Monumental on the outside, centrally located. Unfortunately, the organization isn't all that great. The room was only cleaned upon request, and even then, it was relatively sloppy. In the dining room, they wanted to seat us in the darkest corner. The clientele isn't so encouraging...

Great spa hotel. Very clean and nice. Beautiful spaces. Rooms were big and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Procedures are taken place in hotel so you can walk in your bathrobe. Hotel is connected with other hotels so you can walk indoor into swimming pool in Hvezda or to Roman bath in Nove Lazne.Very relaxing stay.

Absolutely amazing place and treatment! Not only the environment and services is extraordinary, but also the approach of the staff. All the personel members were not only professional, but also welcoming, helping and kind.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel. We were assigned at a large room with balcony overlooking the park. As this hotel is part of 3 hotel complex, interconnected by walks ways and indoor corridors all famous for spa and wellness treatments. One has a good time spent for the body and soul. Nice and clean, good restaurants and interesting places nearby. Easy to get to downtown Prague, just have to figure out the easy to use, cheap, clean and safe Tram.

The rooms are small and the prices fluctuate too much. The cleanliness is okay, but the carpet doesn't feel nice. Parking is inconvenient.

It's very nice and accomodating, though there were cobweds at the entrance to our room.

We got our welcome drink (prosecco) warm. Next day, we went to the bar and got white wine which was also warm. Drying rack in our bathroom didn't work. Otherwise the hotel is nice, good location and friendly staff, but at the end it is about the details which were not that great :(

The hotel has a good location. It is a 5-minute walk from a shopping center and the central bus stop. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options, and the cleaning was good. My only negative comment is that I did not like the design of the room I got as a Designer room. Other than that, it was a good stay overall.

Room was clean and fine. They were stingy with towels and toilet paper. They did not supply shampoo or conditioner. The shower was awkwardly short.

Everything was okay, and the room was good value for money. The hotel's unseparated wet and dry areas were a little surprising. I used the tub and water seeped onto the carpet, so I was fined 50 euros. This is a normal consequence of normal use, so why should I be fined?

This bed was so unique, I felt like a medieval European princess! Very nice location. Walking distance to many tourism spots. Hotel staffs are very nice and offer excellent service. Mini bar is totally for free with cokes sparkling/still water and beers. But some of the facilities in the room are old and broken.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location and spacious rooms. However, I found the facilities, decor, and service to be quite average. Honestly, its excellent location is its only real highlight.

The location is excellent, right by the bridge. I stayed on the 5th floor, and with the skylight open, the river breeze would sweep through the room. It was incredibly comfortable.

It is THE hotel you want to get in Very South Poland or North Czechia. Breakfast and Dinner Is really good there are 3 Aisles of food ! The room was perfect too!

The room was spotless and very accommodating. The staff was very kind with assisting in transportation and local spot recommendations. Ski & snowboard rental on site was stress free! Great experience.

Clean room, good location and staff were very nice. Room itself was a bit basic with no coffee or tea making facilities, the beds weren't the best and the pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked any kind of support for the neck.

Nice and comfortable room for affordable price. Breakfast was amazing and staff was very kind and friendly. Only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the room so it can get quite hot in there. Therefore I cannot give 5/5 stars but it is solid 4.5*

Because everything you need for a winter holiday is available. Location of the hotel, room facilities and the staff is great. Great effort is made to offer holidaymakers variety. So I will definitely go back.

Centric hotel with very clean rooms and spa area. Unfortunately we could not try the spa treatments but we enjoyed the pool and saunas. There is also a great breakfast included. The staff is professional and helpful.

There is a downside to not having air conditioning, but it was cool when I slept with the door open (mid-August). It is noisy because it is in front of the square, but the view is so pretty. It is the only accommodation that provides slippers, so it is nice! There is body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The body lotion seems good. I like it.

It is with great pleasure that I would like to praise and recommend the IBIS Hotel in Pilsen. Friendly, helpful staff at the reception (with good English) and in the restaurant, cleanliness of the room and bathroom and delicious lunch. Walked in with 3 kids and very kindly asked that my 4 year old needed to use a bathroom. They charged us CZK 50. If you really have to ask, then maybe 20 CZK would be appropriate.

Nice place to stay, close to everything

The room is small but new. The room service is good. But the food is terrible..they feed you unhealthy food and it's very tasteless...for 4 stars it's a complete sadness...the pool is icy...I never got to the sauna..in the evening they sit there in rows. The hotel is nice and well located, though quite busy. The room was rather small, and the sound insulation could be improved — noise from the hallway was audible even at night. Hotel and staff were excellent. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice if the bar area was more inviting. The bar was always quiet. Although the hotel is old but with lots of history and you can read all the history on every floor near the lift lobby. Very warm welcome on arrival, picked up the keys and there are several lifts to the 7 floors. Twin room with large window and on-suite. A well maintained hotel, with excellent service. The breakfast was more than good, varied and plentiful. The staff really gave it their all to make our stay comfortable. The trash was taken out and the room was cleaned every day. They agreed to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out until our flight on the last day. Booking was easy, I would recommend booking up to a year in advance to get a reasonable price.
