Good place near the town centre but the room is not good The furniture in the rooms is old and needs to be renewed, and the beach is not near and not suitable for swimming because there are many rocks in it

We went with the organisation on site as they offered a half day trip. It was far too hot to a whole day! It was £100 for the 4 of us and extra if you want to scuba dive. The coach trip was short and the boat was great

beach is wide and clean, but the reef isn’t breathtaking and lacks the grandeur of reef in, let’s say, marsa alam

That all for a really good price! The only minus is there are too many loud and arogant Russians everywhere. However that is not a problem of the resort, but the Russian country in general

There's only one towel center on the halfway between the pool and the beach

The hotel was very beautiful and my experience was amazing. It was very relaxing, and I really liked the animation team—they were not annoying at all. The beach has very natural views and feels like a protected area

The pool is kinda small but it's nice and clean, the beach is too long and has a multi beautiful spots for snorkeling and also sandy in some other spots

nice hotel with great service, the location is good but not very near to the beach. they provide shuttle to the beach every hour. room was big and clean.

Located a 10-minute drive from the airport, the room was the same as in the pictures, slightly larger, and cleanliness was up to Egyptian standards

There's a shuttle to other beaches on the hotel's minibus on a scheduled basis, and you need to get a white ticket first. The three swimming pools are great. Our room was nice on the first floor in front of the pool

They also offer a free shuttle bus to a nearby beach, which was a great bonus and made it easy to enjoy the sea without worrying about transportation. The location was also very convenient

The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away and there's only one hotel (they have an agreement between the hotels), and only those with a pink (colored) ticket at reception are willing to give them out (I don't know why?!)

Quiet just like how I like it. Beach is clean and accessible. Wifi is strong for my multiple devices for work. Room attendant Samy was extremely helpful, and inside is pretty sufficient for a solo trip

I stayed at Ghazala Beach Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location in Naama Bay. Everything is within walking distance -- shops, cafes, promenade -- which is a huge plus

They do so much for the guests, and their warm attitude makes the stay even more enjoyable. However, I need to share one remark. In my opinion, the manager’s behavior towards the waiters is not very pleasant

  Due to the completely ridiculous negative reviews left, I panicked and emailed the manager to upgrade our room to which he did respond and arrange.   Upon our arrival @ 9pm we were welcomed like royalty

  Reception staff were helpful and kind and could not do enough for us, We were escorted to our upgraded room 953 superior double bed plus sofa bed for our son.   The room smelled amazing fresh  and clean

It’s a mostly Italian hotel, so you get that lovely Italian feel (and great food!), but there were also some friendly guests from Czechia, Germany and Poland, which gave it a nice international touch
