Hotel Bristol in Karlovy Vary

Several Hotels seem to be united into one. This means that the management tries to save on personnel and wants their guests to use only one (Bristol Palace) for all purposes.
So, the car park, breakfast room, reception etc. were several hundred metres away from the hotel we booked (Hotel Bristol) because of its accessability.
My 80-year-old mother and me (severly disabled) were forced to walk several hundred metres several times when checking in. The personnel at the reception was not able to converse either in English or German.

There are hardly any directions in the passages between the parts of the hotel complex, so during our whole stay the guests were running around desperately trying to find their destination.
As service personnel was scarce, everybody depended on finding other guests to show them their way.
If you want comfort, easy access and service: DO NOT STAY AT THE BRISTOL COMPLEX! Especially if you are elderly or disabled!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, perverted misery ...

I was with a friend on an extended weekend. The price absolutely did not match the quality. The hotel looks luxurious, but it is not! And it starts with the receptionists, who perhaps bothered that they had to enroll us (the exception was the receptionist, with whom we checked out, she was nice).
Fortunately, in the original ugly room, where it was cold, the toilet did not work, so after a long peripetia, another receptionist (startled fish style) arranged a different and better room in another building (fortunately).
There was a waiter of about 10 people in the hotel cafe himself, complaining that he could not catch up.
The only nice person, apart from the above-mentioned receptionist, was a porter, but he also flew there poor man himself and the waiters in the restaurant were fine (don't eat beef in burgundy, you will get a brown school sauce).
Czech shows didn't work for them on TV due to the transition to dvb t2, so we went to the cinema in the evening. Wellness (swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna) small. The price list of services (massages, cosmetics, lava stones, etc.) is not listed on the website, but will be sent to you by e-mail.
2 stars per location and view from the dining room.

Terror. Polished misery. Definitely not recommended and definitely avoid this hotel.

We have never experienced anything worse in our lives. Services do not correspond to the price !!!! Services paid were not performed! Great disappointment ... rooms ... beds ... horror ...

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I rested there on New Year's Eve, when I evicted, I waited 1.5 hours at the reception until they checked the minibar in my room.
I booked the hotel through the Booking service, a month later Booking wrote to me that I received a request from Bristol that I was supposedly not there and required to provide receipts for accommodation.
I paid in cash and it’s good that I kept the check, otherwise it would be problematic to prove
