The drinks were flowing all day, and the bartenders were fun and professional. Pool area was clean, plenty of sunbeds, and the entertainment in the evenings added a nice touch

Good children’s facilities, pool, slides for all ages, play area. Access to the sea, and small beach area with bar and pools

The lifeguards and workers at the towel stations were lovely, I did not catch some of their names however I do remember Ibrahim (I apologise if I spelt wrong) who was very helpful and kind, just like the other lifeguards and towel station workers at the main pool

At the towel station at the beach, the staff were lovely, especially Mohammed who was very helpful and would help us with anything we needed, even if we did not ask

Downside was that we had a room near the pool, facing the evening entertainment, the windows aren’t sound proof so you can hear the music till late night. The pools are nice as is the beach

The staff at Rose Restaurant were so kind and would have lovely conversations with me and my family everyday (I did not catch their names but there were two specific workers, one who would take our dirty plates and one who would take our glass’s and bring us drinks, who were both incredible)

Staying at the Jaz Aquaviva for one week. The hotel is superb very clean and the rooms are great. All the staff have been amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to help make your stay amazing

This hotel was phenomenal! Every member of staff work tirelessly to ensure you are happy and having a good time. They are always smiling and happy and won’t let you lift a finger

Shout out to the fabulous entertainment team especially Boody and Natalie and Alaa the lifeguard and his team who set up a lovely birthday decoration for my son’s 18th birthday

The food is also very good, lots of variety, and the snack bar is good too. The bar has a good selection of drinks and cocktails and the bar staff here are wonderful too

The team here consistently worked hard, going above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay was perfect. The facilities at the resort are really great

A fantastic hotel for grandparents with children and grandchildren. There's an adults-only area on the first floor with sun loungers and a swimming pool

Everything else was amazing, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding cleanliness. The bedsheets should be washed in 60°C hot water, as there appear to be bedbugs, and there seem to be quite a few

Excellent resort friendly staff, food is different everyday but it's different to my taste. The aqua park is great with all the pools and slides. The spa is perfect for relaxation I booked 2 sessions before I left.

We had a wonderful holiday! The room with the swim-up terrace was beautiful and very enjoyable. The animation team was great and created a fun atmosphere

A bit far of from the center of hurghada, but the beach was fine. The slides aren't open all the time but they were fun for the kids

Maybe the prices of the SPA, in the Netherlands I can even go cheaper. But hey, that is your personal choice. And I would recommend the hotel to come up with a system removing food waste

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! The food has been fabulous, the entertainment team has been great including playing darts and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! We’ve had a great time relaxing and would recommend it to anyone who wants a week chill and get away!

Amazing stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service, clean and comfortable rooms, and fantastic location. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help

The beach is clean with plenty of sun beds, with an option of adults only section. The hospitality staff are friendly, bringing drinks, moving sun beds

And finally, there is a guy who works at the Spa, he will harass you everyday, 2-3 times per day, whether you are around the pool or the beach, there is no escape from him pestering you to book a treatment at the Spa

Ended up booking here last minute due to our holiday to Zanzibar being cancelled, so had few options and very little time to research, but luckily we struck gold! From the warm and efficient reception on arrival the exceptional service continued throughout our 2 week stay

We arrived very late and they had thoughtfully put sandwiches, cake and fruit in our room

We were both underwhelmed with both, so didn’t book and further restaurants and opted for the buffet. The staff are very hit and miss. Some are friendly, they smile, say hello, helpful, the others are so miserable

There is something for everyone. We dined here every day either for lunch or dinner. The grounds are maintained to a high standard. The staff work very hard every day to keep it looking beautiful

Grounds are beautiful, you can sit at the beach and see a beautiful sunrise over the Red Sea, water park next door was such a nice perk of staying at Serenity

The sea is deep and the waves are strong in the afternoon, making it dangerous. The beach is narrow and dangerous, but there are plenty of fish to see

Lying by the sea was truly comfortable. I didn't pay attention to the location when booking the hotel, and it's quite far from the city center. Next time, I'll probably consider staying in the city.

