Resort is really good place to stay in and enjoy the holidays, with trees, plants, spa and swimming pool. Resort is very big in terms of land area. Only problem is the wifi is poor.

The service is average, the breakfast is OK, the cleanliness is just so-so, the room is really not soundproof at all, I can hear everything the other side says clearly, the toilet in the next room is broken again, among so many hotels, this one is really a bad experience

Pyramids Park Hotel is a very nice hotel with an excellent location, very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The swimming pool is amazing, the food is exceptional, and the room service is very good

Hotels of this size stand out when they have remarkable staff like these two gentlemen. The food was outstanding, the swimming pool area was excellent, and every aspect of the service exceeded our expectations

The highlight is that you can drink alcohol… The only downside was that there wasn't enough meat at breakfast, which was a bit disappointing for me… Anyway, it's still a pretty good hotel

The hotel is located near the pyramids. It's a completely enclosed hotel; vehicles have to go through security checks to enter and exit. It's a resort hotel with a very nice environment

Gerges from the upstairs restaurant was absolutely phenomenal, one of the best servers I have ever experienced in my entire life. The world needs more people like him

In October 2025, we spent two nights at the Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo. The room was comfortable and looked out over the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

Wowser, were those appetizers huge! As our waitress said, welcome to Egypt! An added bonus was the musical duo of Soha and Ayman, who played and sang at the bar. Think, Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, and other mellow music

The downside? It also looked out on the highway so was fairly noisy. But, hey we were jet lagged, so that did not pose too much of a problem

Impossible to cross the road on foot to visit the fantastic Grand Egyptian Museum opposite, but we found Uber worked very well for all trips & excellent value

The breakfast buffet had just about anything one could desire, including cold hibiscus tea and Egyptian falafel

The food is not good, at the shower the shower gel was empty, there's no black out curtains, uncomfortable pillows

Location in Zamalek is incredible, you're right in the middle of perhaps the best neighborhood in all of Cairo with the ability to walk to many amazing restaurants. Service was good and the breakfast was amazing

Its not just a hotel its an experience, you are at heart of Zamalek, you can hear the schools in the morning and if you just need to relax you can have fun, visit some historical sites, go by the nice, get all you need walking distance

Magnificent experience at the Président Hotel in Cairo 🤩 You have to start with the location, which is brilliant, right in the heart of Zamalek, in a magnificent area with the embassies and its greenery, all the while being safe and pleasant

The breakfasts were terrible, there was almost no choice. I highly recommend the nearby cafe Beans & Brew, it is close, cheap and tasty, there is also a large good supermarket on the way

It’s around 30 mins from airport but the localities of hotel was not clean. Best part is that it’s very near from Pyramids and you can enjoy the view from hotel deck
