The room was quite small overall, and I couldn't even open my suitcase. The location was excellent, pretty much in the city center, and most major attractions were within walking distance. Breakfast: I felt the breakfast was quite poor, they even charged for the coffee machine. Overall, I wouldn't highly recommend it; for the same price, the nearby Majesty was much better.

Didn't stay in the hotel but took a day trip to the spa. There are 10 or so saunas and steam rooms in the adult only section, 3 outside. Also warm plunges and cold / warm showers and ice buckets. It was glorious

Well located hotel, everything is there but service is poor. The atmosphere is cold, and restaurants are not cosy. We didn't want to spend extra minutes. Staff generally speaks only broken Czech, no German nor English. The swimming pool area is not welcoming to relax. It is confusing how the hotel is managed, separately rooms and apartments, hotel and wellness, not customer friendly.

Located next to the lake, the city centre is a bit far away (15 min by car). The hotel has a free parking but it’s not really big. The place was probably very nice when it first opened. It was still nice and the high ceilings were impressive. We liked the breakfast as well. It's a bit of a walk from the station and a little far from the market, but otherwise it's great! If you're in the 6th-floor attic, you'll need to climb stairs, but the staff are very nice and easy to get along with, and the breakfast is delicious. It was a great experience!

This is an older hotel located on the outskirts of the scenic area. There's no parking. The rooms are relatively small, and the hot water isn't very hot. The front desk staff is quite helpful.

Staff even without being asked came to our room with a big fan that made our second night more comfortable as we didn't have AC in our room.

It's a great location, easy to travel to the city but not loud at night. The rooms are fine, nice bed. The breakfast is very great aswell as the lobby to relax or wait for a bit. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Sauna has an additional charge but it’s a small fee.

Everything was in perfect order. The service was friendly, clean, and close to the city center. The only downside was the mattress being too soft. It's unbearable for people with spinal problems. You might want to consider improving comfort in this area.
