The outdoor swimming pool was incredible too and I felt like a princess when I looked around at the Royal Kempinski Palace

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Every staff was nice, from front desk Beshoy, to the lifeguard at the beach jetty, and to the staff serving at both Italian restaurant and breakfast hall

The clear water of Red Sea watching the corals swayed and turquoise fish swam was just amazing

Quiet just like how I like it. Beach is clean and accessible. Wifi is strong for my multiple devices for work. Room attendant Samy was extremely helpful, and inside is pretty sufficient for a solo trip

The only small downside was that the evening entertainment finished at 10pm due to noise complaints, which was a bit of a shame. But honestly, there was so much to do during the day that we were never bored

I usually can't stay in any hotel, especially when it's Inclusive ,for more than 4 days, but in this wonderful hotel we stayed for 9 beautiful days, the restaurant food was delicious and varied

The weather at this time beginning's February was great and warm enough! However, there are also some downsides. In the restaurant, the plates are plastic and often not properly washed -- they are frequently greasy

I stayed at Ghazala Beach Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location in Naama Bay. Everything is within walking distance -- shops, cafes, promenade -- which is a huge plus

I strongly recommend changing the dishwashing machine and cleaning products, or replacing the tableware altogether. Public areas also need more attention. The restroom near the restaurant is often wet and sandy

The overall level of service exceeded my expectations, making my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely return here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and high-quality service

The place is big and has different swimming pools and also a small water park with few slides which ok nice. The only thing I didn't like during my stay was the food

I came with friends for a week, the rooms were clean, the food was very good, there were many attractions during the day, the service was very nice, the animators were some of the best we have ever met, I recommend it

Several swimming pools, bath towels provided daily. Comfortable large sun loungers and umbrellas by the sea. The beach was large and clean

The hotel is child friendly, lots for them to do; Nina who is in the kids club is so good with the children and my son especially loved making his own pizza! An extra special thank you to Marco who made an effort with us every day & has been absolutely fantastic with my 4 year old - he now says that they are best friends!

The room was very nice and clean, the cleaning staff are also very kind. There is loads of things to do, chlorinated and freshwater. I spent alot of time in the heated freshwater pool and it was absolutely lovely

We booked a double room with breakfast included. The cleaning was very good, the breakfast was varied, you won't go hungry. The hotels are very close to each other, there's a large hotel area in general

i arrive at the hotel and enjoy my vacation.the sea is gorgeous,and there"s a beautiful coral reef. the entertainmentstaff is great, the bartenders are all excellent,and the room cleaning is excellent.

I will come here every holiday it is so clean and the best hotel in the whole world. Ossama and Ahmed are so lovely and kind I genuinely can not recommend this enough

Pros: - they changed my room for one with seaviews very promptly - hotel staff is mostly okay, willing to help - barbecue chef rocks (all the time he stuffed me with roasted chickens) - pool bar service is very nice, they were fast to offer a drink - fair price slash performance if you are not too demanding - beverages are more less drinkable Cons: - mis-organized stay with no extra vacancy at backup...

And it was a wonderful holiday! Clever build, nice lobby, rooms are maybe not super new, but for adventurous or relaxing holiday satisfying

The downside is the distance from other infrastructure and the city. There's one heated pool and slides with a cold pool. There's also a children's playground

They do so much for the guests, and their warm attitude makes the stay even more enjoyable. However, I need to share one remark. In my opinion, the manager’s behavior towards the waiters is not very pleasant

The stay at the Bliss Nada hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is great, and the staff’s service — exceptional. The waiters in particular are incredibly hardworking, kind, and always willing to help

I stayed in room 2201, facing the pool, and every morning the staff handling towels were speaking very loudly to each other from a distance. Other than that, I definitely recommend this hotel

The only negative aspect I would mention is that some staff do not seem to realize that guests are resting in the morning. There is quite a bit of loud talking across the pool area

The beach is wide, with beautifully arranged and spacious sunbed areas—you’re not crowded together like in many other destinations

Rooms are spacious, new and clean, we had a balcony view to the pool and it was nice to chill in it at night. Overall, it was an outstanding experience

Room: the room was very large, however it was a weird arrangement because it was clearly a 2 double bed room pushed together to be a awfully wide king size bed, which means the plugs and light switches are at a weird locations

This has been my second stay at the Triumph Luxury Hotel. Both times, I have had the most positive experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, luxurious and accommodating, and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Wael does an amazing job – the towel art he creates is absolutely beautiful, from elegant swans to creative animal shapes decorated with flower petals

  Due to the completely ridiculous negative reviews left, I panicked and emailed the manager to upgrade our room to which he did respond and arrange.   Upon our arrival @ 9pm we were welcomed like royalty

  Reception staff were helpful and kind and could not do enough for us, We were escorted to our upgraded room 953 superior double bed plus sofa bed for our son.   The room smelled amazing fresh  and clean

Hotel is covered by fast internet even on the beach. The only problem, for which I give 4 stars, is the early occupation of sunbeds

Location yes it is long way from city which i dont mind as i like quiteness and what was good was your only 10 min walk to beach which was great. Personallu great value for money and lookinh to rebook come back next year

There isn’t a coral reef right at the beach, but the water is crystal clear and perfect for a refreshing dip. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile and happy to make your stay comfortable

The food was fantastic—lots of Italian favorites and plenty of variety every day. The beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and an easy, gentle entry into the sea, so you can just walk straight in for a swim

It’s a mostly Italian hotel, so you get that lovely Italian feel (and great food!), but there were also some friendly guests from Czechia, Germany and Poland, which gave it a nice international touch

A special mention goes to Karim, one of the waiters, who was absolutely outstanding. He was always attentive, incredibly friendly, and seemed to remember every little detail of our preferences

Although the hotel is a bit old, the environment is great. You can take a boat on the Nile right outside, which is always convenient. It's also very close to the Old Cataract Hotel.

What an amazing place! It’s an extremely nice hotels on an island in the Nile. Their pool is perfect! The spa is very pampering

You will have to bring your own bag/box to pack your own breakfast box

There is also a gym, heated pool, very large indoor jacuzzi, saunas in the spa restrooms. My mom and I had a great experience

Just that they can’t assist us to contact our transporter from Luxor to Hurghada due to their protocol. Apparently they have their in house service

It’s one of the best examples of Suzhou’s traditional garden design, combining nature and art in a harmonious way. If you’re in Suzhou, it’s definitely worth a visit

There are neatly arranged lounge chairs by the outdoor swimming pool, and lying on them to sunbathe in the afternoon is the perfect cure for travel fatigue

Also, the hotel is a bit old, so the facilities and cleanliness are just average, but it's still livable. The balcony opens up to a pool view facing the Nile River, and that alone makes it worth it

Amphoras beach generally is a nice complex. Lot's of swimming pools, bars, places to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The late night snack bar had very poor hygiene

Wine was good too! Pools/Slides - There is no lack of pools on this resort, they are everywhere! Waterslides were amazing - 120cm height for the bigger ones with 110cm plunge pool

The place is definitely family-oriented, with lots of activities for children and very dedicated, enthusiastic animators who made every day enjoyable. Perfect hotel for families – highly recommended!
