10/10 experience! The staffs are just so hospitable making our experience so enjoyable that we wished we stayed for another few more night. Would definitely come back again!

Nice people, excellent food, fish every day. Plenty of fruit and vegetable salads. I liked the desserts: chocolate mousse and bananas in caramel. Drink Mai Tai.

Everything was good, just a heads-up that the bellhop asked for a tip.

I chose to stay here because of a popular golf course. I found an online coach, and the sand traps were incredibly challenging. Most of the hotel guests were older Caucasians, and it was surprisingly quiet

The hotel itself is quite large, and the snorkeling area is expansive with very clean water. The buffet theme changes daily, so you can always find something you like

There are also different themed shows every night; I watched them both nights I stayed. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the swings

The staff of the front office were excellent and professional and also thoseof the room service, but some of the staff at the restaurants are not the same, especially those at the oriental restaurant

Everything was great except for the hotel management’s lack of respect toward the pasta chef at lunch, as he was standing under the scorching sun while there were movable umbrellas just a few meters away that could have been placed to give him some shade

It seems that you can also get light meals at the restaurant near the beach depending on the time. As for alcohol, the beer is Sakkara beer, not Stella

There are several types of cocktails, and the lineup available at all restaurants and bars is the same. If possible, I recommend drinking at the lobby bar. It seems that you can smoke anywhere on the premises

You can order a la carte at the restaurant for lunch. At breakfast, there is a live kitchen (fried eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs) on the balcony of the restaurant, so it is recommended

Because there was a New Year's countdown party, all the restaurants were closed after 3pm and everyone was gathered at the countdown party venue

This was one of those all-inclusive packages, but since we were only staying one night and leaving the next morning, we didn't have that option. The room was full of Europeans. It felt like their vacation paradise

When we asked, they said they had upgraded one of our rooms. After much negotiation, they finally combined the two rooms into one suite with a much better view. We didn't check in until 6:30 PM

The hotel has a great location and environment. The all-inclusive price is hassle-free, and the surrounding area is also very convenient.

In the end, to avoid ruining our vacation, we had to compromise! If you want ocean views, there are plenty of options there; if you want better service, don't bother

Throughout the entire process, the housekeeping manager was extremely arrogant

PS: The waiting area was behind the front desk, and we almost froze to death!

The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals

Swimming pool is huge, includes a small area for kids, and guests have access to the aqua park in The V hotel (side by side to Pyramisa) The sand beach is very good, and the open water is extremely amazing

Very good hotel, amazing food and friendly animation. We enjoyed the pool party and particularly the evening entertainment. All staff are friendly and we feel so welcomed here, we enjoyed our stay here.

I loved almost eveything except singer who was performing on 15. Sorry but she was terrible, like really terrible, heard people talking on bar about her how bad she was. So bad we could not listen to her and had to leave

The beach is lovely white and long. Swimming is easy with all the sandy bottom. The entertainment is also great. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. However the secret sauce to this hotel is the staff

The hotel has significantly improved its services since our last stay in February. The reception desk is working perfectly. The improvements in the restaurants are also worth appreciating

At the Stella restaurant, the dinner menu is varied and of good quality. This is the work of the new chef. We were also very warmly welcomed in the Asian restaurant

I’m almost afraid to recommend this hotel… because I might not find a free room the next time I come back! 😉 I’ve stayed here more than once, and every single visit has been absolutely excellent — both the standard of the rooms and the service are consistently top-notch

We have been coming for ten years. There is very little staff turnover which indicates great management. The hotel staff are a family and care for the guests as well as each other. We cannot recommend highly enough

We had the chance to try the Indian à la carte restaurant once—absolutely outstanding dishes! We also really enjoyed the Greek cuisine during the fantastic “ABBA Nights” evening

During dinner, no waiter will come to your table to offer you a drink. The bartenders behind the bar look grumpy and angry; they rush, pour drinks carelessly, and hand you a half-empty disposable cup

The hotel is very boring—animators don’t engage with guests; instead, they entertain themselves, flirt with young girls or already quite drunk guests, and it’s obvious they are looking for some benefit, tips, or even cigarettes—I saw this with my own eyes

The music you hear on the beach comes from another hotel. After dinner, when people dress up and sit down with drinks, there is still no music—neither outside nor in the lobby bar

The property is very comfortable, with clean and well-appointed rooms that made our stay truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, always helpful and attentive

We came from England to Egypt for my first time and were graciously accepted and welcomed by everybody including the staff and guests. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, polite and welcoming

