It is was an amazing stay at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh beach resort and one of the absolute highlights was Ahmed at the pool bar.
Not only does Ahmed make the best cocktails we've ever had—seriously, every drink was perfectly balanced and refreshing—but he’s also the nicest guy you’ll meet. Always smiling, always kind, and genuinely happy to make sure everyone is having a great time.
He remembered our favorite drinks after just one visit and was always ready with a friendly chat or a great recommendation. Whether we wanted something fruity, strong, or just something new to try, Ahmed knew exactly what to make.
It’s rare to find someone who combines such skill with such warmth. Thank you, Ahmed, for making our holiday so special. You’re a star, and we hope to see you again on our next trip!
On our very first day, a member of the room service staff opened our door without knocking or permission, while I was inside with my wife. This was a huge invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable.
The next day was even worse – there was a complete power outage from 12 PM to 12 AM. That means no electricity, no air conditioning, and no way to charge our phones during the peak of summer, with temperatures reaching 43°C. It was unbearable and ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday.
For a hotel of this caliber and price range, this level of service and lack of basic operational management is shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.
