Drinks at the bar are of good quality with a wide variety available. Sunbeds are plentiful, so there’s no need to worry about availability

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it continues to be excellent. The food selection is very varied, with grilled options available every evening and plenty of choices for vegetarians

There are activities running throughout the day, so there’s always something to do and you never feel bored. The hotel grounds are cleaned frequently and are very well maintained

There are several pools on the premises, including two heated pools, which is a great bonus. The animation team is friendly, energetic, and genuinely entertaining

The food selection was always good plenty of different options all the staff worked hard in the restaurant to keep the area clean and everything moving smoothly Mohamed was always in control at the restaurant and always checked in with us this his team were meetings our needs

Most staff were lovely especially the staff in the restaurant - a special thanks to youssef. Some front desk staff can be a little more friendlier and smile often

Staff very attentive and pleasant, hotel and grounds are kept beautiful and very well looked after. Beautiful setting, lovely being able to take a few steps from the hotel and straight onto the beach

The hotel is lovely, very open grounds and not overcrowded. Food is fresh and really good quality with a wide selection. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Overall a great trip

Entertainment was very enjoyable. The food was amazing and catered for all tastes, so much to choose from throughout the day

We had issues with very loud noise from the hotel next door with their loud rave music every night, to which management tried their level best to get them to lower the volume

As there are so many a la carte restaurants, there is so much choice. The all inclusive deal was definitely worth it due to the variety of food and drinks

Additionally, one night a cat was stuck high up in a tree and this was reported to reception twice who claimed to be sending someone but no one came, eventually I ended up getting the cat down myself with the help of some restaurant staff

Excellent selection of food, it was delicious, maybe a bit more of an English breakfast selection, Hotel was beautiful and staff from cleaner Mahmoud, bar staff chef's and waiters you really couldn't say anything about them, a few definitely need to brush up on people skills but overall was a great holiday, also a little mention of the gardeners who cared for everything

I recently spent my holiday at Labranda Royal, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff always ready to help

Depending on how long u stayed we were given two vouchers for two restaurants but if we wanted to go again we would have to pay

All food was good at all restaurants but it became annoying when staff were coming around asking if we wanted to book other restaurants

Also just wandering around the property and exploring and going to the pools and Beach is just as fun! The food was incredible, the spa is superb. Egyptian hamam!!!! I wish we had more time here!!! Simply incredible!

Amazingly friendly staff with events on site every day and evening if you want to do them and if you don't you can do your own thing. Plenty of excursions to do if you wish

My husband and I just went here and sadly only got to spend a couple of days here. But what an incredible property

After opening the can of coke it tasted funny,I checked the date and it was out of date so I checked the sprite and that was out of date also Large water was replaced if you finished the bottle

A very relaxing hotel, quiet a real chance to unwind. All inclusive is a treat, with drinks all day till 10 PM

The restaurant is well taken care of with variety of food and drinks and there is always something for everyone. The snack bars are all over the place with different options for kids and adults

E in restaurant the molested chefs remembered my order from yesturday and prepared it for me. The waiter remembered my drinks. And all celebrated my birthday from front desk to spa members

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times, which really made us feel welcome. You can notice that the resort is a bit older, but it is still very well cared for and charming

If there is anything to mention for improvement, it would be the volleyball court. A better ball would be great, and improved lighting in the evening would make playing much easier

I spent one week there with my 4 year old daughter. The rooms are very comfy all the hotel is beautyful and spacious. the food is delicious, its something there for all tastes

Additionally, the ground is quite hard – a bit more sand would make the experience much more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we will gladly come back again!

