Not only does the entertainment team work their butts off on stage, but they run around running activities throughout the day, with enthusiasm, while also having a bit of time to stop and say hello; a fist bump or a high five with a big smile

com provided amazing customer service when I needed to make changes to the guest name on my reservation prior to my arrival, they went above and beyond to make this happen

This is our second year in a row visiting and I think we’ll be back next year. Kids love it and the second year was even better, we easily acclimated and jumped right in with an excursion in buggies, second day there

Water slide and lazy river area is fantastic and well staffed observing safety etc. Eateries by the pools are perfect for a quick meal. Whomever designed this place from Hyatt, fantastic job

The beach has a waves but we actually had fun staying close to shore and jumping whenever the waves pass. The resort is not too large, but also not too small

The property itself is stunning and beautifully maintained, featuring a gorgeous pool area and a breathtaking beach that we enjoyed every single day

Yadenny from the entertainment team invited me to play volleyball and I had a lot of fun. She made my brother and me laugh a lot. Without a doubt, a good experience. Rafal Nadal Pickleball was fun too

Every member of the team was cordial, friendly, and impressively efficient. Whether it was remembering our favorite drinks, checking in on how our day was going, or simply sharing a laugh

The staff here are the reason why people love this place. The customer service is exceptional. The nicest and happiest people I’ve ever met. Alejandro Soriano are the best bartenders and honestly such great human beings

We just returned from a 10-day stay at the Meliá Adults Only Resort in Punta Cana, and the highlight of our trip was without a doubt the incredible staff at the Elyxr Bar

The bar staff ( Radalis, Ramone and William from the fresco pool bar) at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment I sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

The bigger waterslides are basically hidden behind nothing points there. Took us a few days missing events to figure how things work here

Junior reached out asking for a review near the waterpark. Taught us a bit of Spanish which I was too drunk to remember! 😁 The whole family had a great time. I have to mention how hard things were to discover

- Zeleika (hope I’m spelling that right!), the main pool server, kept the drinks flowing nonstop — always with a smile

A very nice place and experience. I was able to take a picture at the SpongeBob house. Took my son here and he enjoyed it fully. We paid day pass for $175 per person and that is all inclusive towards food

- Joel at the buffet grill went out of his way to make sure I had an enjoyable and delicious meal. - Ramona, our server at Aqua Nick, was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed

We had an amazing trip, made even better by the friendly and incredibly helpful staff throughout the resort. Several team members truly went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable

There are other parts in the property that are less crowded but no sand in the water, it’s all rocks. Also, dining in the main room, la terrazza, is so messy, no tables ready, no napkins, no cutlery, glasses, just chaos

It was an overall okay experience. The water is fabulous, crystal clear and warm. However, the sand beach is limited and therefore crowded and loud

The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and we were very satisfied with the service. The room could perhaps use a little update, but overall, it was absolutely fine

In the beginning of October I had my wedding in viva wyndham dominicus palace. It turned out to be magical and breathe taking

There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool)

Been in the resort in the past, however this time it was not as great as before. The pools were cold, staff in the family side of the hotel were not as friendly/polite as in the adult side.

If you have kids - they have kids clubs, evening movies with popcorn, kids pools etc But - if you like good food, that’s not your place to go

At first it bothered me, but we were able to use both hotels, except for some areas like the buffet at the larger one and a few other things. Other than that, the beach was beautiful and the pools were nice too

The food service and the whole experience at Jade restaraunt was exceptional, from the the initial contact with Yeilin, and the service from both of our waitress who’s name I didn’t get which I do apologise and our chef Victor were all exceptional and the food was honestly amazing

Not only that, we had to pay additional fees to meet at the other resort instead of the hotels helping us get together or even change our hotel to the other since they’re both owned by Hyatt it was a bit of a pain and extra expenses that none of us planned on

The people working at the hotel are all friendly and eager to serve. We enjoyed the chocolate that Marta Dino made for us every night, as well as Orquidea's attention to detail when cleaning our room

The waterpark was a huge hit for our kids — and honestly, we loved it just as much. It added such a fun extra element to the trip. We also felt completely safe the entire time we were on the resort

The rooms and facilities have a lot of room for improvement but you're here for Bacaro beach to enjoy the white sand, blue waters, and coastal climate. Rooms are decent but I didn't come here to lounge in the rooms

We had the elite club swim up suite. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Being elite, we had excellent service and food options. The elite pool and bar service is so worth the extra charge

We were there last February and loved it we did not encounter anything like some of the reviews say we were there for 2 weeks and it was perfect pool was always clean and I would give the food a 9 out of 10 great places

When staying in the RIU Naiboa, you can use the gym and wellness facilities of the RIU Palace Bavaro next door. It's great! Nice gym, steam shower and wellness pool

what to drink or have a snack at lunch and in the evening it is not necessary to go back to the hotel. The territory is very large you can lie on the grass and on the sand and by the pool

The kitchen is good, there is a sufficient selection of dishes, even for picky tourists. There is also a water park shared by several hotels

I’am so thankful I stay here and plan to stay at another Royalton in the future. Please don’t forget to tip staff works hard and should be showing appreciation

There are about 5 specialty restaurants that open at night, but require reservations—I ate at Fogo and it was delicious

Theres a trolly that comes every few minutes to take you around the resort if you don’t want to walk

I wouldn’t consider this a party resort; it’s more geared toward families and low-key fun. Definitely check out the beach bar—John and Gerson are fantastic bartenders, very friendly and entertaining

They left a chocolate gift in our room which was delicious! We spent the majority of our time at the Unique bar on the beach and every bartender was super nice! The service was very fast and friendly! I will say that we do tip and tried to say a little bit of stuff in spanish

Best food we’ve had at an all inclusive. Staff was amazing - especially our butler Victor. We’ve been here 3x and very happy each time

The lady who is now at the front desk downgraded us “because that’s what you paid for”. The balcony lock is broken in our new room so we can’t go outside but I can see how nice it is from the window

Every day we had something different. I definitely recommend making a reservation for the included restaurants as the food was just amazing. My brothers and I enjoyed are time here and would definitely recommend it!

Service was excellent, food quality was excellent and varied. The entire resort was constantly being cleaned and security was patrolling at all times to give you that extra sense of safety

The information/ communication needs to get better, if I’m coming to a new place I expect the employee that you see the most have basic information on what tours they offer, time, cost, or if you don’t want to talk, has brochures ready to handle to the new guest

We had a fabulous 2 nights stay! The room was spacious, well decorated beachie vibe, spacious balcony, updated throughout. The beach club was awesome with gorgeous amenities and the beach is stunning

The wifi is terrible and not to mention that the power goes out every night for a second. The tv doesn't work in any room you stay since i paid for three rooms this review is the same for all rooms

I like that is private, the beach is beautiful, but I didn’t like the limited food options, and that the bar close so early, if you go there in please be mindful that after 6:30pm there is nothing going on, unless is Saturday

AC is bedroom , everything was working correctly, warm water as well. Pool is cleaned daily, security always there

You could tell the people working there loved their job. Breakfast was freshly made and perfect. Coffee ready by 7 Am and if you liked it earlier you get full access to use kitchen

The neighborhood is humble; don’t expect a luxurious all inclusive feel, it’s an authentic experience with amazing people. I felt safe the entire time as a solo female traveler

I can't such anything bad about this place! It has a small beach 2 minutes walking and town is about a 30 minutes walk, but motochonco right on the corner
