Everything was great, it's a 30-minute bus ride from the historical sites.

1. The bedsheets were dirty. 2. The front desk service was noticeably worse compared to other a&o hotels in Europe. 3. There was absolutely no response when trying to contact the front desk online; you had to find someone in person.

We booked Hotel U Divadla as part of an EasyJet break. Whilst the Zone 4 location wouldn't be everyone's ideal, it suited us down to the ground as we love walking. Took us approx an hour to get to the Zone 1 action via a riverside walk. The three of us had a suite, with lots of space, especially in the bathroom, if you want to get ready quickly in the morning. The sauna and swimming pool were a positive surprise. I missed real wholemeal bread at breakfast. All in all, very good value for money.

Next to the hot spring area, you can take bus No. 2 from the bus terminal (the name of the bus terminal is handwritten in the picture) and it takes about ten minutes to arrive at the stop sign in front of the hotel. Bad luck with room? My room didn't have air conditioning and was in need of renovation anyway. Apparently I was unlucky because some of the group got a renovated room (same price and booking) with air conditioning.

10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens...

The hotel location was excellent and had adequate parking for guests. The restaurant in the hotel served an excellent breakfast and had a nice area to sit outside. Our room needed to be updated, the carpet was very faded and stained. The shower also needed some work. It needed new caulking and the shower base was cracked.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. A drinking glass in the room had lipstick on it. Elevator broke down the morning we were leaving. Internet was splotchy. Spacious room and nice pool/sauna/quiet room.

The stuff is absolutely not interested in making stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout process are ruining all experience. plus, one of the 2 elevators doesn’t work properly making it very irritating to use. It could have been better for a 5* hotel. It was clean but not spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds but not super comfy. The window was not closing well and it could be easily violated. Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this one is the most well-equipped and excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed, luxurious, and clean. The staff are also very friendly.