Staying at the Tianweng Seashore Castle Business Suite was an experience filled with tenderness and poetic charm. The room was spacious and elegant, with an endless blue sea right outside the window

Excellent! The facilities are comprehensive, with a perfect resort setup including a swimming pool and private beach. The castle-like environment facing the Red Sea is stunning

The service is good, food is 3 meals if book all inclusive Breakfast at 7:00-9:00 lunch 2:00-5:00 Dinner: 7:00-10:00 The food is very good and delicious

In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry

- The staff was nice ( some weren’t :) ) - Drinks were very limited, especially non-alcoholic drinks

Like all hotels this hotel also has some nuances , BUT Hotel Siva Sharm has alive colourful coral reef with plenty fishes, turtles, moray eel, stingrays, has so short pantoon has convenient location - near to the airport , near to the Soho Square

I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. Commendable behavior, I have no doubt that whenever I come to Sharm, I will only stay at this hotel

I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough

The food is good, though we couldn't eat all the meals because the times were so close together. Alcoholic beverages are completely free, something many seven-star hotels lack

The lifeguards and workers at the towel stations were lovely, I did not catch some of their names however I do remember Ibrahim (I apologise if I spelt wrong) who was very helpful and kind, just like the other lifeguards and towel station workers at the main pool

Our vacation isn't over yet, but if you're looking for a perfect place, I highly recommend this one. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; just looking at their faces is enough to make you feel positive

The best time to visit between December and April the weather is much sunnier than in the European summer. We will coming back in spring igen. Advise to the hotel renovate the bathroom and add two more stars

I stayed here for a week and left on Thursday. The hotel was lovely but what made it so special was the staff that I met on the way. The staff were friendly and always made sure you have everything you need

I've stayed in seven-star hotels in many countries before, and the service here was better. The bathroom could use some renovations, but it's not a big problem

The restaurants upstairs are also highly recommended, and there's an ideal lunch buffet in the afternoon

The food is also very good, lots of variety, and the snack bar is good too. The bar has a good selection of drinks and cocktails and the bar staff here are wonderful too

Everything else was amazing, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding cleanliness. The bedsheets should be washed in 60°C hot water, as there appear to be bedbugs, and there seem to be quite a few

Excellent resort friendly staff, food is different everyday but it's different to my taste. The aqua park is great with all the pools and slides. The spa is perfect for relaxation I booked 2 sessions before I left.

We had a wonderful holiday! The room with the swim-up terrace was beautiful and very enjoyable. The animation team was great and created a fun atmosphere

Maybe the prices of the SPA, in the Netherlands I can even go cheaper. But hey, that is your personal choice. And I would recommend the hotel to come up with a system removing food waste

This helps a lot keeping the fun in the water with that much people, so great job there. I would say, money well spend when booking this resort, it didn't dissapoint at all

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! The food has been fabulous, the entertainment team has been great including playing darts and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! Great staff, great place to be, and over accommodating for children. Kids club was the best the kids have been too. Rooms were great for families and always clean. Hotel always clean and no complaints

Only thing to say is the kids disco is 830pm, during the winter months when sunset is earlier,this is too late for the kids. But, all in all it is great! We will be back same time next year

Pros: Location: This hotel boasts a prime location right on a beautiful sandy beach. Perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear water, just steps from your room

We were both underwhelmed with both, so didn’t book and further restaurants and opted for the buffet. The staff are very hit and miss. Some are friendly, they smile, say hello, helpful, the others are so miserable

The beach is clean with plenty of sun beds, with an option of adults only section. The hospitality staff are friendly, bringing drinks, moving sun beds

The not so good stuff; the a la carte restaurants are nothing special unfortunately. We dined at Bamboo and American Diner

Ended up booking here last minute due to our holiday to Zanzibar being cancelled, so had few options and very little time to research, but luckily we struck gold! From the warm and efficient reception on arrival the exceptional service continued throughout our 2 week stay

Room: We had room 9205, a deluxe select room above the swim up rooms which was really well placed to get to everywhere in the resort. The room was huge with a big bathroom with separate loo and shower area

We arrived very late and they had thoughtfully put sandwiches, cake and fruit in our room

Lying by the sea was truly comfortable. I didn't pay attention to the location when booking the hotel, and it's quite far from the city center. Next time, I'll probably consider staying in the city.

