Although the restaurant is under renovation they provided a very nice breakfast in the gardens. Great room overlooking the water. Very close to groceries and walkable to most of the restaurants.

Best place to stay in Cabarete. Clean and secure. Close to all of nightlife-al walkable but far enough that it's quiet when you sleep. Landscaping very well manicured and super tropical as you would expect. Pool is amazing as it is adjacent to the ocean. Restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. Great drink prices at happy hour. This is not a huge resort and staff is all very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was a great find, in my opinion, very affordable, clean rooms fabulous staff, wonderful pool area, the restaurant was not open at the time, but they still did serve your free breakfast in the morning, which was delicious! Would definitely book here again!

The staff are very courteous. The room needs improvement. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Water pressure in bathroom is very low. Furniture.needs upgrade.

Room was wonderful, staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was a great touch to mingle woth ohter guests. Parking was a plus as well.

Check in: arrived 50 minutes early to check in and staff requested a fee for early check in. Lobby is small, hot with no fans/ac to wait in. Was not offered a place to store bags and grab a bite/drinks.

Room: large, but therefore room is hot and does not have a large enough ac unit to cool entire room and bathroom.
Bed doughy, pillows lumpy.
Bathroom clean, large shower.
Beautiful pool and beach setting, restaurant decent and staff nice.
