Food is a great selection at every meal and drinks are good and plentiful, service is good

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

Everything perfect! The staff is so attentive, kind, and funny! Always in a good vibe, from the reception desk, to the animation team, restaurants, bars, house keeping, and everyone we met there

Food and catering is exceptional at any level of all-inclusive package. The main restaurants offer a huge selection of fresh, appetising dishes

All the staff were excellent, especially Mustafa Hamza, who was both very polite and funny. The reefs are fantastic; you swim among colorful fish. It's a hotel we would definitely choose again

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

Whether you are by the pool, In a restaurant, in the lobby, at the beach or in your room, they’re so unbelievably helpful

Ali ~ Baba We have traveled to Egypt a few times now and this hotel was slightly more dated inside to others we have stayed BUT the staff ,facilities , food and location has been the BEST ! The kids and me and my partner didn’t want to come home

The animation team are FAB ! So friendly. We met lots of lovely people working here. And we would 100% reccomened staying here

The slides amazing so much fun for all the family ! The kids club also great my kids loved it. Beach a little outch to walk out in so would advise sea shoes but beautiful beach area and lots of fish to see

The transfer went smoothly and we soon arrived at the hotel in time for a couple of drinks before dinner. Experience at reception was great and were given a room upgrade as returning guests

The room was overlooking the pool and close to the restaurants which we requested as previously we had a sea view room which meant a very long walk to the reception area

The sea is clear and teeming with life if you care to look. The restaurants are very good, with a good standard of cuisine. Plenty of shops to pick up souvenirs or basic essentials

The activities available here are fantastic and impressively well organized. There’s always something enjoyable to take part in, whether you’re in the mood for something adventurous, relaxing, or creative

The food is absolutely outstanding — every dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell that the kitchen team puts a lot of care and passion into every meal

The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, with everything working exactly as it should

But here, if you want to buy it, it’s also expensive! In April, the pool was no longer heated, and this was because we experienced 4 days of strong wind. Well, for me it’s a very long pontoon

The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very cozy, providing everything you need for a perfect stay

One of the waiters (unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but he was always working during the main meals) was incredibly kind and welcoming. Every time he saw me, he greeted me with a huge, sincere smile

Room is great, and the facilities are incredible for families. Staff are soo helpful and accommodating with everything you need. Restaurants are really good. Nader from animation team is great.

He took such good care of me — bringing drinks, replacing my small juice glass with a large one without even being asked, and insisting on serving me so I didn't have to go to the bar myself

Really lovely beach, free use of sunbeds and the staff bring any drinks to you. It always felt clean and well maintained. The only downside for us was the condition of our room

I stayed at Gravity Hotel from February 28th to March 7th, 2026, and I want to share my warmest memories. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service at La Wien restaurant

Room was perfect, food was amazing and the staff were second to none. Its a large complex but more like a village with plenty of bars, restaurants and pools

Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony

Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt

(Which is quite far with all your luggages) but we waited 10 minutes and nobody came, but I have told reception the driver is already waiting for us but they didnt seem to care

We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

They said they cant let anyone in who is not with the hotel but will provide us a car with driver to the fromt gate

If you like the same meals daily this is the place for you. Rooms are so dated,but where clean, they are doing a refurbishment but a long way of completing. No beach, just an overpacked small man made area

the hotel service is really good loved the activities and it feels special ever time we at any pool or beach they came and ask if need anything so that i don’t move from my place for anything

Cocktails were particularly disappointing—basic knowledge seemed lacking—so we stuck to simple drinks. Entertainment was underwhelming, with low energy from both guests and staff

all the food area are amazing especially grill houses near the pool plus ice cream and waffle counter was really a treat everyday ( loved the pancakes ) managers were really good n helpful shout out for Ahmed mansur amazing guy ( manager )

The five la a carte restaurants were lovely. What made our stay were the staff. The guys at Pool 1, Massuod, Muhammed couldnt do enough for us. Ibraham at the beach, what a gentleman

The snack bars are lovely waiter service. The ones you pay for your drinks are exceptional. Its a shame people dont use them. Renovated rooms are nice and i would say book one

Everything at this hotel is fantastic, the staff are very attentive and friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, heated pool is luxurious, animation team are brilliant always trying to get everyone involved and do so much, food is amazing no matter what restaurant you go too

Wow! What a hotel! We are a family of 8 and all of us love it! The animation team is outstanding! Especially jessie ! Really made a fuss of the little ones :) the service is amazing you dont have to lift a finger! We will definitely be back!

