If you wanna catch up the first row space on the beach, wake up early! Place your towels and also something else on the sunbeds otherwise Russians are coming to steal your bed

All you can do is relax on swimming pool and eat during your stay. I would highly recommend the resort owners to provide some activities/services as well instead of making everyone eat at 100 restaurants

The best hotel I've ever spent my vacation in. Wonderful entertainment program. I'd especially like to praise Asia, the animator. She has wonderful energy for the guests, and her creativity and commitment are wonderful

Internet sucks inside the rooms. For me, internet didn’t work at all inside the room. Its a great resort with good rooms. They have 10-15 restaurants inside the resort

We were welcomed on arrival, despite being early (9. 30am) we were allowed to go for breakfast and we were checked in by 10. The resort definitely looks a bit tired in places

Room was always clean, fridge restocked everyday. Ali Mahmoud was our cleaner for room 4205 and made special effort for our anniversary by making the bed up extra special

The pools and beach are beautiful, the food is delicious, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is calm and elegant

Ali always asked if we were happy and needed anything else and made sure we were well looked after at the Rixos. Staff throughout the hotel were absolutely fantastic and the food is incredible

However, just outside the hotel, it was a completely different world, truly Egypt. The hotel not only has restaurants but also entertainment facilities, and there's a bank for currency exchange on the ground floor

We chose a Nile-view room, and whether it was watching the sunrise or the night view, it was incredibly enjoyable! We'll definitely book this place again next time we visit

We stayed in the new building, and it was fantastic. The hotel's interior, both the facilities and the ambiance, felt very much like what you'd find in China

I wouldn’t say this hotel was five star for seven days we had no hot water for four days to lift didn’t work, but that’s the last of my complaints for anything that was wrong they compensated four fold

We stayed at Sunrise Arabian for 12 nights and have zero complaints. The service is second to none, and the staff cannot do enough for you. We had a slight issue with air conditioning but it was sorted very quickly

You can eat or drink at the all inclusive bars on the beach, but cannot go into the pool area directly behind the beach

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful place with a great atmosphere, but there are still some things that could be improved, especially the food, which could be more professional and diverse

However, what truly made our vacation special was one person - Hossam. He was honestly the best staff member at the hotel

The evening shows were another major highlight. The variety was amazing-from professional dance performances and live music to hilarious interactive comedy sketches that had the whole audience laughing

People like him make a huge difference, and he is definitely a big reason why we enjoyed our stay so much

A special mention goes to the girl at the Pasta Station in the hotel's kitchen—she was exceptional, preparing everything with care. What we didn’t like was the situation with the sunbeds

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

I just had a wonderful holiday at fort arabesque! The place was so beautifully done and maintained, with the gardens, pools, bars and restaurants

Everything perfect! The staff is so attentive, kind, and funny! Always in a good vibe, from the reception desk, to the animation team, restaurants, bars, house keeping, and everyone we met there

All the staff were excellent, especially Mustafa Hamza, who was both very polite and funny. The reefs are fantastic; you swim among colorful fish. It's a hotel we would definitely choose again

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

The hotel's interior environment is great, and the breakfast is delicious, I recommend the croissant series! The room itself is pretty good, with a bathtub for relaxing soaks, but you'll need to bring your own bath salts

The hotel doesn't provide disposable items like toothbrushes, but they do offer cotton pads and cotton swabs

My stay was excellent. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, the service team is courteous and efficient, and the facilities are well-kept. A reliable choice for both business and leisure travel.

Environment: The hotel interior and exterior are like two different worlds. The air freshener scent was a bit strong and seemed a little forced. It's not a brand-new hotel, but it's well-maintained

The terrace overlooks the Nile River, which is lively at night, and you can even see trains passing in the distance. Although I really like Sofitel, I won't be staying at this particular one again

Cleanliness: Pretty much dust-free, though there was a sandstorm just before we arrived, which might have had a slight impact, so there was a tiny bit of dust. The bathroom was clean and fine

Rooms are spacious and clean, would be desired to renew plumbing but for its price is ok. Territory of hotel is really big, green, with playground, private beach and aquapark. Is available heated outdoor pool (29°)

What I really liked that hotel buildings near main swimming pool was protecting from strong wind

Because in neighbour hotel Alladin Beach Resort swimming pools are located closer to beach and nearby less buildings so if its strong wind you will feel it

Ali ~ Baba We have traveled to Egypt a few times now and this hotel was slightly more dated inside to others we have stayed BUT the staff ,facilities , food and location has been the BEST ! The kids and me and my partner didn’t want to come home

The slides amazing so much fun for all the family ! The kids club also great my kids loved it. Beach a little outch to walk out in so would advise sea shoes but beautiful beach area and lots of fish to see

Food couldn’t complain have stayed at other 4 stars this was the best food wev had well being in Egypt. I miss this place and would definitely return. Hats off to all the workers here

The pool was nice and clean however the sea isn't best for swimming maybe snorkeling thought as the fish and coral reefs are beautiful! Didn't get to use the spa dude to covid-19

Really lovely beach, free use of sunbeds and the staff bring any drinks to you. It always felt clean and well maintained. The only downside for us was the condition of our room

They have a taxi service at the hotel and it cost us about £40 for a return (considering it was a 35 min drive each way we thought that was pretty good) There are shops just outside the hotel, a chemist & souvenir shop amongst others

Despite this we would visit again, we'd just ensure we had a better room next time! The food is ok, nothing spectacular but good enough. The staff, especially in the restaurant, we're always lovely

So helpful and great with the kids. Karim especially! It's a way out from anywhere so you'd need to be prepared to get a taxi if you wanted to go into hurghada

It was clean but definitely not up to standard. The was a staple hanging out of my son's bed, which we found when it stabbed him

The shower door came off it's hinge when we opened it, it was just generally in poor condition

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt

Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony

(Which is quite far with all your luggages) but we waited 10 minutes and nobody came, but I have told reception the driver is already waiting for us but they didnt seem to care

the hotel service is really good loved the activities and it feels special ever time we at any pool or beach they came and ask if need anything so that i don’t move from my place for anything

Food was average at best—certainly not 5-star—although the à la carte Indian and seafood restaurants were excellent. The Pool 1 grill bar served some of the best burgers I’ve ever had

Despite “renovated” rooms, ours was covered in dust and building residue (plaster in sockets, switches, and even the shower). Many power sockets didn’t work—we had to unplug the TV or fridge just to use the kettle

The TV signal was poor, the phone didn’t work (forcing us to climb stairs repeatedly to report issues), and while the shower was eventually fixed, it then flooded into the bedroom

On first impression, the Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh is undeniably beautiful. However, the experience quickly fell short of its 5-star rating

Wow! What a hotel! We are a family of 8 and all of us love it! The animation team is outstanding! Especially jessie ! Really made a fuss of the little ones :) the service is amazing you dont have to lift a finger! We will definitely be back!

Great food with plenty of choices and it was so nice to have more fresh fruit and salad available this time, the hotel was busier but made no difference to serve or waiting times, infact the staff kept the hotel running very smoothly

I think it could be good idea to organize some small area for nonsmoker guests at the some pool ;) Program of entertainements/shows was very rich, but somethimes we had problem to find appropiate stage and it was a little bit annoying for us
