Nice resort with access to sister resort Stella Beach, limited gym access with opening hours at 10 am, normally like to got the gym before breakfast which finishes at 10am. Buffet food has a good variety, large queues for the Egg stations, lots of Chefs available but alas no process the Egg station could have been managed more efficiently. 5 Coffee stations only 2 working at the breakfast buffet...

Everything at this hotel is fantastic, the staff are very attentive and friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, heated pool is luxurious, animation team are brilliant always trying to get everyone involved and do so much, food is amazing no matter what restaurant you go too. We come back twice a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The hotel is good overall, with lots of food and fun. But be careful, our money was stolen by the staff in the hotel. We spent a lot of time at the front desk and checked the surveillance. The staff were amazing. All of the guards, supervisor and staff in the aqupark and swimming pools and beach were not only extremely friendly but also extremely conscientious. There were many people, and we were the only Chinese guests here; everyone was a Russian VIP. We drank and sunbathed a lot. Great hotel complex, with impressive size, attractive architecture, clean pools, good food, drinks, friendly staff. The rooms are of a suitable size, well-equipped, and well-kept. The attitude and helpfulness of the staff is commendable in general. They are not intrusive, they do everything for the comfort of the guests. The beach is also suitable, a pleasant environment. My stay at the Jaz Makadi Oasis was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere immediately puts you in a holiday mood. Pool and grounds were nice but there was a clear difference between the areas of the resort. The beach side was significantly more updated and the front side needs to match. Also, we ended up having three rooms because the first two were either still dirty and smelled, or didn’t even have a large bed for a couple.

A fantastic hotel for grandparents with children and grandchildren. There's an adults-only area on the first floor with sun loungers and a swimming pool. The restaurants upstairs are also highly recommended, and there's an ideal lunch buffet in the afternoon.

This is the second time coming and it gets better every time. The kids club is amazing especially jana! She’s been amazing with our daughter. Spent 11 nights here first trip to Egypt Hotel grounds and gardens are kept pristine the gardeners do an amazing job. The sea is deep and the waves are strong in the afternoon, making it dangerous. The beach is narrow and dangerous, but there are plenty of fish to see. The hotel is located in a remote area, and there aren't many things to do on site. It's a Western-only hotel. The hotel staff, though Egyptian, subtly discriminate against Asians. Everything is good. When you stay, you need to tell the front desk that you need to eat at the seaside restaurant, otherwise you can't get in without a purple wristband! The food there is the best!
