The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Grand Egyptian Museum and not far from the pyramids. Getting a taxi is very convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped, and even had a balcony
Seeing a Chinese hotel in Cairo gave me such a warm and familiar feeling! The value for money is excellent, and the guest room manager provided very attentive service
One night, I didn't get back to the hotel until midnight, and the manager still arranged for Chinese food to be waiting for us – I was genuinely moved to tears!
I must express my gratitude to the Chinese manager, who provided attentive care throughout our stay, always responding to our requests and helping us resolve all sorts of issues
This hotel, part of a Chinese state-owned enterprise, has a friendly lion statue at the entrance – a pleasant surprise, like meeting an old friend in a foreign land! The two young Chinese managers were very warm and attentive, and the Egyptian staff were also very polite
The surrounding area is quiet, and the streets are clean and tidy, which made for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. What truly touched me was the Chinese food here! The flavors were authentic and incredibly satisfying
She looked up how to get to Salah El Din Citadel by metro for us, writing down the directions and transfer stations in detail on a card, and even helped us exchange for small change

The Jewel Sports City and Aqua Park offered a remarkable experience for us as a family. The rooms provided were comfortable and well-maintained for a pleasant stay. I cannot praise the housekeeping staff enough
Excellent food, pricing service! They were smiling and greeting all the time. Definitely recommend and will visit again soon inshaAllah
The overall atmosphere created a memorable and enjoyable experience. Shout out to all staff who made this a fun and relaxing holiday for us. We will definitely be returning!
Amr especially ensured rooms were cleaned and his attention to detail was immaculate! We enjoyed the various amenities available, including the sports city and aqua park
• Breakfast is very basic and most food is not fresh. Paper cups for juice and hot coffee or tea Honestly, this hotel does not deserve five stars; it would be more accurate as a three-star hotel

My stay at Mamluk Pyramids Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with an authentic Egyptian touch. The staff were polite, helpful, and made me feel comfortable
Fantastic location; great service especially from Aya and the team on the front desk. Comfy beds, good shower pressure, great restaurant. And above all the best views of the Pyramids and Sphinx from the roof terrace.
Great pyramid view from the breakfast area. The hotel is super convenient, just 200 meters from the pyramids. It offers excellent value for money compared to other nearby hotels
The location is perfect for visiting the Pyramids and nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special stay in Cairo

It was such a great stay , the room was good the place is quite , but it's so difficult to get a transportation or Uber there unfortunately, but I would like to thank norhan from the front desk team for her genuine care and assistance she helped me to get Uber which made my stay much easier each time
The breakfast was good; at least there were vegetables for a salad. The room had a bathtub and welcome fruit. The swimming pool was a decorative pool, so hardly anyone would swim there
Apart from that the hotel in really excellent
The gym equipment was a bit old, but it was large. The restaurant was quite good
Such a lovely attention! The Japanese restaurant was really good and also have a shisha restaurant with Morrocco food but as I was sick I couldn’t try but was always full so I guess it’s good
the service is okay on all clearer room 109
i have seen all the time my room is clean
Sheriff supervisor the hospitality good and friendly and staffs houe keeping is good.

I always choose to stay at this hotel whenever I’m in the area. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the service is always excellent
The batroom is not clean and good. Too old.
Good location with children playground , garden and heated pool . good quality italian food . Highly recommended .
The staff are welcoming and attentive, which makes every visit feel easy and relaxing. It’s been my go-to place for years, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay
Unfortunately, this time I experienced a few issues with the room. The tap was clogged and, after it was repaired, the sink became clogged as well
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. Very quiet and secure hotel with all facilities needed and more. Staff and room service excellent and I recommend this hotel.

Tried to get the 'complimentary airport pick up' - I sent messages on the app, emailing countless times, they dont answer the phone. Only good for a night
The shower runs out of hot water quickly. The window in the room is a bit of a joke. Rooftop view is the best part
We spent 2 nights here, after the first night we changed room because the window looked out onto lots of air conditioners and they were so loud that we couldn't sleep, we got a room facing the street and of course the street was loud
This was my first time in Giza. I had a standard room without view, which was okay because the rooftop provides an excellent view of the pyramids. The staff was friendly and very accommodating
I did run into a minor issue with the hot water not staying consistent. The staff did their best to help, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t fully resolved
However, once we went up to the rooftop restaurant, the view was absolutely stunning, with a full panorama of the Sphinx and pyramids. The breakfast buffet was also great, offering a variety of delicious Egyptian dishes

