The food for the guests is superb. The kitchen staff work very hard. Walid knows how to run the business in an exemplary manner. Walid is very polite and attentive to guests' dietary requirements

The sea was warm, there was a wind for a couple of days, but I swam every day. There's also an outdoor hot tub on the property

The downsides, for me personally, include: no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. There are no robes and slippers, no toothpaste or toothbrush, and no air conditioning, only shampoo and shower gel

Do yourself a favour and enjoy the spa. There were 2 shows each night even if one is with the Italian animation. If you need a taxi go on the road and use indrive app to avoid overpriced runs

I came here because of the good reviews, and I'm very disappointed

The price-performance ratio is extremely high, the snorkeling is amazing, you really don’t even need to go out to sea!

The sea in Sham is really nice, but unfortunately the hotel facilities are too old, and the showers in different rooms are not the same – mine was terrible, while my friend's was great

The next day, when I asked for it again, the front desk kept passing the buck. Fortunately, a young man who had just checked in helped me with my luggage, and I gave him a tip, so he found me a bottle of insecticide

The hotel staff is wonderful, they speak Russian and English. I recommend it for accommodation if you are an independent traveler. Also good and inexpensive food (they serve breakfast ($5 and lunch $4)

There were mosquitoes at night, and when I asked for mosquito repellent at 3 a. , they said they didn't have any and told me to come back the next day. Luckily, I was staying for three days

and in my room i has a small balcony to set and rest and watch the pool. no view of course to the beach. and i should walk a while to get to the beach if i want to chill and hear the ocean waves at night

The good thing with this hotel that it located in naema bay close to restaurants and also cheap The room is good and comfortable and staff is friendly but the hotel all over is not clean and doesnt have beach only small pool

This is a great value hotel in a great location. It has a nice pool, the rooms are clean and comfortable and have hot water

Amazing place for a limited budget and easygoing people. It is a bit old and has no WiFi connection as opposed to the advertisement. Staff are so nice and helpful, beach access is great and closeby if you like walking.

well, not the 5 stars you know. but with a fair believable price. it has everything that you need for your stay, the air conditioning, the small fridge, the tv, the bedroom. and the closet it even has a safe

The manager speaks good English, he's very polite and helpful and the security staff are very friendly and welcoming

The staff was very attentive and responsive in every matter. Good breakfast and food to order for lunch and dinner in such a good price. They had a private beach for their customers which was beautiful

Cons: Only a couple of small things to note – the breakfast could use a little more daily variety, and while there’s no King Bed option, the hotel joins two single beds together quite seamlessly, and you won’t feel the difference at all

Jazz Fanara Residence holiday was so good. Beach is just near the coral reef. Food is buffet, breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks/pool bar. Clean facility, kind staff, great location.

Mohamed eldesoky is the best cleaner we’ve ever had in any country. Always very clean room and beautiful set up. Lovely surprises to come back to each day. He was always so smiley and helpful.

The location is great and it's clean! Since it's located on Mana Beach, it has a private beach and a swimming pool, making it a great place to enjoy the outdoors

I freakin love this hotel!! They have the best pool ever! And so accompdating staffs checking you time to time and dang! I also did a snorkeling with them and they really make sure we are safe and guarded! Kudos to Omar who never fail to protect us from the current! And the breakfast was fab! The rooftop bar is awesome too esp

The hotel also offers diving programs, so you can go diving if you'd like. This hotel is probably the best in terms of location. On the downside, Mana Beach has a toll, so taxis to the hotel can be quite expensive

The transfer was waiting for me at the airport and ensured I had all my documents in order for passport control and then brought me to the hotel. When I arrived all the staff were very friendly and so helpful

Took 4 day trips out on their boat Freedom hubby went diving and I snorkelled. Hubby said Diving was brilliant. Great guides and lovely locations. , he had a lovely time with Sharkey and Mohammed

And the red sea is one of the best diving places in the world

We went to this beach every other day during our stay in sharm el sheikh. The beach is kept very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. During our stay it was very quiet and we had a nice relaxing time

My friend and I had an unpleasant experience at the beach. We used the paid beach at this hotel, which costs 150 LE. The staff was rude, forcing us to leave the sunbeds

The hotel is very nice … great location first raw to mama beach 🤗 we get out from the room and jump in to the sea directly amazing… also behind the hotel the commercial street all services available … the room is comfortable… the food is good and tasty … there is diving center near by in front of fayrouz hotel you can book all water activities with good price … the staff is very decent and helpful...

Nice spacious beach, really holiday feeling with palm trees on the beach. Little house reef great snorkeling for beginners. Friendly staff. Hotel bit dated but really clean. Swimming pool are also clean and cosy.

Pros - great location, on promenade but quiet, beach front, with its own beach & beach restaurant, staff is super nice, helpful, 2 small bottles of water each day in room, room clean, comfy bed with quality bedding, quiet a/c, with roof terrace, hotel pool & kids pool clean and nice

There are mosquitoes, but not enough, every other day they were poisoned by smoke. Ehab cleaned the pool every morning, the water was like fresh milk in it

they have transportation service for going to the beach side, u need to get up early for this. dont forget to go on a ATV trip in the desert🏜️

We were in this hotel 4 times, this time was the best, in terms of service and food especially, they started feeding not in the catacombs as before, but in a good restaurant where music plays, air conditioning works, a variety of food, I don’t know what happened there, but I was very I was pleasantly surprised

take ur own bottle of water, because it's so hard to get and taste very bad but other things are perfect. you have a tiny little refrigerator in ur room, if u keep ur card in the room, itd be cool within 2 hours

it's one of the oldest hotels in sharm El sheikh. its very cheap and for it's price, they give you very great service, I can tell you that

The rooms are basic but fine for a few days. The beach is pleasant but make sure you arrive early in the morning because it is shared with the hotel next door

The adults only section of the beach could be expanded to provide more peace for those without children trying to relax

The fact that we keep going back speaks for itself, but to spell it out, the dive holiday was again perfect, with superb instructors/guides and a well equipped and expertly run boat, with a regular crew who do everything to make the holiday a safe and enjoyable one

The dive centre staff help to make everything run smoothly. The accommodation is always clean, if a little dated, and the restaurant serves excellent food. We wouldn't go anywhere else in Sharm