The amenities at the hotel were awesome, fun, and relaxing. The hotel was being run exceptionally efficient by the general manager Mr Moheeb, even during the busy season

I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious

Overall, I had a great experience with Park Regency everything was great over there. It has a fantastic beach, a good restaurant, and enjoyable activities

The pool was also very big, and the best part was that the grounds were so spacious that I could call a cart whenever I wanted to move

My favorite thing is to lie on the beach chair and bask in the sun. You can see beautiful corals and various beautiful fish without snorkeling at the beach. The breakfast was rich and delicious

My daughter and I had a wonderful four-day stay at Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were extremely attentive and caring throughout our visit

If there were no sun beds available, he went out of his way to source some for us even if it meant going as far as the beach to get them! Beshoy in House keeping was also great - very friendly and kept our room spotless

Our 9 night stay at the Savoy was very pleasant. There's plenty to do and the staff are great and friendly especially Ashraf at the pool who was always friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him

We had a fantastic stay, thanks to staff from Movenpick Water Park Resort, our room was quiet, modern, clean, excellent service, drinks and food menu. The best dinner we had was at Mongolian restaurant

The environment is very good, but the Egyptian waiter in a restaurant is extremely stupid, speaking bad things about mainland China in front of *********. Haha, does the quality of the hotel staff need to be improved? ?

We had ordered a trip to Luxor with another Company, but maybe better to have ordered it by the hotell. The hotell was clean and nice, also big rooms. Only thing is that the beds and pillows was a bit hard

We stayed here for a week during Christmas and had a fantastic time. The resort truly has a warm Christmas atmosphere and everything was beautifully decorated and well taken care of

The food was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. My favourite was the Lebanese restaurant, which served delicious, authentic dishes full of flavour

We had a wonderful week at the Steigenberger Ras Soma! The staff is very friendly and attentive, everything is very clean, and the food is also excellent. Also the activities for the kids and the kids club are perfect

I loved my holiday at dreams beach resort hotel is beautiful food excellent staff are very polite the only thing wrong is they don’t have a toilet by the pool so to go you haft to walk quite away down the steps becomes a pain after a while but all in all fantastic!

Late night check-in was fast and smooth. A golf cart took us to our room. The sunrise was beautiful from the window. The sea is on site, just a few minutes of walking and stairs

There's a submersed bridge to walk among the awesome fishes and snorkel. The canteen is good with a variety of food. There are shops on site to buy clothes and stuff, also a small grocery store

The room is spacious with two beds. Everything in the room works (refrigerator, hairdryer, TV with Russian channel NTN)

Other restaurants were disappointing: the beach club had hygiene issues (birds around the food, oil everywhere), and the à la carte restaurants (Italian and Buddha Bar) were below expectations ! average quality, tough meat, and very basic sushi

The resort has great sports facilities: paddle and tennis courts are a big plus. However, the tennis court needs maintenance, and the volleyball court is poorly lit at night, making it difficult to play after sunset

Summary: Good facilities, friendly staff, and a family-friendly setup, but food quality, entertainment, and some maintenance aspects need improvement. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement

Pools are heated in December, which is perfect for kids. The kids’ club is also a big advantage, open from 10 AM to 5 PM, giving parents some time to relax or explore

Entertainment overall is limited, and the resort can feel a bit quiet compared to larger resorts with more shows and activities

The Steigenberger hotel chain offers access to restaurants from their line located nearby (Chinese, Japanese, Mediterranean, etc. In the evening, there is live music in the huge lobby

The other restaurants, even those offering reservations and à la carte options, are just average. You can't expect too much from the food in Egypt

This is the first time at this hotel as a couple and probably the last as my husband gas dementia. But everyone has been so kind and helpful, the food plentiful and the standard very high

There is not one member of the staff that aren't courteous. Well done to the management for an outstanding hotel, all we need is a bit more sun in the afternoon

MORE INFORMATION 1 - Great snorkelling attached to hotel My wife and I have been to Egypt 8 times including this holiday and this is probably the best volume and variety of fish we have ever seen! Access is via a short floating jetty, which although a bit wobbly is secure enough

The jetty is just a few minutes walk from anywhere in the hotel complex and there is a golf cart style free taxi service available depending on what time you choose to go

8am as that’s when the jetty opens and it’s also when many fish choose to feed. Apart from winter sun, snorkelling is one of the main reasons we go to Egypt so often

Simply amazing, I enjoyed every single moment in TUI MAGiC LIFE Redsina, this place is fantastic, the staff was all very helpful and welcoming, food is very delicious and varied, the room was amazing and comfortable