All the meals were buffet style, and the taste was pretty much the same for everything, so it got repetitive and boring after a while, but they were generous with the meat portions

The room was much bigger than I expected, but not as aesthetically pleasing, probably due to the flooring and wallpaper, which gave it a bit of a rustic, country house vibe

There were many pools, and evening performances. I saw a lot of Caucasians, almost no Asians. Maybe I've stayed in too many hotels like this, so it didn't impress me much

Nice hotel but I prefer next time to book on the sea side

The only thing that lets the hotel down is their facilities which are very old and dirty, the bathroom’s need a massive upgrade. ESP the bathtubs

We booked this hotel on its 5* rating, to be honest it’s not 5*, we have stayed in many 5* hotels in many countries, this hotel needs updating, the staff from reception to restaurant doesn’t know how to welcome guests, like they don’t care, just come and go… food standards are of 3* , no fresh juice, daily 90% same stuff, swimming pool is nice, beach is clean but of3/4 *rooms are reasonable and good...

This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu

All in all, this was my third time in Hurghada and this is by far the best hotel I've been in. People, service, facilities, I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wishes for a vacation without any worries

All was good.the porter service on check out was not the best.they delayed bringing the luggage and I was about to miss the bus going back to cairo.

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

A fantastic stay! The snorkeling was top-notch, the room had an amazing pool and ocean view, there were four restaurants offering a variety of choices, and the service was warm and attentive! I woke up naturally every day, went to the sea, ate dinner right after getting out of the water, and even caught the beer festival – I could relax for four days straight!

I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day

I chose to stay here because of a popular golf course. I found an online coach, and the sand traps were incredibly challenging. Most of the hotel guests were older Caucasians, and it was surprisingly quiet

The hotel itself is quite large, and the snorkeling area is expansive with very clean water. The buffet theme changes daily, so you can always find something you like

There are also different themed shows every night; I watched them both nights I stayed. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the swings

It seems that you can also get light meals at the restaurant near the beach depending on the time. As for alcohol, the beer is Sakkara beer, not Stella

Everything was great except for the hotel management’s lack of respect toward the pasta chef at lunch, as he was standing under the scorching sun while there were movable umbrellas just a few meters away that could have been placed to give him some shade

There are several types of cocktails, and the lineup available at all restaurants and bars is the same. If possible, I recommend drinking at the lobby bar. It seems that you can smoke anywhere on the premises

You can order a la carte at the restaurant for lunch. At breakfast, there is a live kitchen (fried eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs) on the balcony of the restaurant, so it is recommended

There are cats living throughout the hotel, so if you don't like them, be careful (they will try to get into your room). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffet style (changes daily)

An Outstanding Stay at Serry Beach Resort I had a wonderful experience at Serry Beach Resort, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way

When we asked, they said they had upgraded one of our rooms. After much negotiation, they finally combined the two rooms into one suite with a much better view. We didn't check in until 6:30 PM

The overall atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and perfect for both families and couples. Thank you to the entire Serry Beach Resort team for the exceptional service and memorable experience

The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars

I loved almost eveything except singer who was performing on 15. Sorry but she was terrible, like really terrible, heard people talking on bar about her how bad she was. So bad we could not listen to her and had to leave

We stayed in room 1251 Salem, the gentleman who cleaned our room everyday did a great job and was always there for us whenever we needed anything

The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals

The beach is lovely white and long. Swimming is easy with all the sandy bottom. The entertainment is also great. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. However the secret sauce to this hotel is the staff

We have been coming for ten years. There is very little staff turnover which indicates great management. The hotel staff are a family and care for the guests as well as each other. We cannot recommend highly enough

We came from England to Egypt for my first time and were graciously accepted and welcomed by everybody including the staff and guests. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, polite and welcoming

I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious

The pool was also very big, and the best part was that the grounds were so spacious that I could call a cart whenever I wanted to move

Visiting the beach is a very difficult process fir anyone with mobility issues as its on a rockface and very steep to get up and down with a lot of steps , there is a very small patch of sand of which you could not call a Beach

If there were no sun beds available, he went out of his way to source some for us even if it meant going as far as the beach to get them! Beshoy in House keeping was also great - very friendly and kept our room spotless

Our 9 night stay at the Savoy was very pleasant. There's plenty to do and the staff are great and friendly especially Ashraf at the pool who was always friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him

Best area to stay in Sharm ! Beautiful Christmas decorations. Everywhere is clean and spotless. Room cleaner also spot on, they mop the floor daily