The room was much bigger than I expected, but not as aesthetically pleasing, probably due to the flooring and wallpaper, which gave it a bit of a rustic, country house vibe

They assigned us a super, super large room with one king-sized bed and two single beds; the single beds had pilling

I think it's more a matter of the country and the individual than the hotel itself. Of course, the staff are friendly. However, if you're Asian or have children, I recommend staying elsewhere

They quietly mutter ****** remarks as I pass by, and the bar staff pretend not to see me. But if you're visiting Egypt, there's nothing you can do about it

All the meals were buffet style, and the taste was pretty much the same for everything, so it got repetitive and boring after a while, but they were generous with the meat portions

The restaurant staff is 5 out of 5. The reception and coffee shop staff are also 5 out of 5. It's amazing how some people do their jobs, even humming a little; it's clear they love what they do, and it's a pleasure

The only negatives were: Wheels on bed didn't lock Sales people had to be told multiple times daily,"when we want you we will find you, until then no thank you!" Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our trip and hope to return someday

There are interesting evening programs, good cuisine, a wide variety of food, and delicious fish (I can't comment on the meat, as I don't eat meat, but it looked amazing). The fruit, however, was mostly unripe

Plenty of water in the room; I had an upgraded room, and I liked it. The beach is clean and pleasant. The sea might not be to everyone's tastes; there's a reef, lots of reefs, deep, and the water is active

But there are plenty of pools for kids, so that's why. But honestly, the sea is the most interesting. After a place like this, going back to a regular place seems a bit boring

We booked this hotel on its 5* rating, to be honest it’s not 5*, we have stayed in many 5* hotels in many countries, this hotel needs updating, the staff from reception to restaurant doesn’t know how to welcome guests, like they don’t care, just come and go… food standards are of 3* , no fresh juice, daily 90% same stuff, swimming pool is nice, beach is clean but of3/4 *rooms are reasonable and good...

The restaurant at Promenade Naama Bay serves a wonderful breakfast and dinner every day, offering a variety of delicious, fresh dishes. Each meal feels special, with a great mix of local and international flavors

The only thing that lets the hotel down is their facilities which are very old and dirty, the bathroom’s need a massive upgrade. ESP the bathtubs

This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu

All in all, this was my third time in Hurghada and this is by far the best hotel I've been in. People, service, facilities, I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wishes for a vacation without any worries

All was good.the porter service on check out was not the best.they delayed bringing the luggage and I was about to miss the bus going back to cairo.

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later

The rooms at the ground floor have own pools. Please note, there is another Remal Resort close by at the second line. Only Remal Beach Resort is on the beach

The resort is centrally located near the airport. The staff is impeccable, friendly, and many speak Italian. The six restaurants and five all-inclusive bars were always open

We preferred the Italian as it suited our own taste but they were all excellent We even went to the Steakhouse that was not part of the all inclusive package

The service at the resort was great. The beach and the pools were clean and very organized. The restaurants were amazing and had great food everyday

I really enjoyed the fountain view restaurant because they had breakfast lunch and dinner. The waiters and the chefs at the restaurant did a great job cooking and serving food

We enjoyed the food there and most of all the waiter that served our table Mustafa Muhammad every day we wanted him personally to serve our table because he was really good at what he did, He knew exactly what we needed without being annoying or bothering us

Amazing stay at lovely beachfront location, but the hotel restaurant was not good. Aside from the great breakfast buffet, all other food was delivered cold and unappetising.

As I was third time in this hotel, I like its location, size - it is not t extra large complex so you can reach any part of it in a few minutes: from the room to the restaurant, beach, reception etc

Everything was amazing during our stay at Mercure Hotel. The beach, dinner, bars , shows everything. But especially the people work in there were so so nice

Everything was clean and well maintained. The only small downside for me was that some of the food, especially the desserts, tasted a bit bland, but there are plenty of options to choose from
