Hotel in total is really good, staff are friendly and helpful
Loverly nice hotel With everything Thanks to every one work in this hotel
I visited the hotel, everything was perfect, everyone was so friendly , the breakfast is amazing! Service was incredible! The hotel is extremely clean too! Thankyou so much 10/10
The service here is excellent, the location is okay but you will need to get taxis to get around if you want to visit tourist attractions. The room was nice, if you don’t mind some old fashioned style furniture and interior decoration. To summarise: not the most modern building but the top quality service makes for an enjoyable stay.
Beautiful on the outside, large hotel with an impact in every way...but the rooms have carpet! The bed fell apart as soon as I got in! Breakfast ended at 10 but by 9.40 they were already taking away the few things that were there! Tell me if it's a three star...
Honestly, this is my first time visiting the hotel. The reception was wonderful, the staff were very respectful, and they responded to any requests quickly. I would especially like to mention the reception staff, who are very, very, very wonderful.

Very clean, good price for the value, and customer service was top notch. We also liked the location as it was pretty central and had a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We could also see the pyramids in the distance from the top floor breakfast room.
Best hotel in Cairo swimming pool lovely staff super friendly clean and safe big ten +
Some rooms are dated esp the ones in the old part of the hotel, bathrooms are challenging and shower poorly designed. Front desk reception and porters were very good. AC was ok but noisy, pool was clean, decent and warm. Best part was the restaurant, food and staff. Hesham and Ahmed service was stellar and made us so welcome. They really made the difference for us, we felt so at home ❤️, thank you...
I stayed at **Marawa Palace Hotel** for three days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotless, the atmosphere warm, and the staff always welcoming with big smiles and a genuine willingness to help. The rooms were super clean, and the cleaning team did an excellent job every day. A special thanks goes to **Racha**, who prepared my coffee with such friendliness and care. She is smart, approachable...
A good experience at Marwa Hotel, clean, attentive staff
I was greeted by a swift early check-in by front desk accommodating staff (I do particularly remember Michael) and to my most-pleasant surprise I thought my room was five-star (go for the superior room, well worth it; I have no experience with standard rooms). Housekeeping lady (Alla) is very friendly and accommodating and will do a fantastic thorough job. Thank you. High-floor pool is very nice and...

It was a very nice day in hotel Good location and nice breakfast
The room was one of the better ones in Egypt, and overall it was quite good. I was very satisfied.
A very good place to stay comfortable bed, clean The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, which makes it ideal for both short and long visits.
Nice hotel with good location but the only problem is the noise from the cleaning staff inside the hotel
It's not the best thing, and I wish they would care about the service and answer the reception phone when I call from the room. As for comfort, there is a lot of noise from the hotel staff.
There was a problem with breakfast, my daughter couldn't find anything acceptable, she had to buy yoghurts and something else in the supermarket, it's good that the store is nearby

