All was good.the porter service on check out was not the best.they delayed bringing the luggage and I was about to miss the bus going back to cairo.

This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu. The freshly squeezed juice in the morning is delicious. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

Bar at aqua park pool is the best. Tiki bar and barman Gebril are the best during our vacation. We became best friends with him. Amazing week here in Grand Oasis Resort, Sharks Bay, in room 1227. Mr Mohammed Elmasry looked after us 110% he was amazing housekeeping and fantastic talking with my boy age 8. Even teaching us Arabic! Great resort, amazing house reef for red sea fish. Mr Basan and Essen in the oasis restaurant looked after us very well. Thank you Grand Oasis Team :-)

Perfect in every way. The room was kept spotless everyday, our cleaner Mohammed was exceptional even came to us at the pool to make sure everything was to our liking and if we wanted anything more to let him know. All the staff from the cleaners to management went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us.