5 Coffee stations only 2 working at the breakfast buffet. Staff are fantastic and friendly, Bar staff helpful and smiling always, animations team great

We tried amoura (Lebanese) our favourite, limoni (Italian) also amazing and sinfiran. You also have the option of the main buffet, pool side restaurants and beach restaurant

Food was amazing; it was fresh, plenty with multiple options but I had mixed feelings here and I won’t blame that on the restaurant as I am very peculiar about food taste

Upon arrival the hotel lobby is beautiful. We were greeted with fresh drinks and warm hospitality. Rooms are spacious and well kept, bear in mind there are no lifts

However, they have buggy’s to take you around which was the best thing ever! We had a lovely pool view. Food - there are 5 a la carte restaurants and depending on your stay you could try up to 3-5

This put a dampener on an otherwise nice week, and the reception staff argued black is white than their interpretation of soft drinks is only coke and Fanta, and offered no concession as a gesture of good will (we had nothing that wasn’t included in the all inclusive package at any bar in the resort)

Honestly if not the best hotel I stayed in!! The staffs are amazing and the food wow just wow! Stayed for 4 nights so had access to 3 A La Carte restaurants and when I tell you they were amazing

The food was good, with a wide selection in the buffet restaurant and the La Carte restaurants for all the family to enjoy (choice in kids section was limited) The entertainment in the daytime was good, but the evening entertainment was basic and on quite late 10/1030pm start

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options every day. The service was outstanding — the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed

The animation team was wonderful, and we would especially like to mention the animator Ipoo, whose energy and friendliness made our vacation unforgettable. Definitely a place we would return to!

Sunrise-Aqua Joy is the name of this Hotel. We did all inclusive, which I think is the only option here. The food was ok, not exactly mind blowing,but could have been worse

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized. you need no worries about food. the thing that I did not like is the room service

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive

sheets were not changed until I asked. trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out. little things but it does matter. though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again

They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around

I originally wanted to try all of the dozen restaurants, but I went to the best Asian restaurant first, and the rest were boring

Ohh, wonderful place. A lot of pools, great food (I mean really great, every type of food u want - is here). Want go here one more time

The private beach is beautiful and ideal for families. There are plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas. The sea is stunning, and the jetty makes snorkeling easy and safe

The Aquapark is definitely one of the highlights of the resort. The slides, water attractions, and pools kept our children entertained for hours. Everything is clean and well supervised by lifeguards

Beach is good, there are two places to see fish, one is closer in ponton can even see lion fish and eel, but in the end of ponton, which is quite a walk 900 m is really spectacular coral Riff with a lot of different fish

We have just returned from a week at Edge by Rotana Sea Beach & Aquapark, and overall our experience was very positive, especially traveling with young children. The resort is large and well organized

The hotel has three à la carte restaurants: Mexican, Italian, and Indian. A huge advantage is the beautiful coral reef – perfect for snorkeling or diving. Daily entertainment is organized for both children and adults

Furniture a bit outdated! Unfortunately, evening entertainment was outside under a tent and very cold! There was no playground for children where they could play and would have disturbed the show! Food was good and plentiful

This is the best experience I have had in such a long time traveling, unparalleled service, and great value for money food! In contrast, the facilities and environment in the room may not reach such a high standard

The open buffet was great with a few special touches at the breakfast buffet, like the fresh baked traditional bread, which was always worth the wait and the fresh egg station, which is food and a show where the chef demonstrates his cooking mastery in flipping omelets in the air

The pools are superb, and you can stand almost everywhere. The entertainment team is great and not intrusive. There are shops opposite the hotel, and a shopping center nearby for those who enjoy shopping

There were many people, and we were the only Chinese guests here; everyone was a Russian VIP. The environment was okay, and the snorkeling conditions seemed alright without comparison

The food was excellent; it was very varied, with meat and fish available daily to suit every taste. There were sometimes short lines at the restaurant, but they lasted no more than 10 minutes

The room is nice, but there are not enough plugs. The hotel facilities are perfect, with tennis courts, table tennis, billiards, free drinks at the water bar until sunset, and beach volleyball

The shuttle bus usually required a long wait. Also, the restaurants were truly awful; I almost ate my fill

Environment: It's quite close to the beach, so no need to drive, which is very convenient. Service: I hadn't checked in at 2:00 that day, and I kept asking before I even got my room card

The hotel lobby has a supermarket where sunscreen costs 750 EGP, a child's toy ball is 200 EGP, and a child's water gun is also 200 EGP. The staff at the hotel are very friendly

The Turkish restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food!

The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent. They were very accommodating with the free extra bed, which was a nice bonus! The breakfast had a great variety of bread and fruit, but it was mostly vegetarian

The only minor drawback was the slow luggage delivery. We waited in our room for an hour and the luggage still hadn't arrived, so we went downstairs to inquire, and then they brought it up

The breakfast was Western-style with a good variety, though if you're craving Chinese food, you'll have to adjust your expectations. It's perfectly fine for filling your stomach though

Everything was incredibly cool! The room is large, always clean, there were always clean towels! The staff was polite and answered all our needs with a smile! The administration was also happy to help solve all issues! I also want to mark the restaurants! The food was fresh and tasty

Went there with our 16 month old at the time and were so impressed by the cleanliness, the food quality (and variety) and the amenities on the beach!! The resort has a playground close to the breakfast restaurant AND a playground ON THE BEACH - making it ideal for toddlers

Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy

The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value. Service is excellent in the hotel but even better if you tip a few $ here and there

We stayed there for a week from the 21st June. Many pools, and the beach is amazing and great scenery. In my opinion, I feel there there could’ve been a lot more options to choose from

A very nice, clean hotel-resort. Close to the beach and a bonus free waterpark with 50 slides. The internet covers the entire hotel plus the beach too, a little slow but OK. The staff speak mostly German, less English

Hotel complex, food, amenities, services are beyond our expectations. Beach was supperb with gorgeous coral reef nearby for snorkling. Area for improvements are wine/spirits quality and slippery tiles around the pool