The location is great, right in front of Tahrir Square. And the reception was friendly and the staff were nice, but... the problem was, I woke up at 2 a.m., went to the bathroom, and came back and made eye contact with a rat... It was the first time I'd ever seen anything like this in my life, lol. I couldn't sleep after that...
The hotel I booked had electrical issues and directed me to a branch hotel. It was close to the metro station and the breakfast was decent, but the shower drain was poor.
Excellent, as always. Friendly staff, excellent view. Not so far museums.
Very good, central location, convenient to everywhere, the waiters are warm and polite, breakfast is full of ritual, there is a police patrol point downstairs, safe and convenient, very good, very good, very good
Disadvantages: On the fifth floor of an old residential building, the service attitude is OK, but the hardware is too poor, like a guesthouse in China in the early 1990s. The breakfast is not rich either. Advantages: The location is very good, next to the National Museum, and relatively close to the Nile River, but the Nile River in Cairo is not worth lingering, the scenery is average. Egyptian...
The hotel is right next to Liberation Square. The location is very good. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Egyptian Museum. The hotel balcony can also directly see the scene of the museum. Although it is in the old city, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. The hotel facilities are average. The biggest problem is that there are few hair dryers. We have spent the last 2 nights of our holiday in Egypt at Guard hotel and we selected it specifically as it was closer to the airport. But it turned out that it was an excellent stay. And the room was equipped with all the necessities and the service...
Great location and clean rooms.
Good hotel. There are great restaurant just walking distances from the hotel. The security are stationed by the army so it super safe to stay. The blind curtains can see through and there were soldiers downstairs hanging out and watching directly you naked. No way to close the curtain fully. Television from flint stones time. Breakfast was ok. Overall it safe stay, but had feeling of state penitentiary...
Great service all around the hotel is spotless, the food hits, and having multiple restaurants inside is a huge plus. There are also tons of cafes and dining spots right nearby, so you’re never short on options. The location sits in a quieter part of Cairo, which for me was the only downside but honestly, for anyone chasing calm and comfort, that could be the perfect vibe.
Good place, cozy, tasty food, friendly staff, a lot of activities can be done, wedding halls, sports bits and you can enjoy having different meals there at any time and delivery can reach them easily. Recommended for day use and short stay witin Cairo, Egypt
I attended a meeting at this facility. The food was amazing! All of the courses from salads, soups, main courses and desserts were great. I look forward to coming back. And all of the staff are extremely helpful and gracious.

The room was nicely decorated, and the staff were very welcoming. However, the room facilities were a bit old, and the bedding was slightly rough. I believe that updating the bedding would provide a better experience for guests.
A wonderful hotel with a beautiful panoramic view of the Nile. The staff was exceptional and their service was top-notch. I would like to thank Mr. Moataz, Mr. Mahmoud, and Mr. Mina for their warm welcome, excellent service, and for facilitating the check-in and check-out procedures. My sincere appreciation to them.
Facilities: Well-equipped and quite modern. Cleanliness: Generally good, though the bed sheets felt a bit worn. Service: Very attentive and quick to respond. Location: The location is quite good, similar to an embassy district, with a wide variety of shops nearby offering plenty of choices.
Excellent location and reception.
So far it's my favorite hotel in Cairo. It was very clean and tidy. The view was amazing. We stayed for a day and we had access to the pool and gym which is usually limited for the very short stays in other places. The hotel's location was absolutely incredible; the view of the pyramids is unbeatable and the rooms are clean. Breakfast could be improved. The area around the hotel, well, it's far from clean.
This hotel is super location. It is super close to Giza pyramids. The view from hotel is amazing especially from the roof top bar. The breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient. The hotel staffs there are very friendly
Great location, right near the entrance to the pyramids, and you can even see them from the restaurant! When I checked in, the front desk staff warmly showed me to my room. The booking didn't mention it, but the room had no window, though since I was only staying one night, it was fine. The soundproofing, however, was quite poor.
Excellent customer service and the location is perfect. 1 min walk to pyramid of giza ticket office. The hotel is good and the staff was very helpful and friendly especially Jabeel(manager ) who made us very comfortable. Breakfast is ok but the view of the pyramid is amazing. Dinner is expensive but u pay for the view not the food. Overall excellent place to stay...
A south desi review .. It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very accommodating and happily shifted us to a 3‑bed room when we requested. The food was decent too. The best part was a small local hotel nearby — when we asked for grilled items with extra spice, they made it exactly the way we wanted. Only downside: a few flies around, which was a bit annoying

Great location if you want to go to visit the Pyramids, but not much else to positive about it. The breakfast was very limited and not really fresh. The hotel itself is very outdated and my girlfriend didn't really feel safe around all the men working there and staring constantly so we didn't feel like trying the pool. The reson for the 3*'s is the good location and the great taxi service they had
I was initially hesitant because of some older bad reviews, but I’m glad I gave this place a chance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It seems like the management has really improved things. I had a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others now.
Great Experience in Luxury Hotel and you will find warm welcome from professional staff with smile on their faces and my room was spacious with large balcony with pool view and the breakfast open buffet is very rich and the taste of the food is very delicious and the atmosphere is very nice and friendly and I recommend strongly this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy his time.
The hotel is old and the rooms are average.
Thanks Tripp for the endorsement And the speed of reservations Easily
I didn't check in the hotel itself, but I did go to its Restaurant & Cafè , which was trash, the place literally had trash all over the floor, also the tables & chairs weren't very clean. The prices were crazy, but I guess that's normal for a hotel.

