We really enjoyed our stay there. All staff are friendly, helpful and always smile” especially eslam pool barman” The deputy GM is always around I used to see him everywhere besides pools, beach , restaurants and theatre

I had a very nice, quiet, and relaxing stay. All the staff are friendly and always asked if everything was alright. There was a small issue with my reservation during check-in, but it was resolved well

The food had a good variety and was always delicious. My regards to everyone, especially Anderrahmen, the pickup and drop-off service, very nice 🥰👌🏻

Our rooms upgrade were a lovely surprise, and the sea-view rooms were truly beautiful, offering amazing views that made the stay even more memorable. A special mention goes to Assistant Guest Relations Manager Karouna

Hotel isnt best in Egypt, but lagoon with beach is absolutely best. You can see undersea nature. Yes, sea turtles live here :)

We stayed for 1 week and there was a variety of food options!Staff were very friendly and overall it was a very nice holiday. Would recommend marsa alam to relax and enjoy the situation.

They all really strive to make everyone feel good and entertained with scheduled pool gym, regular stretching, volleyball and other activities, as well as just hanging around and finally there's evening events

Great room and excellent food variety! On top of all, awesome animation team with daily programs (stretching, volleyball, soap parties, Kids Disco, night parties) and daily evening shows making ur stay very entertaining

Food at the Seagate was ok but not much choice at the snackbar we visited. The beach was lovely, the jetty was 1

Alhussien "Mario" the buggy driver he was so polite and friendly he really is a credit to the team! Lifeguard Mahdi very friendly and polite and the restaurant owner (can’t remember his name )

A golf buggy came to show us around the complex and although late at night it was very much needed as the complex is large with lots of different things going on

5k long! Regular golf buggies to take you to and from the snorkeling areas (2 or 3 before the end) we all enjoyed the snorkeling here but if you just missed a buggy, it's a long walk back

The area is quiet, big, green and clean. Two beaches have space to everyone. Every day and evening varied entertainment for adults and children. Special heated pools and water attractions to children

An Oasis in the centre of hurghada with 2 beautiful private beaches, fantastic gardens multiple swimming pools, water park, plentiful food and drinks and very good staff

One whole fish, one prawn, rice and oily chips. Would be a really nice hotel bar the food. Has it's own beach and two buildings. Shops out the front aren't too aggressive asking you to enter

The food court is fantastic for lunchtime snacks and bookable a la cart venues. Had a great time, thanks to all staff. Bands are kept on until departure with shower room available, very civilised

Pop out the front door and it's the hustle and bustle of the city and it's many attractions, the new marina is a 15 minute walk, passing supermarkets, restaurants as many local shops

Soo Far the best vacation ever. Hotel is really clean in conparstion with previous expiriance in Hurgada. Food is really good for all nationalities. Stuff is soo kind and helpfull

The hotel is amazing with a sandy beach which is soo rare in sokhna so the beach 10/10 The food was good i would give it 7

5/10 The animation team was amazing specially jojo and abdulrahman they were so active so the animation 10/10 Rooms was clean and house keeping was soo responsive without asking for tips or anything The only bad things are that the pool is not heated and the furniture inside the rooms is little bit old

He always made sure we had extra waters tea and coffee. The art he did on the beds made out of towels were incredible!! We spent a lot of time by the bikini only pool and the guys at the bar there were brilliant

For my friend I, this trip has been one of the best things that happened to us this year. From the scenes to food, to activities to the vibes and the beach,everything has been perfect

Plenty of variety and good quality. My favourite part of the resort was its beach, a beautiful private stretch of sand with a lovely jetty that goes out into the Red Sea

I made a special request for my birthday, asking if they could arrange a small surprise for me. To my amazement, they replied saying not to worry — they would take care of it. And they really did! I was genuinely touched

The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with a bit of work but it’s clean and tidy. The pools are nice and there are plenty to choose from. Food was good, just what you expect from an all inclusive resort

We slept well beds comfortable, the only slight issue is the hotel opposite and I think what must be a disco for the hard of hearing due to the volume blasted out until 3am- bring ear plugs! Massage by Sameh was divine and at a very reasonable price

No lifts apart from one up to the hotel which we knew beforehand having visited before, hired a mobilty scooter and then encountered an issue as after the lift was a big kerb, having to have assistant to get said scooter up and down everytime we went out, shout out again to Abd EL Raham

