Quite a long walk from city centre but was clean and everything was as advertised

Nice room, despite the property looks a bit old, good breakfast. The hotel is on a hill so it takes about 20/30 minutes by feet to reach the city center. A bus is also available, but it doesn't pass very often.

Lovely stay, 10/10. Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town.

Located in walking distance to city center though on the hill, i.e. walking back is more difficult / parking is public parking / hotel and rooms are a bit older

We booked the Art Deco Wolker Astoria. There's no reception and the hotel is not accessible by car... and the parking is quite far away. You have to go to another hotel to get your room key. The same goes for breakfast. So really inconvenient. The reception staff were very friendly and moved us to another hotel. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast and dinner from the buffet were great. We also went to the swimming pool. Everything was very nice

Very nice and helpful staff, all without mistakes. I can only recommend. The daughter with a gluten-free diet ate without any problems, the chef really has an overview and knows.

Very good. Ancient style. 24-hour front desk is very reassuring. You need to tell the front desk to open the door first (or use the intercom at the door)

Stayed here for business trip, everything was OK. The location is very good. It is convenient to go everywhere. The hotel room is a little small, but it's OK. The breakfast is also very rich. It's good.

All of the staff greeted us courteously and were very helpful. Checking -in and checking out were performed very efficiently. The was a great range of choices for breakfast. Our family room was spacious and clean. We were only a short walk from Charles bridge and close to the tram. The location for us during our stay was perfect. We would happily stay here again!

The room was very nice. Big, clean, well decorated and very appropriately equipped. The place is very quiet- hard to imagine that it is located right in tye city center. The room was warm and cozy. The breakfast was nice, my kids were happy. The room was clean, we booked family apartment, but actually there was 3 rooms together without even a sofa and table. Everything else was okay.

The staff is very friendly! it's a little far from the subway station, so might need a little bit of walking. Overall, reasonable for its price.

Loved this hotel. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We did have to walk down the hill for evening meals but there are many options within 10 minutes. The staff were so helpful and we could leave our rental car in a gated parking lot. Our room was upgraded to a lovely suite. Would stay here again.

Older hotel. It is most convenient to go to the exhibition. It is right at the door. The environment is very old-fashioned and well-established. Brno is very small. In fact, it is convenient to take a taxi if you live in other places. I stayed at Courtyard a few nights ago.

The breakfast is wonderful. All the staff who serve the breakfast are amazing and act very fast and professional. The other staff are also very helpful and resolving issues very quickly.

The tram stop at Krizikova is just nearby, making traveling to places in Prague very easy. The bus station for airport bus is at Florenc, 2 stops away by tram. A metro station is nearby, but you need to carry your luggage up and down the srairs. The hotel room has a mini fridge, a safe and a kettle to boil water. Breakfast was excellent, so many tasty food to try out.

It is near to city centre and metro station also within walking distance. Surrounding there are many restaurants. I can recommend this hotel for people who would like to explore Prague with peaceful and comfortable stay.

Good location, great breakfast. The only negative thing, there is a spa facility but its a separate company so even just to use the pool you need to do reseevations.

Decent place. When we first checked in, the windows in our rooms had been left open which led to the rooms being filled with bugs, hundreds of them. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and is delicious, especially for those who like Western breakfast. 😋 Transportation is convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Prague Square, and there are many public transportation options nearby! ! There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy a variety of Asian food 😆

Wonderful accommodation and perfect breakfast. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are included in the price of the stay, we really liked it here. The SkyBar on the top floor of the hotel is also perfect.

One of the best choices for Prague sightseeing. Its really close to the old city. Cosy and comfortable hotel - clean and wide guestroom, sweet breakfast, and polite service by receptionist. They accepted my early-check in and helped to search the good restaurant nearby.

There is welcome drink provided. The room is clean. Breakfast was good also. As we were joining a day tour early in the morning before the breakfast start to be served at 7am, the hotel is preparing a take-away breakfast for us to collect at 6am. That's lovely.

The hotel located near tourist attractions in Prague. Staff as so friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and luxurious. Spa and facilities are not to the level of Mandarin Oriental expectations. We are very happy with our 3-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located with walk distance to Charles Bridge and Lennon Wall. A lot of shops are restaurants are nearby.
