot of inebriated people walking by at night but they are all pretty friendly

Nice place, located in central Prague. Mainly clean, the rooms are quite roomy and have whatever needed. The TV is quite small though and up too high on the wall, but that is something minor.

The Metropol design hotel is located right in the middle of Prague making every area easy to get to and all in walkable distance. The hotel is very modern, clean and the staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful

Very reasonably priced with the all the necessities covered. In an excellent location, fairly clean throughout. The beds were clean and comfortable and we were given fresh towels every morning

Rooms are simple and clean with a great shower and daily clean if you want it. Free hot drinks in reception were a nice extra

We were happy to stay here a little away from the whole busy tourists. The room we stayed was quite big, with two single beds and one sofa. However the bed was too soft for me… that‘s the only thing

The hotel is next to the Chinese Embassy in the Czech Republic, which feels very friendly. It is not far from the Prague Castle on foot. The environment is beautiful and the room is comfortable

very nice location within the embassy area of prague with a high park just 3 min away for our dog. To the next tram and metro station around 7-9 min by walk and in just 3 stations you are already in the tourist area

You could have closed them with the automatic blinds, but we much preferred to enjoy the morning sun! The breakfast was also really good, you could even make your own waffles there! Thank you for the lovely time!

This is the best service hotel I ever stayed. And I stayed a lot of hotel. My travel mileages in united airline is 2,674,986. Great place to stay. Small but good.
