Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa in Hurghada

I stayed here for a week and left on Thursday. The hotel was lovely but what made it so special was the staff that I met on the way. The staff were friendly and always made sure you have everything you need. The lifeguards and workers at the towel stations were lovely, I did not catch some of their names however I do remember Ibrahim (I apologise if I spelt wrong) who was very helpful and kind, just like the other lifeguards and towel station workers at the main pool. At the towel station at the beach, the staff were lovely, especially Mohammed who was very helpful and would help us with anything we needed, even if we did not ask.
The staff at Rose Restaurant were so kind and would have lovely conversations with me and my family everyday (I did not catch their names but there were two specific workers, one who would take our dirty plates and one who would take our glass’s and bring us drinks, who were both incredible).
The staff at Jasmin Restaurant were also lovely and would always greet me with a smile, same with the staff at Sweet Moments who were very kind and welcoming.
The staff at all bars were so helpful and put great effort into making sure you have everything you need.
The rooms were clean and the cleaners did an incredible job, the beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me.
The food was amazing with good variety which is perfect as it gives plenty of choice for people with different food preferences.
Overall, I never write reviews for any places I visit but I felt like I needed to for this, as the staff made my visit so special. I will be coming back!

Nice hotel, very clean. Good children’s facilities, pool, slides for all ages, play area.
Access to the sea, and small beach area with bar and pools.
Main pool heated and nice and warm, you can stay in it all day!
The food is plentiful although plain but nice. Many bars and seating areas across the hotel.
Very good wi-fi connection throughout the complex.

Our vacation isn't over yet, but if you're looking for a perfect place, I highly recommend this one. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; just looking at their faces is enough to make you feel positive. I've stayed in seven-star hotels in many countries before, and the service here was better. The bathroom could use some renovations, but it's not a big problem. The food is good, though we couldn't eat all the meals because the times were so close together. Alcoholic beverages are completely free, something many seven-star hotels lack. Sometimes the people offering activities like massages and safari trips can be a bit pushy. Massage prices are higher than in Europe, but it's easy to find a good massage outside the hotel for a reasonable price. The best time to visit between December and April the weather is much sunnier than in the European summer. We will coming back in spring igen. Advise to the hotel renovate the bathroom and add two more stars

We had such a fantastic time thanks to the incredible animation team! They were friendly, energetic, and made every day feel special. From morning activities to evening shows, the team kept everyone entertained with so much enthusiasm and professionalism.

They were great with both adults and kids, always creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. You could really see how much effort they put into making guests happy.

The animation team was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. The night-time disco events were a highlight — always full of energy, great music, and such a fun atmosphere. They really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time.

What impressed us most was how much they cared. They always made sure we were okay and even ensured we got back to the hotel safely after the disco. It made us feel completely looked after and added so much to our holiday.

Thank you to the whole team for making our trip unforgettable!

Excellent resort - really can’t find any faults or things to improve.

Everything is very well looked after, modern and so pretty. Starting from the lobby - it even smells beautiful, has beautiful furniture in the reception area. Reception staff are also so lovely and helpful.

The room - we got a sea view upgrade - definately worth it. Rooms are modern, very spacious, with huge comfortable beds and huge beautiful terrace / balcony. Bathrooms are huge and well lit (hair dryers are a bit meh but they do the job)

Food is delicious and always fresh - plenty of options at breakfast, lunch dinner etc. A la carte restaurants are also very good. The sweet moments pastry / cafe was my favourite, as it was open late and had a very good selection of cakes and deserts.

Pool and beach area is gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers, there is always something going on activities yoga bachata aquagym etc. The pools are also heated and are very good temperature.

The onsite spa - i had a cleopatra hamman and massage package, very worth trying. The sauna steamroom etc were amazing and the girls who did my massage were incredible.

Staff - you guys do an incredible job✨ starting from reception to housekeeping to bartenders and waiters - well done! The service was immaculate.

Travelled just the two of us. Mainly to get some winter sun and go to Luxor. Check in great, first impression good. Make sure you get cash out of cash machine in reception for tipping. We did that straight away. Bar staff, cleaners all lovely, very friendly. Spa staff pushy which we weren’t too happy about and felt we needed to book a treatment - expensive and not worth the money. Avoid. We were used to Europe so we’re taken by surprise at this quite invasive pushiness. By the end of the break we knew just to say no firmly and they do walk away. We had swim up room which was nice, water is a little chilly but it’s good for privacy. Bit of a building mess down there but we are quite relaxed so just left them to it - every hotel has to improve I suppose. Booked our Luxor trip with Mohammed at fox travel - he’s sat at a desk just inside reception near sweet treats. Nice guy, great trip! Food is fine and varied. Slight upset tummy on the last day for me but I had been to Luxor the day before so could be anything really. I don’t think it was the hotel. Beach is nice too All in all a nice break and we would return.

Nice and big resort, clean and modern. The food is alright, not special, just the regular resort cuisine - which doesn’t have to be bad at all.

The room was big and clean, big walk-in shower and big balcony. Downside was that we had a room near the pool, facing the evening entertainment, the windows aren’t sound proof so you can hear the music till late night.

The pools are nice as is the beach. Staff is nice and helpful. The manager welcomed us greatly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Three pyramids is across the road if you need your dose of Egyptian souvenirs (prices are reasonable, though not local, which is fine). The resort is located at the near end of Al Ahyaa neighborhood in the direction of El Gouna, supermarkets of Al Ahyaa are on 20 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes with taxi. Hurghada is about 15-20 minutes with taxi.

Would recommend this resort.

I have enjoyed a lot the stay in Bellagio. The resort is very nice , with an amazing pool for adults and other 2 for kids with several
Water slides. The beach is very pleasant and with a nice wind that helps to stay in the sun without sweating. Food is very good and with a lot of choices. And they changed every day. A special thanks to most of the workers from receptions to the restaurants and the bars. They have been always very kind and nice. In particular the guys working on the main restaurant , the cooks , the waiters in the snack bar , aura lounge and the beach bar. The cleaner always around to keep clean the place . A special mention to Mina, Alaah, Natihem,Naider , Arnem, the beach guardian ; I don’t remember the name, the lady in the reception, Mohamed the guy responsible of the cleaning of my room, and the animation team , all
Young people form different countries . I also enjoyed of the SPA and massage, Nahla (?) was very good. I will be back for sure

Overall, we had a really good stay at the Bellagio Hotel. The staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and the hotel itself was clean and well-kept. Food and drinks were enjoyable with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

The only disappointment was the swim-up room, which we booked but didn’t receive. However we did receive some sort of room upgrade which was appreciated.

The food was incredible – wide variety, fresh and tasty, with options for every taste. The drinks were flowing all day, and the bartenders were fun and professional. Pool area was clean, plenty of sunbeds, and the entertainment in the evenings added a nice touch.