A very good place to stay comfortable bed, clean The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, which makes it ideal for both short and long visits.
It was a very nice day in hotel
Good location and nice breakfast
There was a problem with breakfast, my daughter couldn't find anything acceptable, she had to buy yoghurts and something else in the supermarket, it's good that the store is nearby
The room was one of the better ones in Egypt, and overall it was quite good. I was very satisfied.
Good place with a beautiful view but I don't recomend the food there
It's not the best thing, and I wish they would care about the service and answer the reception phone when I call from the room. As for comfort, there is a lot of noise from the hotel staff.
Cairo, 1 El Bostan Street, Al-Tahrir Square (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very good, central location, convenient to everywhere, the waiters are warm and polite, breakfast is full of ritual, there is a police patrol point downstairs, safe and convenient, very good, very good, very good
Excellent, as always.
Friendly staff, excellent view.
Not so far museums.
You need to borrow them from the front desk in advance. But the front desk staff is very good and enthusiastic. The breakfast box we prepared tasted good
The hotel at very good location in downtown, the breakfast is special and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I went for a work visit and it was simply very convenient
Advantages: The location is very good, next to the National Museum, and relatively close to the Nile River, but the Nile River in Cairo is not worth lingering, the scenery is average. Egyptian hotels are expensive
You can't have high expectations for a room in Egypt. The hotel is across the road from Ebo. It is also close to the Nile River.
Cairo, 4 Midan Abou Al Houl Al Syahy (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The best view in Cairo city, very clean and comfortable. You can watch all night pyramids lights show. Food is also very good.
The location: though in a very poor part of Giza, I felt safe all the time, even when wedecided to explore the back alleys as a way to escape th scalpers (the main route is directly to the entrance of the pyramids compound); and it allowed an impossible to beat view of the Pyramids! To move around, Uber is the best option
They are very very kind. Our room had an amazing view just in front of the pyramids. The breakfast was quite good and with a wide variety of things.
I am very happy to have chosen this place.
Best hotel view!! Breakfast everyday in front of the Pyramids was my favorite activity!!
The actual situation is different with the photos on the booking site. The location of the hotel is also not very good. It's a place you might not want to visit on your own. We rented a tour from the hotel
Cairo, 10 Zaghloul St, Nazlet El Siman (13 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel clearly states check-out is before 12 PM, but the front desk insisted we leave by 11 AM! The only positive point is the excellent pyramid view from the terrace, and one young male server at breakfast provided outstanding service
Cleanliness: For the area near the pyramids, it was exceptionally good. Environment: You can see the pyramids from the rooftop terrace, and the view is absolutely breathtaking from a distance
The service attitude was good, but the execution was a complete mess. I checked in at 1 AM, practically falling asleep on my feet, and they still dragged me around to show off their pyramid views and restaurant
The view of the pyramids is breathtaking. I loved being able to enjoy breakfast with such an iconic backdrop. The staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful. There is a wide variety of breakfast choices
You can even order lunch or dinner through the restaurant manager. I highly recommend this hotel
Host was incredibly helpful. Thank you!! View at breakfast was breathtaking.

After the Fawlty Towers start, where we were escorted to our 3 bdrm apartment (wow!) and then told it was a mistake, moved to a room billowing cigarette smoke as we approached, and finally, taken downstairs, then up again to a smaller flat with a bit of a dank smell, we weren’t impressed
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but what really stands out is the staff – they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. Overall, a pleasant experience with no major issues
A nice and convenient place to stay, especially if you want to be close to everything in Maadi. The location is great, with shops, cafes, and essential services nearby
But the room & balcony were lovely, though the shower needed some maintenance. The next door cafes all serve food until late and the room has a fully-equipped kitchen
We were delighted to have tvs in the bdrm
& the living area. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our one night here,
That's great, they even upgraded the room for free.

Very very good, the boss is super super nice, super enthusiastic, the hotel is owned by a family, very good, highly recommended!!!
1: The hotel is conveniently located next to the East Gate
2: The hotel staff is enthusiastic, with good service awareness and no hidden costs
3: There is also a dog that a Chinese friend cannot bring back home and is temporarily staying in the hotel
The hotel is in a good location and has a nice environment. The boss is very enthusiastic and has a stuffed toy named Ai Li. He interacts with dog lovers on the roof every day. They also provide breakfast for two days
The staff is very loving and takes good care of it
Except that you can see the pyramids from the top floor, there is no other advantage. The surrounding environment is very poor, the breakfast is not very good, and the juice is all powdered

