Very kind staff and hostress, no push of trips and the room is really clean.
Very comfy spacious and cute place, great for photos taking!
The room was clean and hygienic, with a balcony. The towels were folded into a 🔥 shape, which was very nice. The sockets there were all Chinese-compatible, so no adapter was required, which was great.
This hotel is located on the west bank of Luxor. It is in a residential area, so it was very quiet. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend it.
The hotel is on the west bank of Luxor. You don’t need to get up early to go hot air ballooning in the morning. You don’t need to take a ferry to cross the Nile to go to the Valley of the Kings and Habu City. There were only a few of us, and the hotel staff were very welcoming to us. The hotel has a small garden and the environment is very quiet. However, the hotel's breakfast and a la carte are not...
The location is very good, just on the west bank of the Nile, very close to the Valley of the Kings, Habu City, and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. The hotel is a typical Egyptian house with a beautiful and comfortable courtyard. The boss and his staff are very welcoming and the service is attentive.

Most relaxing and comfortable hotel stay in Luxor. Beautiful Egyptian decor design along with wall murals, depicting Egyptian way of life, both ancient and present day. Location was good less than 10 minute walk to the Nile river where you can catch a public ferry to go to the east Bank side. Hotel staff and management were very accommodating, pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Delicious daily breakfast...
Pros: Lovely Egyptian Decor Hotel. Beautiful Egyptian wall murals and paintings throughout the common areas of the hotel. Several comfortable relaxing area to enjoy with little to no distractions. Location is with a small local community with 5 min. walking to markets, shops, and local restaurants, 10 min. Walk to Nile River and can stroll along the riverfront walkway- corniche, though several...
What a friendly place. Very quiet, superfriendly staff, Nice swimming pool. Good price quality ratio. We Will be back!
The Hotel is really beautiful, it just too bad that the bedrooms are too small and there is a lot of flies… The breakfast is correct and good ! And they have a pool ! So nice !
It's a fantastic resort with a big area. But they are not professional. The room services are fantastic, but the manager had tried to make some business with us. When we denied it, he stopped talking to us 😢. Dining is nice, especially the last day breakfast was very good.
Loved the hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly

A beautiful garden with warm and welcoming staff, great hosts, the breakfast buffet has a big variety of local food as well as international. Very clean rooms, the staff is very helpful with almost everything you might need. The beautiful garden is also a place for many birds, in the morning it is an impressive experience. I had a great experience there and I will gladly go back next year, hopefully...
This is my favourite place in Luxor. We spent 10 days in Luxor and loved this hotel. The facilities are brilliant and the staff are wonderful. It’s just so relaxing and such a nice little hotel, the feeling is just perfect, it’s a getaway from the busy street across the Nile. The West Bank is wonderful in general but I loved it here 👍
So good please and nice stuff they professional and kind people. We enjoyed our time there in West Bank of Luxor. The pool was amazing and garden, the food was delicious too take breakfast there then stat round in West Bank early morning was great.
It's a nice place to stay, you have a view on the Luxor Temple on the other side of the river, the staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are okay for Egypt. We stayed one night her.
The Mesala is a gem of a hotel, a precious, family run hotel on the West Bank of Luxor overlooking the Nile River and Luxor Temples. It's a spectacular view. The rooms at the front have balconies and are comfortable and clean. The sun rises to your left and sets to your right so you are basking in glorious sunshine all day long but can close the balcony doors if you prefer it cooler. The Roof Terrace...
Al Mesala Hotel is well-situated on the west bank of the Nile, making it one of the best locations in Luxor. However, getting there can be tricky. If you arrive by air or bus, you’ll need to take a cab to the east bank, then cross the river by ferry. Otherwise, if you take a cab directly across the bridge, be prepared for a high fare due to the long detour. The hotel rooms are decent, with balconies...

Room was clean, comfortable and very cute. Nice view of the Nile from my balcony. The staff here were wonderful! The food was great too. I really enjoyed the peaceful location and this hotel was a surprising great value. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Was my favorite hotel on our entire Egypt trip.
View of river ok,no beach access,
The room was clean and great to stay in, West bank is a more rustic/ authentic experience of Luxor in general. Staff was courteous and treated us well! Would stay again if I visited
Charming, Traditional and Calm Had an amazing stay at Jewel Howard Carter Hotel. We had incredible service the entire time we were there - the staff were amazing and accomodating and had amazing recommendations the entire time. Laundry service was available and great price. Swimming pool was beautifully kept, they even had an organic farm with bananas, mangos and herbs. It’s in a quieter area of...
Excellent service. Nice people. Great room. Tons of space. The only thing that I didn’t care was the shower with no door. Water came out every where. Kitchen countertops were very dusty.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel in Luxor. I really can't say enough positive about it. The food was excellent and mostly grown on the property. We were served the same breakfast each morning and I wish we would have had something a little different each day. But, everything was delicious and fresh. Nile river shore 150 m
It is walking distance to the corniche with a carrefour market nearby. We stayed in transit on our way to luxor from cairo. It's extremely clean, well equipped. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Something that can be worked is the noise levels.
Comfortable hotel in central Minya The hotel rooms are very comfortable and the facilities in the room are excellent. My room has a Nile view and the hotel is one block from the corniche. I used the place as a base to visit El Amarna. Minya itself is not very attractive and the Akenhaten museum is still not open.
Hotel The hotel is since 1979, no Nile River view and located at a small street so hardly find parking. However, the room is excellent and decorations are excellent as 5-star hotel.
It was a great experience for me and i will never change my mind in this wonderful experience Thank you for your interest, great effort and warm welcome.
Very nice stay for business, facilities are perfect, good Wi-Fi, Friendly staff, Clean Room, house keeping is perfect. Location in the hear of Minya, very close to Nile Kornish
Every thing is perfect, but minor modifications needed for Resturant space. Reception space. Uniform for all staff.

