Everything was great, especially the fact that the tram station was only a few minutes away on foot. The breakfast was very good, and the view over the city was beautiful. The only unusual thing was the noise from the staff in the hallways early in the morning while cleaning the rooms.

It is clean and the facilities are great. They even allowed free early check-in... and the breakfast is especially delicious. I highly recommend it.

The view was great because it was on a high floor, and the food was buffet style with a wide variety of options. The accommodation fee was also reasonable, so I was very satisfied.

The elevator is narrow and small for the size of the hotel.

Breakfast was superb and rooms are fine when you are alone. Entering the toilet and shower through wooden door is like entering a wardrobe. When in use, the gap between two leaves makes you feel rather uncomfortable therefore it is much better to have a single room. Also, the TV remote is too basic so do not expect to present anything from your USB stick - there is no "source" button. Staff were friendly...

Hotel is located the near by arena O2. This is not in downtown. 100 meters from hotel is bus, tram and underground station. It’s meant very easy mass transport to downtown. All the staff were very kind. Apparently, the entrance is supposed to be locked from 10 PM to 6 AM, but when I returned to the hotel past 10:30 PM, it was open.

The hotel location is excellent, right next to the bus terminal and train station. The town centre is just a short walk away. It is a heritage building which is very well maintained. I find the the gym room is very tight, the breakfast options has good variety, but i still find that it can be improved further.

This time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the "Rebook" button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! Overall had a good experience here. The location alone makes it worth the low price. To be honest, I was expecting something awful when I saw such a perfectly located hotel for a low price. I've stayed here a few times. It's a bit far from the city center, and if you're taking a taxi to the airport during peak hours, it can take an hour. However, the hotel has self-service laundry machines, which is very convenient.

The hotel has a very hip and stylish vibe with a fun atmosphere throughout. Rooms were clean and the location was convenient for getting around Prague. The location is amazing, right in the center of Prague and at the intersection of two metro lines. The hotel itself is decent, feels more like a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star; but on the other hand it didn't charge as a 5-star hotel either. Quite a large room with many utilities, breakfast is also quite good.

Right in front & OPPOSITE of the hotel's ENTRANCE, there is a LIFT that goes down to the GREEN & YELLOW metro line. Literally brings you to any popular tourist destination within 2 or 3 stops. The supermarket is at the metro basement too and within 5 minutes of walking back to the hotel. Staff there were helpful in giving advices to the places that you needed to go to.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a fantastic location — just a short walk from the historic center and all the festive Christmas markets. Poor management. The rooms are modern, but the hotel's infrastructure is not designed for the number of guests. For example, the sauna is too small, and tables in the restaurant were reserved by name for half-board guests, meaning there was no space for breakfast-only guests, even though two-thirds of the tables were empty at 8:30 a.m. In the café, guests were asked to leave tables without reservation...

The staff were emotional and irritable all the time, and even gossiped about customers in German right in front of me. I happen to understand German, so it was terrible. The reception staff was awful; I can't believe a 4-star hotel has such poorly trained staff. There was no smile or cheerfulness at all. They had given us a room which unfortunately had a humming sound 24 hours a day. I could describe it as the sound of a vacuum cleaner. The toilet was unfortunately not very clean! The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. It was a little bit cold when the weather outside was about -5 degrees. And you might find safe too small. A4 sized documents won't fit into it.

Such a nice hotel! We were not sure whether to stay there as the hotel is a little outcentered (approx. 7-10mins by cab, 120-170kč depending on time of the day), however it was worth it. The bar/downstairs area is super cosy and you actually want to hang out there. They have free pool table, foosball, ps4 and Space Invaders. The breakfast is lovely and there is plenty to eat. Majestic hotel in center of Karlovy Vary.

Super relaxing. Spa choices elite. Food choices elite. It’s a walk to the city center with a massive incline on the way back so be in shape or take the transport provided by the hotel.

Mother daughter trip The hotel was nice and provided an old world charm. The spa was clean and had many service options. The food was okay, except the Restaurant Paris which was exzellent. The service throughout was a bit slow and not warm.
