Really lovely, clean hotel with great services and a great beach with comfy, cushioned deckchairs both on pool and beach. There was a wide selection of salads and food to cater to all tastes. Would generally recommend… both families and solo alike.

Baron Sharm Resort is a nice property with good facilities, but unfortunately the experience was seriously affected by the staff. The front desk team was rude and very unprofessional. We waited nearly 2 hours for check-in because they were handling booking issues during checkout, with no proper communication or apology. This resort has many 5-star qualities, but also a few important downsides. SNORKELING The house reef is full of life – colourful fish and healthy corals. However, you can only access it from a floating jetty, not from the beach. If you’re not a confident swimmer or don’t like deep water, snorkeling will be difficult. 10/10 stay at Baron Palms. Booked this as wanted some winter sun. Overall great experience, the pool area in particular is a highlight - spent a lot of time there relaxing and having drinks/food. The palm trees and greenery around the pool is a great touch and feels 5*. Staff - all super attentive. From the staff round the pool serving drinks all day, to those at breakfast and everyone else in between...

The hotel room and bathroom were very old. We booked a deluxe room, but it didn't resemble the pictures on the website at all. The food was passable, not inedible. They served almost the same desserts for three days. We ate in the outdoor restaurant amidst the noise of a 15-20 person construction team working on the new pool. I would not choose this hotel again.

We loved everything. We'd like to give a special thanks to the reception manager, Momen. He was incredibly helpful in resolving some unusual issues. He also speaks Russian very well.
