In comparison with other hotels in other cities, for such amount of money this feels overpriced. It seems neglected with no attention to details, which leaves a bad impression.

❌ Negatives
- carpets in Deluxe room had a lot of faded stains, in general it does not feel like a Deluxe room - Comfort room looked way better with bigger bathroom, prettier furniture (ugly carpets were in hallways as well)
- we had ants in room (just a few)
- in the hallway there were spiders in corners during our whole stay - leaves impression that it doesn’t get cleaned properly
- “Fitness” is just one tiny tiny room with three machines
- swimming pool is small and had cold water
- breakfast - oatmeal was every day in the same double-food-cover as some salty type of food (vegetables/sausages etc.)

A truly peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location, Spa facilities were excellent Highly recommend for a restful getaway. Would definitely book here again next time i visit. food at this restaurant isn't good though so i would not recommend getting a half board

A bit above the main city centre, but the view is wonderful. Dining on the terrace at sunset gives a fantastic scene. Very good breakfast and dinner were included in our room rate.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. A drinking glass in the room had lipstick on it. Elevator broke down the morning we were leaving. Internet was splotchy.

Spacious room and nice pool/sauna/quiet room.

First, you need to walk many stairs with your heavy suitcases before you get to the elevator. The spa area and the reception areas did not look very attractive. The pool is small. Also located on the steep heal - prepare to walk.
We stayed in the deluxe room - spacious, good size bathroom. Very good breakfast.
Staff speaks mostly Czech and Russian. If you are an English speaker only, you will have some difficulties communicating. However, we speak Russian, so for us it was just fine.

Highly recommended to visit for couple of days.Great experience,very friendly staff and very helpful.Nice and quiet wellness.Perfect destination in the heart of beautiful city. Definitely I will coming back this summer.Thank you very much again

The hotel is on the side of a mountain, but it is very central... the walls in the rooms are soundproof, a comfortable bed, a shower and a bath... facilities for making tea and coffee... the rooms have air conditioning... the staff at the hotel are excellent and kind...Especially Philip from the spa services who did his best to make us feel comfortable. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, high level of cleanliness.There are also rooms without carpets, which is an issue for people with allergies

Great service. Big room (#405) with enough space for our 3 children, my wife and I. Three TV’s, so nobody fighting for channels LOL!
Nespresso machine with pods, as well as tea available. One full bathroom; would be nice with additional 1/2 bath or another full bath for our 5-per party. Elevators on site, good for heavy luggage. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great location with very nice views.

I have stayed at Spa Hotel Schlosspark along with my husband and friends last September. Even though we stayed for one night only, it was a great choice. Steps to the city center and Colonnades made this hotel the best option for us. Excellent location, beautiful and spacious room, great breakfast: that’s all we needed to spend a great day in Karlovy Vary! Thanks to the hotel staff for great service! Highly recommended!
