Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh in Hurghada

The restaurant isn't as clean as it should be for a 5-star hotel; birds are flying around indoors. There is no angle in the bathtub, so the water stays in the cabin and also on the bathroom floor. The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals. Desserts are fantastic. The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars.

Very good hotel, amazing food and friendly animation. We enjoyed the pool party and particularly the evening entertainment. All staff are friendly and we feel so welcomed here, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great clean rooms, great service, great friendly barmans, helpfull staff on reception and animation team was trying their best to keep up entertained, loved most of evening shows. I loved almost eveything except singer who was performing on 15.10. 2025. Sorry but she was terrible, like really terrible, heard people talking on bar about her how bad she was. So bad we could not listen to her and had to leave... and on the way back to our room we met a guy who literally said to us “who’s this singer, she’s really bad”.

We had a great stay. The room service was Amazing. We stayed in room 1251
Salem, the gentleman who cleaned our room everyday did a great job and was always there for us whenever we needed anything.
The beach guards did also a fantastic job looking out for everyone
And the Cafeteria/Kitchen staff were all so friendly.

Ahmed Is the Best Bartender in Egypt!
It is was an amazing stay at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh beach resort and one of the absolute highlights was Ahmed at the pool bar.
Not only does Ahmed make the best cocktails we've ever had—seriously, every drink was perfectly balanced and refreshing—but he’s also the nicest guy you’ll meet. Always smiling, always kind, and genuinely happy to make sure everyone is having a great time.
He remembered our favorite drinks after just one visit and was always ready with a friendly chat or a great recommendation. Whether we wanted something fruity, strong, or just something new to try, Ahmed knew exactly what to make.
It’s rare to find someone who combines such skill with such warmth. Thank you, Ahmed, for making our holiday so special. You’re a star, and we hope to see you again on our next trip!

Great hotel. This is not my first time in Egypt but I liked everything. Special greetings to the barman Ahmed, you are cool, thank you. And in general the whole staff is just wonderful, thank you!

The hotel is worth the money. The rooms in the renovated building are spacious but "shabby", the plumbing works, the towels are not the freshest. At the same time, they clean well, spin swans and other animals. The pools are large for every taste, each has a large area for small children with a depth of 10 cm. There are enough sun loungers for everyone even at 70% occupancy. The beach is very wide and you can always find a secluded place. There is access to corals. The coral reef is small, but very rich. The sea is ghostly and is a big advantage of this hotel. We recommend buying coral slippers and snorkeling masks at good prices on the hotel grounds. The territory is green, large. The proximity to the promenade is an additional plus. Sahl Hasheesh, where the hotel is located, creates the impression of European Egypt. The promenade, the fountain square, the old town stylized as old are great places for evening walks, including on a golf cart, which can be rented for an hour from 15 bucks. The hotel serves good food, there is a separate diet table and a table for children (soups, porridge, dairy, boiled vegetables and meat, vegetables, fruits, sweets). You can visit the a la carte restaurants twice for free. The staff is friendly and helpful. Show programs every evening, three locations for performances at the same time. There is conditional children's animation. Disadvantages: depending on the shift, there may be problems with check-in - you have to fight for a good room; at the end of our holiday, some of the slides did not work; the hotel does not have potties for children; in the evening there is an acute shortage of ice for cocktails; the working hours of the services do not always correspond to the stated description.

I recently stayed at the Pyramisa Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The animation team was absolutely amazing. They kept everyone engaged with fun activities, games, and evening shows. Their energy and friendliness really made a difference and created a lively atmosphere throughout the day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The bed was cozy, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I can recommend the Pyramisa Hotel. It’s a great place for couples, families, and anyone looking to enjoy a fun and comfortable vacation. I would definitely come back.
