Food and service is good, friendly staff. Room seaview rather old.
Nice parks and pool is ok, clean.
Direct acces to windsurf station and boat tours.
Very bad was the music at pool and in the evening, often techno music.
The Restaurant at pool has a bird infestation eating from the food displayed for the tourists!
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that made my visit very enjoyable.
I would especially like to give my heartfelt thanks to Sama at the restaurant. She was consistently attentive, professional, and kind during every shift. Her warm reception and the way she took care of guests with utmost warmth and dedication made every meal feel special. Sama went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of, and she is a true credit to the team.
A wonderful experience at the restaurant buffets! Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Hany, and Mr. Emad who truly went above and beyond. They were exceptionally nice, always smiling, attentive, and consistently made us feel welcomed and cared for. Their outstanding service, warm attitude, and genuine hospitality turned every meal into a memorable experience.

- I have unpleasant welcomes from their receptionist at the check in. First there was problem with my booking, they didn't have in their system although I had their confirmation on email. Than they wanted from me voucher and again confirmation voucher. I know all of this may happened, but I can't understand that arrogant attitude by the receptionist called Mohamed.
