Average looking hotel rooms, I have nothing to complain about except the bathroom door which cannot be closed all the way and have no lock. Staff members are nice. Breakfest and dinner are amazing for this price range. The hotel is far away from the old city center. There are a few nice pubs and fast food places within 20 minute walking range so you don't need to use delivery.

The rooms were clean, but I personally didn't like that there were two twin beds instead of one king size mattress. Also the window doesn't open, so the air in the room can get quite stale. The breakfast was quite nice, always warm, but I didn't see many vegetarian or vegan options. Anyway, it was fine for the price.

I booked this place then read the reviews, and expected the worst . But , it's a cheap bedroom factory , what do people expect 5 *???? Receptionist was polite and efficient , restaurant staff were efficient, breakfast was buffet style , good selection, good value , rooms clean , tidy efficient. Ok the TV was small ,but you go there to sleep!!!! The shower was honestly the most powerful I have ever...

It was a bit awkward because the distance from the city center was ambiguous. It was very inconvenient to adjust the internal temperature at the counter in winter. I was satisfied with the breakfast menu.

I spent a week in this structure for work, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was large and functional; the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast to try! I will be back

A hotel used on and off for over 20 years but it desperately needs reconstruction. The rooms get very stuffy in the summer and the window only opens a few centimetres. Also what use is a bar that's only open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1500? Staff though are excellent and deserve a better working environment.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We arrived a little after 9 AM and they arranged an early check-in for us, which was great service. The room came with two bottles of water and slippers. It's also close to the old town, right next to the Imperial Café. For this price, it's excellent value for money.

The room was a bit small, but very clean. The water pressure was a bit weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking lot was extremely narrow, which made parking a bit stressful. The location was great for exploring the old town, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay

We stayed here with my husband for three nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. It was served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., which gave us plenty of time to enjoy it. A twin room has only one charging interface, which is not enough at all, and the room is very small, and the arrangement of the bed is also strange. The pillow is very dirty and there are black spots on it.

The breakfast is so nice that we kept eating and missed our ride, lol. But it's a pity as we only stayed for 1 night. The exterior may looks aged but the interior is refurbished to modern design. One thing to note, there is a flight of stairs on the level we stayed in, so carrying the luggage is really tough.

Located near rotating head of Franz Kafka and malls where dm and beer shampoo located. The breakfast was awesome! For improvement, perhaps providing more than one bottle of water for a room with 3 pax.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here.

True 5-star experience from parking to spa. Great breakfast and dinner tasting menu. Good wine list also. Pools open early & late. Area around hotel gives easy access to shopping and sights. Underground parking has direct elevator access to rooms. Asked for recommendation for gift options and was referred to local florist that was excellent.

Good location, great breakfast. The only negative thing, there is a spa facility but its a separate company so even just to use the pool you need to do reseevations.

We were three in the rooms and we were way to cramped and no space for luggage. The service was good and delicious (aswell as the cleaning of the room). The location was ok.

This hotel is amazing. Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC. The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so...

Honestly dishes was amazing, i pay 80€ and got 2 room with lunch. Parking costs 11€! Also personal speaking in a lot of popular languages.

We were here with a tour group - we slammed the place at check-in, which was handled as efficiently as possible. The two small elevators are always in use but smell a little funky. Lovely interiors and details throughout. The room was quite comfortable, quiet and clean. However we had the worst shower known to man. Barely warm and barely a trickle! Also shower over bath set up which is just terrible. The air conditioning was fine by European standards and the TV even had a couple of English entertainment channels. A good hotel, well located next to the Flora metro station. Very good breakfast. They stored our luggage. The only problem was that they tried to charge me again for the hotel even though I had already paid. Then they tried to charge me for taxes and fees. Everything was paid for. In the end, it was their mistake, which they admitted.

Everything was great, it's a 30-minute bus ride from the historical sites.

1. The bedsheets were dirty. 2. The front desk service was noticeably worse compared to other a&o hotels in Europe. 3. There was absolutely no response when trying to contact the front desk online; you had to find someone in person.

Bad luck with room? My room didn't have air conditioning and was in need of renovation anyway. Apparently I was unlucky because some of the group got a renovated room (same price and booking) with air conditioning.

10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens...

Our room needed to be updated, the carpet was very faded and stained. The shower also needed some work. It needed new caulking and the shower base was cracked.

We went in a group of 6 people to ski at the Klinovec resort and we booked this hotel because of the good rating and the services available at the property. the hotel is a spa and has a large swimming pool with various massage devices. The rooms are clean, heaters work perfectly. The only problem was communication, almost none of the hotel staff spoke English.

We paid a little extra for the suite and did not regret it. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the old town (photo). The bathroom was lovely. The bed was super comfy, amenities were good although the coffee and tea didn’t get topped up. It could have been better for a 5* hotel. It was clean but not spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds but not super comfy. The window was not closing well and it could be easily violated. Good coffee machine, coffee capsules and tea were provided daily which was very nice to have available anytime in the cold weather.
