The bathroom drain was a bit slow, but everything else was good. The breakfast was nice, and the location was excellent.

The transportation nearby is convenient, with a Tesco supermarket right next door. Breakfast included corn, fried rice, and fruit. The room was quite small, and there were many foreign tour groups staying there. The bathroom was very basic, with no toiletries provided.

The place is really clean and hygienic; the location is also really convenient. They even have us checked in early since our flight have quite a weird time. The only downside is the room is quite hot, even with a fan that they provided, it is still hot to be honest.

The elevator is narrow and small for the size of the hotel.

Breakfast was superb and rooms are fine when you are alone. Entering the toilet and shower through wooden door is like entering a wardrobe. When in use, the gap between two leaves makes you feel rather uncomfortable therefore it is much better to have a single room. New and luxury hotel at the heart of Prague

All the staff were very kind. Apparently, the entrance is supposed to be locked from 10 PM to 6 AM, but when I returned to the hotel past 10:30 PM, it was open.

The hotel location is excellent, right next to the bus terminal and train station. The town centre is just a short walk away. It is a heritage building which is very well maintained. I find the the gym room is very tight, the breakfast options has good variety, but i still find that it can be improved further.

This time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the "Rebook" button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! The room was huge, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. It's especially great for families with kids. The location is excellent, as all the attractions are within walking distance. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

A twin room has only one charging interface, which is not enough at all, and the room is very small, and the arrangement of the bed is also strange. The pillow is very dirty and there are black spots on it.

We were three in the rooms and we were way to cramped and no space for luggage. The service was good and delicious (aswell as the cleaning of the room). The location was ok.

This hotel is amazing. Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC. The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so...

Walked in with 3 kids and very kindly asked that my 4 year old needed to use a bathroom. They charged us CZK 50. If you really have to ask, then maybe 20 CZK would be appropriate.

Nice place to stay, close to everything

The room is small but new. The room service is good. But the food is terrible..they feed you unhealthy food and it's very tasteless...for 4 stars it's a complete sadness...the pool is icy...I never got to the sauna..in the evening they sit there in rows. Overall had a good experience here. The location alone makes it worth the low price. To be honest, I was expecting something awful when I saw such a perfectly located hotel for a low price. Very good location (really near the old town), the staff helped me with early check in as well, and also offered me a luggage storage on my last day before i go home. Very recommended.

The hotel sheets had quite a bit of hair on them, making me question the cleanliness. The bathroom waterproofing was also poorly done, and the pictures in the hallway were a bit creepy and unsettling. On the plus side, it's close to the Powder Tower and the train station.

The hotel is old but has a nice feel. It was nice to stay for one night with breakfast included. The pool was not heated. It was 8 degrees Celsius on the day of our stay and it was too cold to go in. The sauna room was awkward because the men were sharing the same room with each other.

The location is amazing, right in the center of Prague and at the intersection of two metro lines. The hotel itself is decent, feels more like a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star; but on the other hand it didn't charge as a 5-star hotel either. Quite a large room with many utilities, breakfast is also quite good.

Right in front & OPPOSITE of the hotel's ENTRANCE, there is a LIFT that goes down to the GREEN & YELLOW metro line. Literally brings you to any popular tourist destination within 2 or 3 stops. The supermarket is at the metro basement too and within 5 minutes of walking back to the hotel. Staff there were helpful in giving advices to the places that you needed to go to.
