The hotel is new and clean. The hotel is very conveniently located. Wenceslas Square is just across the street, and the Czech National Museum is also very close. Many attractions are within walking distance. The price/performance ratio is also quite good.

Super relaxing. Spa choices elite. Food choices elite. It’s a walk to the city center with a massive incline on the way back so be in shape or take the transport provided by the hotel.

Mother daughter trip The hotel was nice and provided an old world charm. The spa was clean and had many service options. The food was okay, except the Restaurant Paris which was exzellent. The service throughout was a bit slow and not warm.

The room wasn't large, but it was sufficient. The hotel's location was good, and free parking was available, but you needed to contact them in advance to make a reservation. Many tourists and students stayed at this hotel during holidays; it was about a 20-minute drive from the city center. Parking was difficult in the old town area, so you could park at the hotel and take a taxi to the city center

Ideal location close enough to the underground and with parking provided it made the experience great. The breakfast was awesome as well as the helpfully staff.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. It was a little bit cold when the weather outside was about -5 degrees. And you might find safe too small. A4 sized documents won't fit into it.

Such a nice hotel! We were not sure whether to stay there as the hotel is a little outcentered (approx. 7-10mins by cab, 120-170kč depending on time of the day), however it was worth it. The bar/downstairs area is super cosy and you actually want to hang out there. They have free pool table, foosball, ps4 and Space Invaders. The breakfast is lovely and there is plenty to eat. One of the best stay in hotels in the area. Has amazing breakfast and restaurant. Open, dark and cozy lounge with adjacent pool table and gaming area. Service is smashing, and easy access to the rest of Prague . Solid 10's across the board.

It was a bit far from the old town, but the accommodation was good.

The room was small, and the service was mediocre. I was assigned a room without air conditioning, and it took three requests to get a different room. Overall it's very good, clean and comfortable. The room is larger than other hotels of the same price in Europe. It's a little far from the Old Town of Prague, but it's okay if you drive yourself. Poor management. The rooms are modern, but the hotel's infrastructure is not designed for the number of guests. They had given us a room which unfortunately had a humming sound 24 hours a day. I could describe it as the sound of a vacuum cleaner. The toilet was unfortunately not very clean! Aside from the lack of tissues in the room and the shower faucet being so stiff that it hurt my fingers every time I used it, I was generally satisfied. It's a little outside the main area, but almost everything is within walking distance, and the Florenc bus stop was only a few minutes away, which was convenient.

It's an old but relatively clean hotel. If you stay multiple nights, the sheets aren't changed, but I think it's worth the price.

The room was clean and full of useful surprises (heated bathroom floor, clever nightlight, automatic blinds, etc.) and breakfast was fantastic with many food options that the staff kept fresh and stocked all the way up until closing time.

The golf hotel is great, easily accessible by tram, the rooms are clean, the coffee and tea are excellent, and the breakfast is also very good. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel.

One of the best hotels in Europe. The amenities are basically like asian standards. There's sleepers, coffee, many other things I wouldn't expect a hotel in Europe to provide. There is a downside to not having air conditioning, but it was cool when I slept with the door open (mid-August). It is noisy because it is in front of the square, but the view is so pretty. It is the only accommodation that provides slippers, so it is nice! There is body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The body lotion seems good. I like it.

Overall it was very good, the front desk service was responsive, enthusiastic and proactive, taking our luggage and guiding us. But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Castle and Charles Bridge! The corner is the best place to take photos of the Little Red Tram! Especially the private garden of the hotel is super photogenic! The hotel breakfast is also good!

Very nice hotel at a convenient location next to train stations. Breakfast is great with some local cuisines. We went in January and the only problem was that the heating of the room is too good it was hot sometimes. We had to turn all the heating to the lowest but it was still too hot sometimes.
