A fantastic hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurants were all delicious, though dinner reservations are required. You can also visit the aqua park next door. The seawater in front of the hotel was a bit murky, but we did see two batfish.

So far I like everything. Three hotels on a huge territory of one chain. The cleanest sea. Lots of people in the restaurant, few staff at the distribution. They do not have time to distribute food and thus huge queues are formed. But I think this is now in most hotels due to the situation with covid. The hotel is not new, some things require restoration. We have a two-room room with a sea view. Everything is fine.

We are currently on holiday in this hotel, we arrived in the warmth to celebrate my anniversary, by the way I received a present from the hotel in the form of a delicious cake and a fruit plate and a huge thank you to the animation team for the congratulations. They are great, they put on a show and entertain a small crowd (off season) and are constantly interested in whether everything suits the holidaymakers. The hotel, as I already wrote, corresponds to the declared star rating. The room is large, they clean cleanly, the mini bar and soap and toiletries are replenished regularly. We did not look for any shortcomings, it is clear that the entire staff is trying to make your stay more comfortable, they sincerely try to please. The only thing that is a little upsetting is the food in the main restaurant, or rather the innovation in serving hot dishes. We visited the Indian restaurant, everything is delicious, we recommend it. Previously we stayed in "Mamluk", but here everything is somehow soulful. We will be happy to come back again.

The hotel is very large, with 6 or 7 restaurants. The service is very good, and they will always help with ordering drinks and changing plates. It is very suitable for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this excellent hotel. Everything from the spacious clean room, the wide selection of delicious food (especially the Egyptian restaurant which was in a beautiful setting and the food was fantastic), the beautifully landscaped grounds and the activities were among the best we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the animation team did a great job of entertaining guests without being pushy. The Halloween show was spectacular. We would definitely like to stay again! Thank you to all staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

A fantastic hotel with so much to offer. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the location was perfect. The view from our balcony was beautiful and the resort in general was lovely. The food variety was great, we could always book a place at one of the many lovely restaurants. We’d recommend the Turkish, Indian and Egyptian. The lobby bar staff were incredible, delivering personal service to us each night and making sure we were well cared for. The resort looked spotless everyday, and we were especially impressed with seeing workers out tending to the garden, maintaining the walkways and areas outside ground floor rooms. All in all a perfect honeymoon and we’d recommend to all.

This was our third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to impress us with its service and atmosphere. The staff are incredibly attentive, and we’d like to give a special mention to Tamer, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was fast, friendly, and fantastic with our child—a true gem!

While the entertainment for kids was more abundant during our visit in April, the October experience was still enjoyable. The seafood restaurant was another highlight, with delicious shrimp and lobster, though we’d appreciate larger lobster portions and an expanded wine list.

Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful vacation experience for families, and we can’t wait to return!
