We had a great time at this Hotel. The food was fine and the place is what make this Hotel great. I think the service can get better and the only thing i didn't like was that this Hotel doesn't has a disco. Have been here twice, loved it both times looking forward to returning again. Beautiful nature, birds , peacocks, so restful. Staff are diligent in every department. Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. The resort was lovely , small and well maintained, pool was so fun and food was great , staff was also amazing, we will definitely be back 🎉

I would not recommend staying here. All older people and they kept staring at us. I’m 35 and my wife is 32 definitely not my cup of tea. No top shelf alcohol even for a up charge. Toilet was not functioning properly. No face towels we had to wash up with bath mats unfortunately. Televison was outdated and blurry batteries stopped working. Terrible view my balcony was facing a mansion or someone’s home...

Beach was fabulous, flat walk out with minimal seaweed. Not much to do onsite, minimal entertainment and few food options. If you are looking for something quaint and quiet, this is an ideal option.

Punta Cana Princess was a great resort. The staff was excellent all around. The beach and views were excellent. Our room had an amazing sunrise view. Best food we’ve had at an all inclusive. Staff was amazing - especially our butler Victor. We’ve been here 3x and very happy each time. The unique experience is very worth it for the beach restaurant, towels, beach chairs, and generally elevated service.

I highly recommend the unique experience, which includes a butler service during you stay. Our butler, Oliver, went above and beyond. He helped me navigate food allergy issues, made our dining and spa reservations, and even went to the local store to get me a brush, that I failed to pack.

We stayed at Lopesan in the Unique category for my 40 birthday. When we arrived , we were greeted with champagne and there was a private check in. They let us check in a little early which was great. They left a chocolate gift in our room which was delicious! We spent the majority of our time at the Unique bar on the beach and every bartender was super nice! The service was very fast and friendly!...

The resort was beautiful and very clean. I don't feel I capitalized on all they had to offer. There was so much to do on the resort and it was very secure. It required everyone to check in at the gate via security. My only complaint is that I did not enjoy the food.

The food was really not good. The hotel finishes are very nice but the whole place had the best odd smell combined with mustiness in the room. It was a weird cleaner or fragrance. Also the drinks were not great either.

I loved my stay here, only thing I would say is how room service does not come unless you ask for it, and the fact that there are no swim up bars! I did not realize how important this part would be! Besides that, me and my partner really enjoyed our stay!

Food, service, stay, exceptional!! Definitely a standard. Will definitely revisit and recommend!

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the rooms were kept very clean and the best part was the staff. They were so kind and welcoming. I have never had service as great as it was here at LOPESAN. We would absolutely go back and highly recommend this resort.

We got the swim out room I loved the privacy we got when we didn’t want to be in the main pool. The food was rarely ever hot which made the taste of it subpar. Clean room nice staff i only ate at the buffet but the food was very good i just wish breakfast options were different bar was good drinks were good and strong i love the key card waterproof bracelet they give you to access your room water park was awesome the only thing is check in is at exactly 3 so cant check in and freshen up have to walk around the resort until 3

Everything was great and our butler Manual was awesome and took care of everything from dinner reservations throughout our stay.
