The Quentin Prague Hotel has a great location, right next to Charles Bridge and opposite the Four Seasons Hotel. However, the environment is just average, the rooms are small, and the facilities are a bit old, but the price is good, making it quite cost-effective. The receptionist is nice and will help with your luggage.

Strategic location! We had some issues… (which they resolved after three different rooms!), but overall the location made our stay fantastic. Good breakfast with a wide selection of savory options, but not much sweet!

Excellent hotel. Ideally situated between the castle and old town. Clean and nicely appointed rooms (we had a junior suite which was spacious). Great selection at breakfast. Efficient and polite service from all the staff we had contact with. You can't really ask for much more....recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a fantastic location — just a short walk from the historic center and all the festive Christmas markets. My room was spotless, modern, and bigger than expected. The buffet breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices, both hot and cold. Staff were friendly and everything felt well cared for. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We arrived a little after 9 AM and they arranged an early check-in for us, which was great service. The room came with two bottles of water and slippers. It's also close to the old town, right next to the Imperial Café. For this price, it's excellent value for money.

The room was a bit small, but very clean. The water pressure was a bit weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking lot was extremely narrow, which made parking a bit stressful. The location was great for exploring the old town, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay

A hotel is in good location, 5 minutes walk to tram . breakfast is good and very basic, and cleaner didn’t clean our room properly, rubbish and dirty glasses were still there when we came back to room.

Good location. Rooms are spacious but they need to be refreshed. Standard keys to open room doors were a bit hard to handle. The breakfast was pretty poor and the room used as breakfast lounge was not big enough. Electricity was out for 45 minutes one night due to a fuse problem. Hope they will improve.

Beautiful, spacious & comfortable rooms with large TVs, amazing beds & a huge bath. The included breakfast downstairs was delicious and varied, covering everything from parties to fruit and cooked meats. The location is excellent, right in front of the Market Colonnade. The hotel was clean, and check-in and luggage storage were smooth. Hotel has an outstanding location. You are in the city center and at the same time you are not, Everything is very nearby and there is quiet in the evening. Cute hotel is excellent location. Right next to the castle, so handy. It was a bit hard to find, the signage is quite small and easy to miss. Staff were friendly. My only feedback would be an incident involving cleaning of the room where some clothes of mine were collecting with the towels collection. We went in a group of 6 people to ski at the Klinovec resort and we booked this hotel because of the good rating and the services available at the property. the hotel is a spa and has a large swimming pool with various massage devices. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and the hotel even prepared champagne and small snacks. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is right across from a metro station, making it convenient to get to attractions. On the last day, an Uber to the airport cost just over 300 Czech Koruna.

The hotel location is good. Around 7-10 minutes walking from central station. However, the road was made with stones and very hard to walk with luggages. Even 7 minutes walking was very hard and tiring. The hotel service is nice, and room is clean. The breakfast is superb with many options.

Everything was great, it's a 30-minute bus ride from the historical sites.

1. The bedsheets were dirty. 2. The front desk service was noticeably worse compared to other a&o hotels in Europe. 3. There was absolutely no response when trying to contact the front desk online; you had to find someone in person.
