The rooms, the food and all of the staff at the bars were fantastic.
We cannot wait to come back again as a family and hope to engage more with the animation team next time.
I had an amazing stay at this resort! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the friendly and professional staff to the beautiful, clean facilities. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and every detail was perfectly taken care of. I truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality getaway!
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff – especially the waiters – seemed unhappy, unmotivated, and often swore loudly in Arabic. You don’t feel welcome or well treated as a guest. It was also noticeable that German guests were clearly preferred, while others were often ignored.
The food was repetitive with little variety, and unfortunately, we even got food poisoning (diarrhea). Cleanliness and hygiene seem to be a serious issue here.
Another major problem: guests are usually first given a room in the old side building, which is outdated and in poor condition. Only after making a scene at the reception did we get a room in the main building – and we weren’t the only ones. Many other guests had the same issue. The modern rooms are kept back for unclear reasons.
Overall, everything felt careless and without any passion or proper service. For a hotel of this category, this is completely unacceptable.
We will definitely not return – a terrible experience we don’t want to repeat.

A special shout-out to the animation team – they encourage guests to join activities in a fun, friendly way without being pushy. There were different themed shows every evening that made the stay even more enjoyable. Another big plus: no problem finding a sunbed, whether by the pool or on the beach.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, great vibes, and professional service!