First of all, I want to talk about this hotel frankly. It is a special hotel and I loved it very much. It is special with its large, clean rooms and its special staff, such as Ramez, who is skilled at helping people. I would like to come again to the paradise boutique Hotel.

The positive: Wonderful views. Very cheap. Very cozy rooftop. Wonderful staff and owner. Truly beautiful people. The negative: Low standard. Worn down. Not a nice area. Very nice hotel and staff was very nice I just didn't like where the hotel was located but I got a nice view to the Giza Pyramids
cheap, clean and tidy. I was surprised at their wifi, as it gave me a good stable connection to work and keep in touch with my family. The view was good, and location wasn't that far from the airport. Especially when I could reserve a car from hotel.
The service at the hotel itself was very good. However, I am lowering my rating because the hotel driver was terrible. I used their driver, paid $20, and went on a tour of Cairo city. The driver only accompanied me to the restaurant, ordered a lot, and I paid 560 EGP for the meal. He took out what we couldn't finish. On top of that, I paid a good tip. I regret not sightseeing on my own.
As a solo female traveler I was well taken care of. I never had to eat breakfast alone and Dr. Mohamed (owner) was very solicitous of all guests needs. He even let me leave my luggage there while I went on a 3 day visit to Siwa Oasis

Simple but clean structure, excellent breakfast with a view of the pyramids, friendly and welcoming staff
Right next to the pyramids, you can see the pyramids and the Sphinx from the rooftop bar. The reception staff were also kind and recommended some great local spots. It's very affordable, so I definitely recommend it!
It's located at the back of the pyramids, but it's tucked away in an alley, so it might be difficult to find when you first check in. The rooms are small but clean, and shampoo and body wash are provided. It's a good value, but please note that the view of the pyramids is somewhat obstructed by the hotel rooftop in the alley (only two pyramids are visible).
The hotel is located directly across from the pyramids, and check-in was quick. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is limited, but the food was delicious. It's located on a quiet side street, away from the noise and hustle and bustle.
A great choice! The view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely incredible — you can see the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the hotel, rooms and balcony. The so-called Cairo Hotel is just a small guesthouse near Liberation Square. The rooms are very old and incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep. In China, this would be equivalent to a guesthouse along the street. It's quite noisy because there are many people on the street. It's close to the old museum, so it's okay for one person to stay one night.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by famous restaurants and trendy cafes. It's very welcoming for Chinese tourists and a must-stay for anyone visiting.
The location is decent, right at a busy intersection. There's no elevator, and the room was quite small; I was told I'd get an upgrade but didn't. Cleanliness was just okay, but the bed was pretty comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Should've stayed a 4th night. Rooms are spartan, but clean. Restaurant cooking was good. Great views. Staff were really helpful. Not a bad hotel at all. Better than more expensive ones in the area.
Good location, at the entrance of the Giza Pyramids, the breakfast terrace offers a beautiful view of the pyramids. Good service, but there are horses and camels at the door, which is a bit smelly

The room was old, the bed smelled, and the sheets had a bad odor. The hotel's only saving grace is its location. The staff were sometimes haughty; it felt like you were annoying them! The breakfast buffet wasn't good. There were a lot of guests from the Gulf region with significant etiquette issues. It's so beautiful, so neat ♥️
On the first day of check-in, there was only a large bath towel in the room, and it was placed on a high shelf. A 1.75 meter tall person had to stand on tiptoe to reach it. Room was clean and organized well. Hosts were very kind and helpful for all things Egypt. Breakfast was amazing and the pyramid views from the terrace are incredible.
