The service here is excellent, the location is okay but you will need to get taxis to get around if you want to visit tourist attractions. The room was nice, if you don’t mind some old fashioned style furniture and interior decoration. To summarise: not the most modern building but the top quality service makes for an enjoyable stay.

Honestly, this is my first time visiting the hotel. The reception was wonderful, the staff were very respectful, and they responded to any requests quickly. I would especially like to mention the reception staff, who are very, very, very wonderful.

Good hotel. There are great restaurant just walking distances from the hotel. The security are stationed by the army so it super safe to stay. The blind curtains can see through and there were soldiers downstairs hanging out and watching directly you naked. No way to close the curtain fully. Television from flint stones time. Great service all around the hotel is spotless, the food hits, and having multiple restaurants inside is a huge plus. There are also tons of cafes and dining spots right nearby, so you’re never short on options. I attended a meeting at this facility. The food was amazing! All of the courses from salads, soups, main courses and desserts were great. I look forward to coming back. And all of the staff are extremely helpful and gracious.

The room was nicely decorated, and the staff were very welcoming. However, the room facilities were a bit old, and the bedding was slightly rough. I believe that updating the bedding would provide a better experience for guests.

Great location, right near the entrance to the pyramids, and you can even see them from the restaurant! When I checked in, the front desk staff warmly showed me to my room. The booking didn't mention it, but the room had no window, though since I was only staying one night, it was fine. The soundproofing, however, was quite poor.

A south desi review .. It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very accommodating and happily shifted us to a 3‑bed room when we requested. The food was decent too. Great location if you want to go to visit the Pyramids, but not much else to positive about it. The breakfast was very limited and not really fresh. The hotel itself is very outdated and my girlfriend didn't really feel safe around all the men working there and staring constantly so we didn't feel like trying the pool. I was initially hesitant because of some older bad reviews, but I’m glad I gave this place a chance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It seems like the management has really improved things. I had a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others now.

I didn't check in the hotel itself, but I did go to its Restaurant & Cafè , which was trash, the place literally had trash all over the floor, also the tables & chairs weren't very clean. The prices were crazy, but I guess that's normal for a hotel.

The service at the hotel itself was very good. However, I am lowering my rating because the hotel driver was terrible. I used their driver, paid $20, and went on a tour of Cairo city. The driver only accompanied me to the restaurant, ordered a lot, and I paid 560 EGP for the meal. He took out what we couldn't finish. On top of that, I paid a good tip. I regret not sightseeing on my own.

My 11-year-old daughter and I went on vacation with our family of three. We changed rooms because there was no hot water. The weather was cold, so we stayed warm with the air conditioner's hot air function. The view of the pyramids was the best.
