The Staff was very nice ,the shows very good and on the beach much better witg more space ,the food is nice and i slept very well here in very good comfortablr and spacious rooms

Other restaurants were disappointing: the beach club had hygiene issues (birds around the food, oil everywhere), and the à la carte restaurants (Italian and Buddha Bar) were below expectations ! average quality, tough meat, and very basic sushi

Sunbeds at the pool officially could not be reserved, but in practice this was possible if you gave money to the lifeguards, who then placed towels for you

At the aquapark there were no sunbeds available, so if one family member wanted to use the slides, the other had to wait on a chair until they were finished

Everything is of the highest standard. I was particularly impressed with the spa centre: thank you for the high level of beauty services provided by the real professionals Marwa and Mariam

Made our Wedding Anniversary stay amazing. Food was delicious, plenty of choice and always spaces to sit down. Room was very clean, bed is comfortable, overall the whole hotel is well looked after, clean and modern

The resort has great sports facilities: paddle and tennis courts are a big plus. However, the tennis court needs maintenance, and the volleyball court is poorly lit at night, making it difficult to play after sunset

I really liked the hotel's spacious grounds, which include a beautiful garden, a flowing artificial river, and large swimming pools, one of which has warm water. The beautiful beach has two restaurants and cafes

Various activities are offered. The waiters working on the beach quickly brought coffee and cocktails. Bottled water is always within walking distance

MORE INFORMATION 1 - Great snorkelling attached to hotel My wife and I have been to Egypt 8 times including this holiday and this is probably the best volume and variety of fish we have ever seen! Access is via a short floating jetty, which although a bit wobbly is secure enough

The jetty is just a few minutes walk from anywhere in the hotel complex and there is a golf cart style free taxi service available depending on what time you choose to go

8am as that’s when the jetty opens and it’s also when many fish choose to feed. Apart from winter sun, snorkelling is one of the main reasons we go to Egypt so often

Therefore, this was a big highlight for us! Hotel Management: It would be nice if the floating jetty was a little less wobbly. Some sections move up and down

It's recommended to book these early as there's a limited capacity. The hotel had many pools and cute cats, making it a very comfortable stay. My only complaint was that the shower water in my room was lukewarm

Good from the outside , bad from the inside Hotel looks beautiful, nice pool and beach , but room is not clean (floor has many dirt , breakfast is not good , the restaurant table is not clean , and the spoon , fork and cup _ check them before you use )

All meals are included, there are plenty of entertainment facilities, the beach is nice, there are many types of food, but the quality is very ordinary. Maybe I'm used to the good life in China...

This hotel is truly the best 5-star hotel in Naama Bay! ✨ The location is perfect, right in the center of Naama Bay, so everything you need is nearby

The bad: housekeeping is poor (there's a lot of dirt behind the bedside tables and other hidden places—they haven't been cleaned in years); I left £200 a day in each of my two rooms, at a rate of £100; the bathroom is dirty and requires extra effort to scrub, but that wasn't attempted; the lighting in the room is poor; the air conditioning is very noisy; Overall, the rooms (at least two) are very run...

Great place to stay - Palm Wing not beachfront. Palm Wing was quieter and more peaceful with less people. Can easily get to the restaurant and beachfront by crossing the road with assistance

I had an amazing stay at Novotel Sharm! The hotel overall was fantastic , the beach, pool, and restaurant entertainment were all excellent and made my vacation unforgettable

The beach is also great, the coral reef is still quite alive and you will see hundreds of colorful fishes. (Please never touch the corals). Only negative point: sometimes is too windy and dangerous to go in deep waters

Wonderful Stay at Charmillion Club Resort! Our overall stay was truly wonderful and exceeded expectations. We had so much fun enjoying the pools and especially diving in the beautiful sea

The music was difficult to escape, even by moving as far away as you could get (for example, right up by the roped-off, more exclusive beach)

The songs were 30 years old and not even very good in the 1990s! And the music went on for hours in the middle of every day. There were a great many things this hotel did really well

the pool is so nice and near the beach also you can have ice cream and there is snacks restaurant. also you can go to Naama bay it’s not far away like 13 minutes by taxi and make shopping there

The towels for the beach are small, and i mean so small, it's more like hand towels. And good luck getting a pool side as the locals will wake up at 6 am and put towels all over and not come back

The staff couldn’t communicate well as the English language was spoken very rarely by the staff. The hotel room was comfortable and the house keeping staff was really nice
