The buffet is great and a large variaty of good tastefull food. The swimmingpools are nice, there is lifeguards everywhere who are very strict

Everything else was amazing, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding cleanliness. The bedsheets should be washed in 60°C hot water, as there appear to be bedbugs, and there seem to be quite a few

I came to Hurghada with friends, and the service at this hotel was consistent throughout. The meals were all buffet style, the service was quite good, the facilities were excellent, and there were many fun activities

The rooms are clean and complete. Maybe a little bit outdated but it was a good and large room for the four of us. People in the hotel were very friendly and doing a great amount of effect to give you a good time

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! The food has been fabulous, the entertainment team has been great including playing darts and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! We’ve had a great time relaxing and would recommend it to anyone who wants a week chill and get away!

Ended up booking here last minute due to our holiday to Zanzibar being cancelled, so had few options and very little time to research, but luckily we struck gold! From the warm and efficient reception on arrival the exceptional service continued throughout our 2 week stay

Room: We had room 9205, a deluxe select room above the swim up rooms which was really well placed to get to everywhere in the resort. The room was huge with a big bathroom with separate loo and shower area

We arrived very late and they had thoughtfully put sandwiches, cake and fruit in our room

We were both underwhelmed with both, so didn’t book and further restaurants and opted for the buffet. The staff are very hit and miss. Some are friendly, they smile, say hello, helpful, the others are so miserable

And finally, there is a guy who works at the Spa, he will harass you everyday, 2-3 times per day, whether you are around the pool or the beach, there is no escape from him pestering you to book a treatment at the Spa

There is something for everyone. We dined here every day either for lunch or dinner. The grounds are maintained to a high standard. The staff work very hard every day to keep it looking beautiful

The hotel is large, clean and tidy, and has a swimming pool, beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel service staff was also okay, and I didn't feel any discrimination against Asians

Lying by the sea was truly comfortable. I didn't pay attention to the location when booking the hotel, and it's quite far from the city center. Next time, I'll probably consider staying in the city.

There were many pools, and evening performances. I saw a lot of Caucasians, almost no Asians. Maybe I've stayed in too many hotels like this, so it didn't impress me much

But there are plenty of pools for kids, so that's why. But honestly, the sea is the most interesting. After a place like this, going back to a regular place seems a bit boring

The only negatives were: Wheels on bed didn't lock Sales people had to be told multiple times daily,"when we want you we will find you, until then no thank you!" Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our trip and hope to return someday

The restaurant staff is 5 out of 5. The reception and coffee shop staff are also 5 out of 5. It's amazing how some people do their jobs, even humming a little; it's clear they love what they do, and it's a pleasure

There are interesting evening programs, good cuisine, a wide variety of food, and delicious fish (I can't comment on the meat, as I don't eat meat, but it looked amazing). The fruit, however, was mostly unripe

Plenty of water in the room; I had an upgraded room, and I liked it. The beach is clean and pleasant. The sea might not be to everyone's tastes; there's a reef, lots of reefs, deep, and the water is active

Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work

We booked this hotel on its 5* rating, to be honest it’s not 5*, we have stayed in many 5* hotels in many countries, this hotel needs updating, the staff from reception to restaurant doesn’t know how to welcome guests, like they don’t care, just come and go… food standards are of 3* , no fresh juice, daily 90% same stuff, swimming pool is nice, beach is clean but of3/4 *rooms are reasonable and good...

Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently

This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu

All in all, this was my third time in Hurghada and this is by far the best hotel I've been in. People, service, facilities, I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wishes for a vacation without any worries

A fantastic stay! The snorkeling was top-notch, the room had an amazing pool and ocean view, there were four restaurants offering a variety of choices, and the service was warm and attentive! I woke up naturally every day, went to the sea, ate dinner right after getting out of the water, and even caught the beer festival – I could relax for four days straight!

The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares

Service is exceptional, food choices varied and great quality, rooms very comfy for an extended stay. The added bonus for us is easy access to watersports from the property (windsurfing and dive schools on site)

Everything was clean and well maintained. The only small downside for me was that some of the food, especially the desserts, tasted a bit bland, but there are plenty of options to choose from

Having recently stayed at this hotel. The waiting staff at the meeting point and bar staff by the pool are all amazing. The entertainment was great every night,with plenty to see

Everything was great except for the hotel management’s lack of respect toward the pasta chef at lunch, as he was standing under the scorching sun while there were movable umbrellas just a few meters away that could have been placed to give him some shade

The staff of the front office were excellent and professional and also thoseof the room service, but some of the staff at the restaurants are not the same, especially those at the oriental restaurant

You can order a la carte at the restaurant for lunch. At breakfast, there is a live kitchen (fried eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs) on the balcony of the restaurant, so it is recommended

There are several types of cocktails, and the lineup available at all restaurants and bars is the same. If possible, I recommend drinking at the lobby bar. It seems that you can smoke anywhere on the premises

Had a wonderful time so far, very hard-working friendly staff and fab entertainment. It can be a little harsh with entertainment if British/English but that is to be expected, its still a good laugh

I think the environment and service are both excellent, making it perfect for a hassle-free trip. You can stay at the hotel for 3 days and enjoy the Red Sea without leaving the hotel

The rooms are beautiful, and each has a balcony; it's so pleasant to sit outside and eat when it's not too cold. The hotel has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children

When we went to check the rooms, not only had the twin room been converted to a double room, but one of them was on the ground floor with absolutely no ocean view

The resort facilities are truly fantastic. Everything is modern, clean, and well-maintained, from the pools and beach areas to the restaurants and common spaces

When we asked, they said they had upgraded one of our rooms. After much negotiation, they finally combined the two rooms into one suite with a much better view. We didn't check in until 6:30 PM

Swimming pool is huge, includes a small area for kids, and guests have access to the aqua park in The V hotel (side by side to Pyramisa) The sand beach is very good, and the open water is extremely amazing

The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals

On the beach or round the pool, always had to get our own drinks. One waiter on the beach actually said , where are you sitting

The beach is lovely white and long. Swimming is easy with all the sandy bottom. The entertainment is also great. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. However the secret sauce to this hotel is the staff

We have been coming for ten years. There is very little staff turnover which indicates great management. The hotel staff are a family and care for the guests as well as each other. We cannot recommend highly enough

I want to say that we come here twice a year for a month each time. We are Canadian which is somewhat unusual in this area. The hotel itself is beautiful. The gardens stunning and the food sumptuous

The hotel is very boring—animators don’t engage with guests; instead, they entertain themselves, flirt with young girls or already quite drunk guests, and it’s obvious they are looking for some benefit, tips, or even cigarettes—I saw this with my own eyes

I would rate the food positively—there isn’t a wide selection, but it is tasty. As for desserts, most of them are frozen, so when you take some, you can still feel the frozen center. The variety of fruit is poor

The hotel is really nice, the lobby is impressive, someone plays piano every night, our kids enjoyed the pool very much. The only thing is there is not a lot of walkable places nearby

We came from England to Egypt for my first time and were graciously accepted and welcomed by everybody including the staff and guests. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, polite and welcoming
