We felt extremely comfortable and welcome during our stay. The hotel has a great location, close to the beach , shops , restaurants . The rooms are fairly clean, but several things need repair, such as the ceiling, showers, and hairdryers. The staff speak little or no English, which can make communication difficult. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent option mainly because of its location.

Serenity If the loud, party atmosphere is not your jam, then Selectum Hacienda is for you. So quiet and serene. The staff is all very professional, kind and accommodating. The breakfast is a true feast. You are steps away from the beach or you can choose to relax poolside. This truly was what we needed.

There was no facility to put soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the battery in the TV remote control ended its life and emitted acid, the sink's tap in the bathroom was out of order, it was stuck on very hot water, without pissibility to adjust the temperature of the water. The air conditioner didn't function in one of the two bedrooms

They did not clean the place at all. And master bed 🛌room bathroom sink was broken. And we had to mop the floor every day and the water 💧was ⚫◼⬛. And the dishes was not clean at all

The pool is great, short walk to beautiful beach. No hot water on the island

Great place to visit. Go to the waterfalls and make sure you take the horse. It's a heck of a walk. Up and down hills

Very well located, in the centre close to shops and restaurants, very friendly staff, basic but included breakfast, large room with plenty of space.

Cash only; there's an ATM in the hotel lobby with ridiculously high transaction fees.

It is OK to spend a night.  Breakfast is not continental, everyday the same.  Internet was not good. TV with no Chanel.  lol.    Language only Spanish.  Towels was soap smelled.

About 20 kilometers from the airport. The room is of medium size but the mattress is too soft. Breakfast is two slices of bread and scrambled eggs!

The hotel is quite good when compared with hotels in this price category. With security and a barrier, hot water, drinking water in the lobby. Breakfast is modest, scrambled eggs and toast.