Nice hotel, acceptable, a little noisy, it is on the road and the windows are not soundproof. However, we had a good time in the complex. Nice New Year's Eve dinner. The wi-fi does not work in the rooms, only in the hall. It is in the center and from the 5th floor from the window of the room you can see the street of the sphinxes.
Location is very good, easy to get to all amenities Hotel badly in need of refurbishment and some painting was being done leaving an overwhelming odour throughout. Located in a calm and pleasant neighbourhood in Luxor's west bank, the El Nakhil Hotel is a good find where one can stretch their legs and relax well after a tiring tour to the nearby places. The hotel reception has got a huge collection of books in English, German and French where one can indulge in them, while feeling bored in the hotel room. The staffs are attentive and helpful; the room is clean...
Although the building was a bit old, it was well-cleaned and maintained, making it very tidy. The shower had no issues with hot water, which was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was open for dinner, and since I was tired on the first night, I decided to eat there. The food was incredibly delicious! It was so good that I ended up canceling my plans to go out on the second night and ate at the...
I was very satisfied with everything. In particular, Youssef, the owner (I think), was extremely kind. If you're staying in Luxor, I can recommend this hotel without any reservations.
Everything was great! The hotel is very clean. It has a swimming pool. Also it has a restaurant on the roof. The food in restaurant is perfect, very good! People on the reception and in restaurant are very kind
Everything was wonderful! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Youssef and Abdallah. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, and you can see how much care goes into keeping it nice. The hotel also has a pool with sun loungers available for guests, which is perfect after a day of exploring. Ferry port is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommended for a stay in Luxor.
Beautiful and high quality hotel, the owner is very nice and kind.

Location is great. Views are great. Room is sclean but sterile. Needs art a character. And color. Restaurant is a disaster. Instant coffee only. Espresso cost extra! No falafel at breakfast, no accompaniment for...
New hotel. A lot of good intention and very welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms are all new, quiet and with a beautiful vue. Still there is room for improvement in some of the services including internet connection which did not work in our room.
The room was spacious and the facilities were new, but the pillows were too high; I hope they can provide lower pillows. We arrived at 3 PM, and the front desk recommended a sunset boat trip on the lake for $65. The boat was quite large and very stable, the sunset was beautiful, and you could see Abu Simbel from the lake – definitely worth it. You can call a golf cart to take you to the entrance of...

The Nile view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The shower pressure was good, though it only had a rain shower.
Recommend you to ask for the new renovation room and don’t forget to put non-smoking room. The Egypt culture is smoking habit and make the room smell bad. But I got change the room after I get in. Everything turn out 10/10. Location is great McDonald is in front of our hotel.
Location is centralised, can walk to nearby spot and restaurants. However, the facilities and hotel room quite old and.
Located in a mall that is easily navigatable Room is big and clean
Location and value Convenient for getting around to various attractions. A bit old, but reasonable for the price.
Cleanliness could be improved, the facilities are just old, location wise pretty good, close to the markets

Authenticate hotel on the West Bank of Luxor. Lovely staff and great service. Amazing location and great price. Room I stayed in was large with a fridge and spacious closet for your stuff. There's a restaurant upstairs with lots of good options for food. Perfect location to explore Luxor — you can easily walk or take short rides to all the main sites, which really helps you save on transport costs. But what truly makes this hotel special is the service: the staff are incredibly kind and helpful with absolutely everything you need. They make you feel completely at home. Highly recommended!
Could not have picked a better, more accommodating location during my stay in Luxor. Excellent value hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious and it had a beautiful position on the bank of the Nile. Also I can't speak highly enough of the staff, especially Osama. I had to change my travel plans at short notice and he helped me to book flights and coordinate an airport transfer. I'm really grateful foe their assistance and will definitely stay here again if I return to Luxor.
Great experience for a fair price, good for students like us but as well couples or families. El masela Hotel is a beautiful place with a stunning view on the Nile from the roof top as well as our room‘s balcony. Basic hotel with a good location over looking the Nile. Rooms basic and had to ask for everything: towels, cleaning etc. Room cleaning did not always happen despite us asking.