We always found something to eat and never ate out, it may not be too everyone's taste and there is not much 'English' food but what was served met our needs. The location is excellent near enough to the main *****

Beer was good not so sure about the spirits. Great evening entertainment but the evening music geared towards the Russian guests which made up the majority of guests, would be nice to have more Egyptian music

Entertainment team work their socks of I don't think they sleep! such good fun and activities galore! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, soap and shampoo miniatures provided

Hotel has bags of potential even small tweaks wouldn't go a miss. Old broken unused hand sanitizers, notice board needs updating, handrail needs fixing to jacuzzi

After reading the reviews, I expected a good stay, but the reality exceeded my expectations. Everything was even better than I imagined – the beach, the sea, the service, the food, and the breathtaking views

A special thank you to the wonderful Mamdouh, who took such great care of our room during our stay. The beach is fantastic and the service both on the beach and by the pool is excellent

I even removed six empty bags myself that were caught on the corals, which was heartbreaking to see fish nibbling at the plastic. We truly hope this is only a temporary problem because everything else was exceptional

Actually it was really sweet that some of them recognised us :) The food here is also great: the main restaurant offers a variety of dishes daily that can satisfy everyone’s needs; once a week there is a dinner with traditional Arabic specialities

This was our second time at this hotel, and hopefully not the last. The territory is picturesque and quiet, with a beautiful coral reef and cozy, clean rooms

Although it says that if the towels are hanging they will not be changed, the towels were changed anyway as long as they are not on the same spot as they are placed by the roomservice

Our experience at Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island was incredible from the start — so much so that we extended our stay for five more nights! The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, especially at the reception, where we were greeted with genuine warmth and a beautiful smile that made us feel truly welcome

The breakfast is good, the chalets are very clean, and the room service staff are polite and professional. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a change of atmosphere and to relax away from the city’s noise

Wonderful stay with such clean, comfortable rooms, great facilities, and extremely friendly staff. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent throughout my stay

The lake view room has a nice view, the carpet is a bit dirty and the air conditioner is quite noisy, but everything else is good.

Beds comfortable, slept extremely well. This is smaller resort than some so we quickly orientated. Went to beach daily, wide and long area for hotel and sister hotel across road. Sunbeds steadily fill by about 10

Lovely resort with everything that you need! Friendly staff, good choice of food. The only downside is the overpriced shops within the resort. We have had the most amazing New Year Eve at the Diamond Hotel

I rated my hotel 5 stars, especially because the front desk team (Osama Selina , Amr, Mayar )provided an exceptional customer experience. Their service truly stood out and made my stay memorable.

The hotel is good but I feel it is over rated. Gorgeous beach but too many flies. Rooms are comfortable Food prices are prohibitive. Access to the hotel location from the main highway is terrible.

I drove there, parked in front of the entrance, and expected someone to help with the luggage — but no one came. I unloaded everything myself, and then a staff member approached me asking for my reservation name

The hotel boasts ample green space with comfortable seating areas, with access facilities for handicaped

I’ll begin with the negative points, and I really hope someone reads and corrects them: 1. At the main gate, the security guard told me to go to Tower 3 after checking my reservation name

The hotel here is maybe one of the best hotels I've ever been, the food is way better than I've expected and the house keeping is really good the only average thing is the beach but you can also ask for other activities to do like safari, snorkeling and diving if you're willing to

The room service is ok, most the beach contains rocks except for a small area that's not deep and suitable for children only,but the hotel has a bus with extra fee that goes to a beach called Abu dabbab which is one of the best beaches you can have fun

Just go to the reception and ask them they are really friendly and want you to be satisfied as a guest

Great trip with Momo to snorkel. We saw Nemo, 4 sea turtles and coral reef. Guys from diving center are professionals. Trip was easy and not stressful at all.

Had a fantastic trip from start to finish! Momo was great at helping us choose the right trip - Marsa Mubrak. Seen a sea cow, dolphins and turtles in a beautiful bay! Lunch was fantastic and plentiful

And pool bar with Mr Mohammed was very good and wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The food was with high quality ingredients and very good taste

We booked a great snorkeling trip with Momo from the Diving Center. He gave us super helpful guidance and it was a lovely experience.