Great Stay Near Pyramids!
I had a solid stay here. The hotel is clean and the hot water is excellent. The view of the Pyramids from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and it’s very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum
Hotel is in very top level location. My dream comes true when I open the window and look pyramids. Amazing view and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will recommend to everyone who want to book this hotel
You can see the cemetery from the room. Carrefour is within walking distance, and there's an ATM inside the supermarket. There's also a souvenir shop on the ground floor, which is quite convenient for tourists.
- Great value for price! Rooms had tea/coffee and water bottles (a luxury compared to other hotels. Ahmed and Abbas served us really sweetly. - the overall service was great
A few things to note:
Amenities: There is no kettle and no hairdryer in the room. Pyramid Access: The entrance next to the Marriott is closed. You have to use the Sphinx entrance
Excellent room , staff also good ,nice view for pyramid to the balcony ,good location.
Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel was excellent in every way and made us feel truly welcome from the first moment
A very special thank you goes to Kareem. I have honestly never met a more helpful, polite, and constantly smiling person. His positive attitude and willingness to help made our stay even more special
The ladies who prepared our food were wonderful – always kind, caring, and the food was delicious. The owner was also very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was taken care of
Without a doubt, Best View Pyramids Hotel offers not only the best view in Cairo but also an unforgettable stay
He truly made a difference and deserves special recognition. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
Good place for their price (for 5 nights with breakfast it was 107$ approx on that moment), all necessary things (hair drier, iron, air conditioner, refrigerator, cupboard, TV, electric kettle, shower gel, soap and shampoo, but no toothpaste and toothbrush) are available, clean place, location is near pyramids Giza, Sphinx, Grand Museum and safari tour

Best breakfast ever! The terrace is just amazing and the staff could not be more generous and helpful. The rooms were good, fridge, hot water in the shower, no heating but a warm quilt.
I don’t usually write long reviews… but I had to with this property! My view of the pyramids was amazing. But the most exceptional thing was the owner and all the staff. Mohamed made my trip in Egypt
This is a really friendly and value for money hotel. The views of the pyramids from the top decks is incredible and amazing to watch the sun go down as the prayers are called
He planned my whole trip basically and everything was beyond what I could have dreamed for! Every tour, every driver, every guide, every thing he helped book was exceptional
Including my trips to the airport, a great dinner spot together, hooking me up with the best people and spots all along my 12 day trip in Egypt. And any time I needed anything, he was there to help
The place is beautiful and quiet and makes you feel like you are at home with a view of the great pyramids. The staff helps you with everything and the tours are enjoyable and their prices are excellent

Impecable cleaning room.
I was upgraded to a suite this time, which is definitely a plus. The hotel's main draw is its safety and expansive grounds; the gardens on a hillside are a rare green oasis in Cairo's often dusty environment
b
The breakfast at the main restaurant was far beyond excellence, great variety and excellent quality, it was the best breakfast I ever had at any hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful
You will never run out of things to do in this resort. The fish is their specialty but every food was so well garnished that I wasn’t able to pick my best food
The hotel was really nice, we had a pleasant stay. Ahmed at the reception was awesome, he offered me a room upgrade and was always giving me tips and advice every time I asked a question. Will definitely stay there again
We enjoyed our stay so much, we were upgraded for free to a royal suit ❤ which was very nice and made our holiday more enjoyable. The hotel has many restaurants all are excellent

This is one of the best hotels in the egypt in downtown cairo. 1)It's the cheapest hotel in the area close to the museum and the metro
The room was old, the bed smelled, and the sheets had a bad odor. The hotel's only saving grace is its location. The staff were sometimes haughty; it felt like you were annoying them! The breakfast buffet wasn't good
There were a lot of guests from the Gulf region with significant etiquette issues. Avoid this place unless you only care about the location and are staying for a maximum of two nights
Nice location, friendly staff. It is noisy as well due to the central location
The room is spacious and in a good location.
One of the best hotels I saw good
Price clean room the front desk very friendly I like it

My favorite place I stayed so far! Most importantly, it was clean. The staff was lovely and the location was excellent. I was grateful I found this place.

Cairo, 146 Tahrir Street (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Good quiet place to have breakfast (if you prefer it to the (decent) hotel breakfast) or lunch. Walking distance to the Cairo National Opera, and a must visit if there are any performances
The next day, the management offered me an even better room facing the backyard for the same price, and it had Western TV and everything. They are extremely friendly, respond to all your requests and speak good English
We urgently needed a room on 1st January as one of us was unwell. They gave us an early check-in and breakfast. The hospitality was unmatched and total value for money.
Amazing Location in the centre near the river. But it's the friendly staff that makes the difference. All people in the hotel are so nice and friendly especially Mr Sami who makes so much of an effort to please you
There I saw the Chinese Ballet and it was really an amazing experience to see Chinese ballet in Cairo. Just one metro stop from Tahrir Square (we've all seen it on TV). And there is the National Museum
And my favorites: the portraits of the Fayum mummies. I had my own reservations thinking that facing the busy El-Tahrir Street might be noisy. The hotel rooms start on the sixth floor, so it is quiet

You can't find a best place then this one 😇
The view is like a DREAM💜
The hosts/service are excellent💜
The location is perfect
good location, friendly staffs, good service
Breakfast morning dining with best view of the pyramids. Highly recommended! Room comfortable. After searching and finally found this hotel that can accommodate 5 pax per room. Hotel staff helpful and responsive
Must try their delicious falafel during the morning breakfast
The view of the rooftop is stunning and you can order good quality food and drinks right there. Basically you don't need to leave that magical view
This hotel is right in front of the pyramids. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride from the airport. Although I arrived quite early, I was able to check in
